Ordered 2 items of clothing in November last year(2020) and paid in full.Received an email saying one item was out of stock….OK fair enough.Then heard nothing despite several emails asking for an update on the order,assumed that the item was still out of stock despite seeing the item for sale on several other web sites around the world.Items turn up in the post on August 31st 2021 which by my reckoning is 9 months after they were ordered and paid for(and extra for international shipping)A good service or not?
Horrible experience with this company. They lied about return policy, told me over the phone youre right its a link imbedded in a link, making it impossible to know they dont take returns. Then did nothing to correct the issue. Shady business practice would not recommend to anyone, there are many better more ethical companies that go above and beyond to correct issues.
This is a shady company, terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and shop with one of the many other better companies with better support.
Very misleading website claims to all parts in stock but one part backordered till mid sep. not a huge deal but being honest about there inventory would be very helpful would have sourced it elsewhere to begin with get it sooner. ps only until i emailed asking why it had not been shipped did i find out it was back ordered

Ordered online, calculated my shipping and paid for order. They refused to ship my product unless I paid an extra $65 for shipping and then cancelled my order, their support was terrible. All I ordered was 2 plastic shrouds, they need a lesson in customer service, will never buy from again.
Ordered a new chest protector, they took my money right away ok but, never shipped the product. Called twice and they said still waiting from manufacturer. I have waited too long before for parts from AOMC, this isnt something I kinda needed, of course I got hurt without it. Dont say you have something when you dont. you suck.
Fast shipping as always. For the first time I had a small issue with one of my orders and the phone call was quick and they had the replacements on the way on 2 day mail within 2 hours of calling! Will return for more business.
Service. Its the core value of any retail business. In motorcycles: everyone has the parts (AOMC has lots of KTM). Its the service that can make a company shine. AOMC has that type of service. HIGHLY recommend due to that alone. I had ordered from them from time to time, all items correct and quickly arrived. This time I made a mistake, and ordered new radiator guards in the wrong color. No biggie yet would have had to send back for another set if it werent for Jessy (AOMC customer support). They responded to my email detailing MY mistake and THEIR correction of it in 42 minutes! 42 minutes! The response was simple: they had swapped out the pair for correct color before the item shipped! Service!4/24 update: AOMC continues to surpass expectations with their customer service!, even with our current crisis. I have had 3 more orders with them, all perfect! Jessy (as well as Tom and all AOMC support staff) has been just awesome!

We have been a long time customer of AOMC and have been happy with their products. But we purchased a Alpinestars Bionic Pro V2 Protection Jacket, $240. Ordered an XL, its like a Medium. Now they have stopped carrying this item and wont accept a return. They have just lost a customer. They had to know that there was an issue with the sizing. Hard to mistake a Medium for an XL.... I know it was a red tag item, and i would have been happy with it if it was actually a XL. We did look at the size chart. But this vest is clearly not even close to an XL. Guessing thats why you put it on clearance.
Do they sell quality parts at decent prices? Absolutely. Is their shipping timely? Yes. If you want a quick turn around with a cs agent, call them directly.
Purchased a new 2019 KTM Duke 390 back in November 2019. I live somewhat local (1.5 hours away) so I called the day before to verify they had some bikes in stock. They actually had a huge selection in stock. All went well. Mike was easy to talk to and easy to deal with. He made it a good experience. I have had a lot of bikes but this was my first time buying one from a dealer and my first time buying a new bike. I would recommend them highly for motorcycle purchases. I did not buy any parts/accessories. I would imagine that would be a good experience too. I would definitely go back here if I were ever in a position to pick up another KTM bike or if I was in the market for a Husky or the other brands they sell.

No communication whatsoever. Placed an order for items that show in stock on web site. After 8 days without a tracking number, 2 emails and a phone call I was told they were waiting for a part to arrive to ship. Supposedly shipping tomorrow. They clearly do not have product in stock, take your money then order from a supplier. Their website also says they wont hold up an order if they are waiting for other items. Clearly not true. 5 days after sending an email to follow up, I still hadnt received a response. Too bad because they have a lot of great products on their website. A little communication would go a long way. The banner on the site saying no refunds expecting shipping delays should probably say that shipping is atleast 7-8 days behind. Funny I havent had this issue with any other parts supplier including Chaparral, Motosport, BTO etc.Best part yet, they actually shipped the parts today but delivery estimated 7 days. Are you fing kidding me? So you take 9 days to ship parts you say are in stock then somehow find the slowest possible shipping method.... worst customer service anywhere. They couldnt follow up with my email for 5 days but after calling they actually sent an email asking for a review. I tried to complete the review but the link just takes you to a page telling you the ticket has been closed so you cannot provide a review. Lol. How are they still in business thats what I want to know....
After having issues placing an order online I called and was helped by a man named Stacy (Sorry if I spelled that wrong) People these days are so lazy and would rather hang up the phone then try to figure out a solution, but this guy went [in my opinion] above and beyond what a normal person would have done these days! No star rating! After a Google search for a specific set of footpegs for a model year specific KTM it brought me to their site and the page of the KTM footpegs. I ordered them and after receiving, they did not fit my bike. AOMC was willing to return them for swap or a credit on my card, but SURPRISE they were not willing to pay the return freight or issue a call tag. After speaking with a manager, they were saying that they were not responsible. Their Google ad words, their website, their mistake, but not willing to take proper responsibility. AVOID THESE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE HUCKSTERS!

Maybe something has changed, but I dont know how anyone can claim these people have great customer service, let alone ANY.I placed an order on 12/2 that partially shipped despite them claiming all items were in stock. On 12/14 I began inquiring where the remaining parts were and received ZERO response. I notified PayPal of a possible dispute, and finally got a voicemail from a guy named Stacy? on 12/29 that they were ready to ship if I removed the dispute.Dispute was removed, another email sent on 1/1 telling them to please ship and still ZERO response. Meanwhile nobody picks up their phone and their system automatically disconnect you after holding for 1m15s. I placed a dozen orders for part over the Black Friday weekend, this is the only company that had neither delivered nor communicated.The email below shows their complete LACK of response.*Added 1/15In regards to AOMC’a response... your timeline doesn’t fit the facts. I first reached out on 12/14, a full week before your alleged outbreak and received a VM from Stacy on 12/29, when you claim to have been shut down.I have never once received any emails that you were temporarily shut down and your website only said to expect “slowed response”, nothing about being shut down. You could not even be bothered to change your phone system to notify customers left in the dark... WHY? (That is a rhetorical question for you to ask yourself)More importantly, no one at AOMC has yet to respond to my multiple emails going back 30 days now, let alone call me to address this fraud.At this point I would suggest that you take it up with American Express, as you clearly are more concerned with saving your online reputation that addressing customer concerns. Odk how this is a business. They say they are open at 10, have their lights on and wont open the door. Call them, and and I guess due to covid they cant answer the phone and will only answer by email. Third, dude walks out side and the second he sees us runs in the door as fast as he can. Very frustrating experience to date. I placed an order on June 9th which still hasnt shipped and its now 4 months old. At no stage have I been provided with an ETA and the generall follow up and response rate of the customer service team has been poor. This is especially frustrating as they ask us to only email once but refuse to respond? I live in Australia so calling them directly isnt really an option for me.EDIT - Finall had the order shipped. I have recently started to use AOMC for my KTM and Husqvarna purchases. The prices are very competitive, often the cheapest I have found.Also, customer service has been responsive and helpful. That is important to me.I will continue to use and recommend AOMC for my bikes and my friends bikes.

Does not answer email inquiries about order statuses. Does not indicate whether or not the parts in question need to be backordered. Nor do they notify customers that the parts ordered are backordered. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and sent multiple emails with no response in the past 2-3 days. I’ve also called and received no response. This is incredibly unprofessional. I did not hesitate to give you my money. The very, very least you can do is answer my inquiry. I’ve since disputed this charge on my Amex. And I will now look for other vendors that are much more reliable and have better customer service. Like MotoSport.com.
Ive dealt with AOMC before and had good customer service but not this time. I placed (and paid for) an order for KTM parts almost 2 months ago and was given these answers (in chronological order) when I called to check where the parts were.1. Approx. 2 weeks post ordering: The parts are on backorder, KTM still manufacturers them, itll just be awhile before they ship them. Check back with us next week.2. Next week: Oh, the parts came in today (thursday), well ship them out to you tomorrow.3. Following week, no parts : I dont know who told you the parts came in, theyre still on back order. Oh yes, KTM still makes (after asking are you positive they are available ? ) them but they just havent shipped yet.4. Today: KTM doesnt make those parts anymore, theyre discontinued.Before I ordered these parts from AOMC I checked around online and a couple other websites indicated these parts were clearly marked discontinued but AOMC ensured me they were still available when I called to check and placed the order. Get your act together AOMC and tell the female employee whose name begins with J to stop passing out false info--very frustrating.
AOMC sometimes has great deals, however, the customer service is bad. I had an item on backorder for multiple months which I attempted to cancel because it had been months (they were not able to give me an estimate of when the items would be back in stock). Phone wait times were often over an hour, same on chat. I messaged my cancellation request which they received, but they did not cancel the order and still sent the items a month later. I dont know if its a tactic, but they said despite confirming they received the request, the had not confirmed that it was cancelled and I shouldve kept attempting to call and that was the only way to make sure. Poor form. Now Im out return shipping and the whole hassle of sorting it out

Worst customer service... Wouldnt respond to my emails, finally got someone on the phone. They sent me the wrong part and billed me for the right one. When I returned it after a big hassle they wouldnt reimburse me for shipping. Never doing business with them again. Lots of other companies out there.

I purchase my dirt bike accessories from AOMC. It is not always smooth but they always make up for it. Good service.
I ordered 9 different parts for a clutch overall. The price was better than anywhere else i found. Eight of the parts arrived exactly as expected. The invoice said the 9th part was on backorder with no ETA. I waited a few months and followed up. It turns out the part was discontinued. I took two stars off because I wish they had informed me the final part was not coming. Not great communication. They gave me a refund on the final part and an explanation after I followed up.

Great Customer Service and great prices. I had a question on an item and they responded to my email in just a short amount of time. I have ordered several times from them and for the most part everything has gotten here fast. I did order a few things that were on backorder but I was quickly sent an email stating this and asking if i wanted to wait or issued a refund. Luckily I didnt need the items immediately so I decided to wait since it is such a good deal compared to all other sites.

Purchased some hand guards for my 701 and went to install them a few weeks later and found out not all the hardware was with the package, sent an email got no response, did a live chat and Jessy was very helpful but the person they needed to talk to was not in, chatted with Jessy the next day person still not in, Chatted with Jessy the third day person still not in so got the manager involved and the manager refused to send the hardware that should have been in the package when purchased and said I would need to ship the product back and reorder. Normally a few bolts would be no big deal but when you live in an area that dont carry a lot of that kind of thing it becomes a problem plus I paid for something that should have been complete. I myself will probably never purchase from them again and will inform my friends that they should probably do the same.
AOMC has great prices and ship quickly. I recently placed an order that I needed to change and had no issues contacting them nor having them adjust my order on the spot. I would not hesitate to order from these guys again!

I payed for USPS priority mail and didnt receive my package for over a week, when i called Appalachian Offroad MC they told me the had shipped it priority but when i confirmed the date with them it wasnt actually shipped until five days later, then the refused to refund my priority mailing cost. They also told me that they do not keep certain products in the warehouse and that if they didnt have it in stock they send an email saying your item is on back order, which sounds great but I never received any email saying so and she told me my order was not on back order but gave no explanation to why my item wasnt shipped for five days? Customer service for Appalachian Offroad MC is very poor and I wont be shopping with them again.

So far I couldnt be happier with my experience. I placed a rather large order something I dont ordinarily do with a company Ive never ordered from before. I usually place a small order first and see how it goes from there. Im glad I didnt do that this time. My order was shipped much faster than I expected and when I contacted customer service about an item that hadnt shipped they ( Zack ) literally got back to me within about 30 minutes with the info I needed. Ive been in customer service for almost 30 years. That kind of service gets more rare every day. I will definitely be using them again.
Ordered a tomar clutch and needed it within a few days they were not only able to get it to me on time but kept me very informed on the status of the order the whole time. Clutch is amazing service was amazing. Zack is the man.
Very poor communication and customer service. Ordered over $2000 in parts and gear from them. Was very pleased by the selection of parts they had on their web site, but thats where it ended. First issue was I ordered two pairs of gloves from closeout. Several days later got an email stating they cancelled the order because they were out of stock. Both gloves still show available on their website today. No big issue though I was still happy at this time. Next I got a call saying the radiator guards in the color I chose were backordered and asked if I wanted to change the color. Asked him if I would have them in the next few weeks and he said yes so I decided to leave my choice as it was. Also said he would contact Beta and stay in contact with me. Did not happen and did not receive the guards. Little frustrating, but again not a huge issue because backordered parts are hard to anticipate and I understand that. Next I received an email saying most of the parts I ordered had shipped with a tracking number that was associated with about 8 of the parts I had ordered. Over the next few weeks I was received those 8 parts almost every other day and almost all of them were shipped 1 item to a box. A little difficult to manage between work and trying to keep my deliveries out of the porch pirates hands, but I was just glad to get my parts. The real issue was when I called them a month after I made the order to question a hand full of parts that I still had not received. I was treated as if I was an absolute pain in there back. I was told 4 items were on backorder with no known date. It was very clear throughout this conversation that not only did they have no desire to keep my business, but felt as if they were urging me to cancel the remaining order I was waiting for. Good thing I followed that urge because luckily the remaining so called backordered parts were readily available from Rocky Mountain ATV/MC and even shipped the same day I ordered them. Will never go to KTM-Parts again. I was trying to save a few dollars from what the dealer was asking for those harder to find parts that were not available form Rocky Mountain, but have definitely learned my lesson from AOMC.

I’m a believer that five stars means there is no room for improvement at all, so I rarely award 5 stars. This has been my first time ordering from them and it was a doozy $$$ because my bike had pretty much blown up. They had most of the parts but one critical part on back order. Tracy has been good to work with. However I still don’t have my last part and only a vague idea of when I might get it after 2 weeks. It would be nice to have some sort of update notice, or the assigned CSR email me giving eta, as updates are available. I asked if I’d be notified, or would I have to call in or....? I was told I had to keep checking back. And I will do that because I need the part ASAP. I will use them again and overall a good experience.

I have had only the best experiences with AOMC in the past years. Just a few days ago, I called to get a copy of an invoice that was needed by the manufacturer to honor a warranty, and Zack Greene pulled it up, and emailed it to me while I was on the phone with him. It cant get faster than that for customer service.
