Apparently they dont want to do business with older bikes. And just overall bad attitude vibe makes me feel like they didnt want or need my business.So take yours somewhere it will be appreciated, needed and wanted.

This is about the laziest bunch on so called mechanics I’d ever seen.. Every time I would call down there they won’t do anything for me like to change one tire. Before I could even say what I was wanting done he’s like nope. We’re leaving at 2pm the website says 5:00pm closing. So what ever u do I wouldn’t waist my time with them if they do work for ya they would cut a lot of corners and charge u double.. I’ve talked to to many ppl that’s experienced the same thing.. Don’t know how they keep doors open with that kinda business as turning down work all the time

This shop has a very knowledgeable staff with multi decades of experience with many brands of machines. Reasonable price on labor. Ive been a client for about forty years. I appreciate having Casto Cycle in the neighborhood.

Called with question about patching tire/replacing tube - the guy I talked to was a real toolbag and acted like I asked if he could organize a shuttle launch for me 5 minutes before closing. Had to pry to get information about what he couldnt do for me. Place sure isnt what it used to be - maybe start with firing that guy.

They will special order parts you need and have great prices. Give em a stop by one day if you ever need anything for your bike.

I have had the change all my tires on the past 2 kawasaki Ive owned, ZX14R and ZX10R I currently own. Ive never had any issues with them at all, cheapest and most reliable around the Kanawha Valley.. Even cheaper than the shop I bought both bikes from in Charleston.

I read on the Buell forum that they destroyed the powder coating on a fellow members wheel while mounting a tire. Then they had the gall to have an attitude about the event. Mistakes can happen, but a crappy attitude toward customers when YOU caused the difficulty is inexcusable! Wheels are expensive, if you wont accept the responsibility, then dont accept the work!
