I bought a sweet old acoustic from there a few weeks ago and its one of the best guitars Ive ever played. Anyways the guy was very polite and helpful. And I just today bought a set of strings and went to put them on and the tip of a tuning broke off. So I went down there to get the part and he just gave it to me free of charge. You guys are awesome I will forever be coming to you guys when I need something

I popped into Folklore while in town for a short weekend. Ive been teaching myself guitar for roughly 9 months now and was hoping to buy my first pedal. The gentlemen at the store was kind and quite helpful with offering suggestions and answering questions. I surely did not feel ashamed for my lack of experience or knowledge. I ended up buying myself a multi-effect pedal on small business Saturday and got a great deal! I highly recommend supporting this small business.
