My Technician was absolutely great. I have had an issue with my C-Pap leaking for years and have been played off. Great experience - they contacted me and got me in quickly. Picked up my new machine and they explained everything throughly, demonstrated things as needed, and answered all of my questions. I definitely appreciate the auto ship for replacement parts, just one less thing to have to remember. 😅
I recently worked with an employee of Atlantic Respiratory Services to pick-up my new C-Pap machine to improve my sleep quality. She was extremely polite, courteous, and professional. She walked me through all of the steps on how to operate the machine, cleaning instructions, and various other items. She was very thorough in every regard. The facility is very well kept, clean, and my experience was flawless. I would recommend Atlantic Respiratory Services to anyone who has any type of respiratory needs from oxygen to C-Pap machines.. It has changed my overall sleep, daily functions, and lack of energy due to poor sleep. I would highly recommend this business. Kudos for a job well done.

Great experience getting CPAP and supplies. Previous companies had been difficult. These folks called once a week to update me on the status of paperwork for ordering a new machine and supplies. They worked with my doctor to make things happen. The facility visit was great and very COVID compliant. Use GPS to get there. Will continue to use them in the future.
I called Mary on Monday morning to ask about replacing a section of my c-pap tubing. The tubing is part of the mask, and I’m not due to replace my mast for a couple of more months. Mary, with the lady who is training her, found the piece I needed and I had it the next day! I so appreciate their help!
I recently had an appointment with Atlantic Respiratory to pick up medical equipment and the meeting was very good. They met me 10 minutes before the appointment, used safe Covid-19 practices and took time to review the equipment, cleaning process, fit me with the apparatus and answered all my questions. The young lady I saw was extremely polite answering all my questions. Really my only complaint was in parking. There are signs directing you to park behind the building. When you call to let them know you are there, you are directed to enter the front door. This is just stupid especially if you are handicapped or the weather is bad. Such a simple fix that kept them from 5 stars.

Had to pick up C Pap machine for my husband. It was ready when we got there. A drive thru has been set up so you and employees have minimal contact. They wear their mask and gloves . Now a days that’s a good thing.

My doctor wrote a prescriptio n at 9 in the morning. I received 2 calls from you. The first was to let me know you had received it. The second to schedule my visit. Both were within just a couple of hours from my doctors appointment. Went by your office and Hannah was ready for me. The entire process was totally seamless. Am so glad I was referred to you.
Was working in a place with very poor cell service but Joy was consistent & kept calling till we got the full order placed for my C-Pap parts. A few days later I went by the store and they were all in a bag waiting for me up front. Quick, easy, friendly, and Joy went above & beyond, so Id recommend them any day.

It was a bit of a rough start, but given recent events, maybe it was to be expected. Somehow my doctors orders werent received by Atlantic, so had to be resent. Once that happened, everything went pretty smoothly, all things covid considered. I did a drive-up pick up of my equipment and had a facetime session with Trish a day later to help get my machine set up. Everything went smoothly, and my questions were answered. Overall, a good experience.
When I went to Atlantic Respiratory Service I didnt know what to expect. I was impressed by the welcome feeling in the waiting lobby and by the staff. They made sure you have an understanding of how to assemble the respirator machine and to adjust to your liking.
I got my new CPAP Friday. She offered me the hose that heats up I don’t need fancy things so I rejected it. Well first night I was very dry couldn’t sleep because it drying me out. Next night I turned up the humidifier almost drowned. Third night my hubby offered to swap hose and finally sleep. So I popped in the office and requested my own. They were gracious and professional. Love having a local office.
Getting a CPAP machine was a new experience for me. Atlantic Respiratory was very helpful. The first mask I took home caused a bit of an issue for me. They got me in the same day I called & fitted me for a new mask. Would highly recommend them.

My mother has stage 4 lung cancer, and has just been put on oxygen. I thought we were going to have a good experience with this company because they reached out to us immediately to inform me of the process, however I was so wrong. Joy was very rude on the phone she kept talking over me, and would not allow me to ask questions? and even hung up on me twice. We ended up dealing with the walterboro office and they are much friendlier, and very helpful. I do not recommend the Charleston location or at least certain employees.

I wish my doctor would refer me to different company. It is tough to get useful information on use and care of cpap units. Follow up skills are important to get what you need. they just dont care.

Absolutely horrible company. Rude and very unhelpful office staff. Refused to provide a portable oxygen concentrator despite the Dr. prescription. Told me three different LIES as to why I couldnt have one. The final story, although later denied, was that the owner refuses to do so. Spoke with Resource Medical Group and got my concentrator!My advice to you is to dump these people as fast as you can.
Atlantic respiratory took care of me getting my CPAP machine. there was a little hiccup on my end getting the paperwork right but they followed through and save the day.

Just not a very professional company. It took 2 weeks for someone to leave a message and then a couple of days to return my call. Then 2 more weeks for the CPAP fit session so, more than a month to get a CPAP prescription filled. Rarely get someone to answer the phone. Message says they will get back with you in 24 hours well, sometimes that just isnt good enough. I agree with others, its run more like a used car lot than a medical provider and that comes from someone whos been in the medical profession for 35 years. . I certainly would not recommend it to a family member or friend

I am not a patient - I came in today to pick up a nebulizer for my Mom. Everyone was so friendly & welcoming and I had a great experience for the short time I was there!
Respiratory therapist was excellent. Rest of the operation was like a bad caricature of a buy here pay here lot or a questionable rent to own furniture and electronics operation.

Avoid if possible. When evacuation orders came because of a hurricane they left. There is no plan in place to get oxygen to patients evacuating. As a matter of fact I was told I could come by before 12pm and they would give 1 extra tank to evacuate. This is why 3,000 died in Puerto Rico. Terrible people that only care about making a buck.
Hannah could not have been more patient and professional. She is a great asset to Atlantic Respiratory Services and hopefully has received a raise recently.

As an out of state student studying in Charleston I was having a very hard time finding a respitory center that could work to my needs in an efficient manner. After receiving multiple reccomendations to visit Atlanic respitory I was enthusiastic to find every thing I heard to be true. For anyone in the area or new to the area this is the place to accomadate your needs in a respectful and timely manner. I am thankful I was able to come accross this center.
