Had an awesome experience with Steven. I had to return a package with an RMA number. Steven supplied me with free boxes and packing tape (didnt charge me anything). We grabbed my shipping info and created a shipping label while I prepared the box. He was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. We just moved back to Charleston and his store is right down the street. I highly recommend giving him your business. People like him deserve some credit, and I will definitely be giving him future business!
