I requested an online order with special notations. The website promises to have a representative from your store contact you within thirty minutes. Several hours passed and I heard nothing. When I called up, the representative I spoke with seemed to not care about my request and said shell call later. She never did, but my order was produced. I called again because I was supposed to be given a price before production. We were being charged more than a dollar a print for 500 8.5x5.5 pieces. She found a way to knock our price down a little bit considering protocol wasnt followed. The representative who informed us of this price was kind and helpful; I wish I remembered her name because she deserves recognition. Upon receiving my prints, I became disappointed again. My images and text are badly skewed and not fitted properly like the example I saw online. We understand that FedEx Office is supposed to be a budget friendly and fast solution, but this experience has been unacceptable. The 3 star rating is indicative of our customer service experience and is only rated as high as it is due to the efforts of one representative.
Great location which is walkable from most hotels, the staff is very helpful and no task is too large to complete.
Ive had great experiences at this store! I use them for printing design jobs and the end result is always great. They are prompt, priced fairly, and take the time to understand your project.
Copy/Print machines are top of the line. I just wish the staff would do a more thorough job teaching one to use them. Price is fair and my product looked great.
Terrible customer service, lady behind the counter was very rude & cut me off from talking a few times. “A picture isn’t going to help!” The photo had weight and dimensions of package delivered by surprise surprise, FedEx. She claimed the box needed to be fixed, wrapped all the way around with tape lol before she could ship although the box was untouched, packaged and delivered by FedEx a day before. Surprisingly, she was very nice and helpful to the older gentleman before us, but once we came to the counter her whole demeanor changed. Maybe she has an ego, maybe she thought we were ‘un educated’ college kids, either way, she sucks at working with the public. Thanks Shelia
Had business cards made at this location last week. It was the day of a networking event and I needed them made within a few hours. Directly after informing me that the average pick-up time was 24 hours, before I could even speak, Brandon must have noticed some disappointment on my face because he then instantly looked up his workload for the evening and told me they would be done by the time I need them, and he made that happen. Incredible service, work ethic, and extremely friendly staff make this my favorite print shop in the charleston area. Brandon and Brandon (yes, both Brandons) in particular helped me go on to have the best card at the event.
Wow so many low ratings. These guys are convenient and have their own parking in the middle of downtown Charleston. I brought in some documents that I wanted to send to a PO Box, but didnt know that Fedex cant deliver to those. They were very gracious about letting me know. Later overnighted some paperwork for a house closing and my documents arrived at the promised time.
I dreaded having to go into the store (not a big errand guy - or reviewer, really), but the service agent Jesse turned out to be super helpful and nice. Manager- I dont know Jesse, but give that dude a raise. Customer service is everything. (sucks theres not more parking, but thats the nature of downtown)

I cannot begin to describe the incompetence of the staff at this location, from the manager on down. They are unable to use a simple computer program, which is what every aspect of their jobs entail. After my last experience, I will never use any FedEx again.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Man working wouldnt even come out from behind the desk to help me and basically implied that I was stupid for not being able to figure out their system. Very rude and unhelpful. Never going to this location again.

I was a frequent customer until they messed up a print job and didnt compensate me and then made me pay again to have it re-done. I also didnt appreciate the attitude I got from a few of their employees. Very Unsatisfactory.
