I liked the place and most of the items they sell. However, they need to be more professional. I asked a price of an unlabeled item. I was told $15, but it turned out $20. I will be checking these kind of price discrepancies for my next visit.Also, the Turkish delight called Hacizade Turkish Delight is the worst of its kind. They wouldnt be able to sell even a single piece of that Turkish Delight in Turkey.Edit: They sold expired white cheese. I do not recommend this market.

Quality and fresh products. They don’t have products that sit on shelves for months. Everything is shuffled and maintained very well.The meat area is very well maintained and sells good quality meat.

Well for starters, I came not expecting much but WOW the butcher section is super clean. I was blown away how meticulous the butcher was. The meat is reasonably priced and the meat look insanely fresh..I will definitely come back if I visit Charlotte again.

Wonderful Middle Eastern store !!!There are a few stores in Charlotte that sell same/similar products. I visit one every few weeks. Everything is mostly from Turkey, Middle East and Southern Mediterranean.This store though is by far the best. Owners/associates are very friendly (unlike all others), the prices are way lower than the others and it is much much cleaner than the others. The owners listen to the customers and make every effort to order products that are not currently sold in the store.I will not be visiting one of these stores anymore, because I will come here every time I need something from that side of the world.Edit: I have noticed some negative reviews and I wholeheartedly believe that they are written by competitors. Ive been to every similar store in town, including this one, multiple times. I have never seen a single unfriendly person at Zaytuna and their prices are way lower that all of them.

By far the best Halal / Middle Eastern market in the area. I found everything I was looking for and more. Great selection and options to choose from between brands. Will definitely be my go-to shop for middle eastern groceries. Highly recommended!

Shopping here is always a pleasant experience, and I feel guilty that I have waited so long to write a review. I was prompted today, out of all days, to write one because of the honesty I was shown. I bought something, and when I went to check out the owner said the sticker was wrong and it was actually cheaper. Such a small act can go a long way in my eyes. I will be doing all my Arabic shopping here. Not to mention, the products are neatly shelved and the store is always clean. The owner always greets with a smile, and the employees are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I drove 2 hours to come get my husband some meat, I’ve looked everywhere for the last couple months for another Hala store that was clean and fresh meat and I found it!! My husband was very pleased.And I also found items that reminded me of Tunisia.So SéIf got a lot of things that we hadn’t found before. So this store is very high quality rated!!!!

One of the worst meat shops you will ever go to. The guy behind the meat area was incredibly rude. Not only they will make you wait, on top of that they will show you a lot of attitude. They need to work on their attitude. If you care even a little about customer service, please go somewhere else.

Nice and needed halal middle eastern grocery place near Harrisburg. Clean and neat. The gentleman at the cashier register offered to take my groceries to the car. Very kind and thoughtful.

They sell expired products and they don’t give your money back. They’re basically forcing you to get a new one. Prices are little expensive as well. Be careful about the expired products! I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The best middle eastern market I have ever been so far, I was new to Charlotte and was looking for a halal market to purchase meat and this store met all my expectations with fresh meat, competitive prices, very clean and hygiene atmosphere. This will always be my to go to store for halal meat and the staff here is just wonderful.

Do not buy anything from the butcher I bought lamb but was something else they trick you even you ask is this lamb ? After they prepare it and they say yes don’t fall on their trick!!!
