Simone and Zazz are VERY WELCOMING. The store smells soooooo fragranz with theie selection of oils. And the soaps will keep your skin glowing while smelling good too. I decided on the sea moss elixir and cant wait to see the results from taking it. I also picked up a gorgeous purple bracelet...lots of cool stuff here!!!

I had been looking for a fragrance oil for about 12 years. My brother gave me a unnamed oil as a gift. My brother didnt know the name of it either, but it smelled amazing. For years I would try to find it, asking over 50 shops if they knew what it was. I had no luck. Some shops would try to duplicate it, but all failed. Taj Essentials was able to pull it off to my satisfaction. Id say that this shop matched the scent to about 97%, there is something very slightly off, but Im satisfied. Great customer service, great shop, atmosphere. Ill definitely be coming back.Please go to them for you oil, soap, and Shea butter needs.

I normally dont leave reviews but this is a must. I was tried of ordering products online. I really just wanted a personal business relationship so I searched for a while and I came across this website and even though this location was over an hour away I felt like I had to come. This was the best experience Ive had at a store in my entire life. He and his wife were so knowledgeable and helped us tremendously. Their customer service and their quality are the best hands down and I can honestly say they have a customer for life. Also my baby girl was tired from the drive and hungry so his beautiful little Princess shared her nuggets with her and they started having a blast while I shopped. Just AWESOME all the way around.

I would travel hours to purchase from Taj Essentials. The Purity of each oil is amazing. You only need a couple of drops to fill a room with beautiful aromas. The amount of different burning oils and essentials oils are plentiful. There is something here for everyone’s taste. I sent my husband there a few months ago after researching every essential oil place in Charlotte NC. When he got there, they were closed. My husband called the number to find out the new store hours. The owner of this beautiful establishment answered the phone and told my husband that he was turning around bc he had just left to go home for the evening. My husband said no worries, he would come back again soon. The owner would not hear it and went back to the store and spoke with my husband in great detail about the products. This is customer service at its finest! I will never purchase my soaps, coconut oil, pure honey, essentials oils or burning oils from anywhere but here. You will be welcomed into the store and will see a smile upon his face as he helps you understand anything you want to know. This place is more than a store, it’s a lifestyle!!

I looked up a couple of places in charlotte for incense and oils and Taj Essentials was on the list. I randomly chose to visit Taj first. Boy, am I glad I did. The customer service from the time you walk in is nothing short of amazing! I knew this place was going to be on my top places to visit and support for the long haul. I made a small purchase to do a test to see if they were legit as far as their product, and I must say not only are they legit, their product/s surpassed my expectations. I visited two other similar businesses and left immediately. I returned to Taj the next day and was greeted by my first name, which is a definite plus. I am honored to meet another business owner who recognizes the needs of their customers and makes their customers feel like family naturally with little to no effort. While out bouncing between the beauty supply store and Sally’s I found this place. It is wonderful. I live in charlotte nc and don’t know of any other place to buy essential oils carrier oils Shea butter etc. I was looking to find products to make a diy hair mask/ leave in conditioner and the products sold at Sally’s and the beauty supply are blended oils and cost an arm and a leg. The products here were 100%natural and unblended. Also affordable. The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. They’ve only been in charlotte a month but I’m glad to have found this place.
