Rhyle Scott facilitated our lease of a 2022 Q5. He was very accessible, had answers to my questions that were clear and thorough, and was completely focused on the task at hand. He then went over and above, when we called the next day with a virtual cockpit/display screen issue. We drove back to the dealership, he met us and carefully went through the process of changing settings, etc. He also shared his own experience with his personal car, which reassured us that this was not something unusual that we needed to monitor, just a characteristic of Audi vehicles in general. He spent considerable time to make certain we were satisfied. I would recommend him without reservation.
Nathan in the sales department helped me buy my FIRST car on my own today and the process was absolutely seamless! Car salesmen can get a bad rep, but the sales team at Audi Northlake is unmatched and unlike any other experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. This was my first service visit…the 20,000 one.-the dealer had bad info in the system….I had bought a maintenance service package when I bought the car but they said the profile said NO that I had bought an extended warranty….She said that she would check and did correct.-I was told that the routine 20,000 mile service would take 60-90 minutes if I wanted to wait. I did wait but after 2 hours had to ask why the car was on the lift and not being serviced. Then, I got the car in about 15 minutes.-they texted me during the visit to say that the car needed new tires! I only have 20,000 miles. Was the car sold needing an alignment or tire balancing?— were the tires rotated?-the car was not washed which I thought was a Hendricks routine?They Did offer Loaner that day.I hope that next visit will be better

We drove from Charleston, SC to purchase a 2016 SQ5. We had a very pleasant experience. Caleb was our Audi Brand Specialist. He was very professional. He sent us lots of pictures of the car. Once we saw the pictures and decided we would purchase the vehicle, he sent over the buyers order without an problems. We drove to Charlotte and took the SQ5 for a drive and it was everything that we had hoped for. There were no surprises and it ran like we expected it too. This was the second SQ5 that we purchased. Everyone that we came in contact with were friendly and the financing was flawless. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase from out of town. Great service. Was traveling through Charlotte and a bunch of warning lights came on our Audi 1 hour into our trip. The service center was able to get us in first thing in the next morning get the car fixed and we were back on the road by 1pm that day. Fortunately our vehicle was a CPO and the service was covered under that program. The experience was excellent

Robbie was great working on my car. I’m from out of town and he had knowledge of all aspects of my car! He double checked every little thing to make sure things were working as they should and if anything needed replacing. Well, on the one hand, your workmanship and service were great. On the other hand, the problem was misdiagnosed and the first service was not needed.When I returned for the same problem a new diagnosis was made. Unfortunately my extended warranty company will only install and warranty aftermarket, not OEM, parts. You will not.I understand your position. I dont want to take my Q5 somewhere else and get non-OEM parts either.So now I am looking for service somewhere else.

Took my vehicle there for the 60,000 mile service. Everybody was very professional and courteous. The communication was clear and transparent and nobody was trying to sell me anything I didnt need on my car. Carlos Lira the technician that worked on my vehicle although young had the knowledge of a well seasoned tech and was very professional. Carlos Lira was very thorough when inspecting my car for other possible issues that needed to be addressed. Other service centers should learn from Audi Northlake on how to treat customers. You guys have a customer for life.

I had the best most easy going and smooth process ever with Audi of Northlake. Tori and Alf took care of me and my husband very well. Alf was our go to guy and from the very beginning of looking for a vehicle to informing us of everything we needed to know before coming in and looking at the vehicle and filling out the paperwork, Alf was very professional, courteous, and all around genuine. He was very patient with us when we were up in the air about the vehicle we were interested in since they hadnt actually had it in the lot yet and hadnt been inspected yet as well as for the major fact that we were driving at least 4 hours to purchase this vehicle. Alfs knowledgeable and calm demeanor assured us that we were making the best decision for us. Tori was our go to guy for the paperwork. He also was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable as well. It may seem like youre signing your life away when filling out paperwork for a new vehicle, but Tori walked us through every single page thoroughly and made us feel like every angle was covered. They made sure before we took our vehicle off of the lot that it was inspected thoroughly and that we were 110% satisfied. The entire process was so swift and easy going that we were there by Friday afternoon and back home early Saturday morning. The only reason why we didnt get home sooner was because we decided to take our new baby out and take our time getting a bite to eat. I came in to test drive the new Audi Q8 SUV absolutely love the vehicle, More importantly I absolutely love the service I received from the executive assistant Megan Shook she did an absolute phenomenal job. Alf George made the car buying process fun! It was time for me to trade in my old Audi and I had convinced myself that I would not buy another Audi thinking I wanted to try something new. Alf reminded me why I love Audis so much and got me into 2022 Q3 that I absolutely love. The process was seamless and without any hassle. I appreciated leaving with a USB (instead of a million papers) of all of the documents I had signed. Alf took great time to go through the features of the car with me and called a few days later to make sure I was still good with everything. This is my third Audi, so I guess I truly am an Audi loyalist.

Excellent service on my Q5. We had a couple of subtle issues (minor engine shudder a low speeds, brake pedal squeaking) which turned out to be tricky to diagnose and fix. Andrew and Bradley found the root causes, fixed them, and now the car feels terrific again. Quick turnaround too.

I dropped my car off at Audi Northlake on Wednesday (9:00am) for a door speaker replacement and a new rear license plate bracket. I received a text message Wednesday afternoon to inform me we havent been able to get your car in. I will be sure to reach out as soon as I have an update for you. No call or text message ALL DAY Thursday. I leave a voicemail Friday morning at 8:45am. No reply by noon so I ring again, only this time directly to Audi Northlake service department number. After explaining my desire for an update on my car. I receive a text message at 1:16pm to inform me ... we just got your vehicle in ... along with a cost estimate. I ask for an estimated completion time, as I have to plan for transportation to Audi Northlake (no loaner cars available, so I had to choose the drop off appointment option). I am informed it will be done by 3:00pm. Wait ... WHAT? You had my car all day yesterday, didnt contact me because you didnt even LOOK at my car. Insult to injury (after being inconvenienced without a car for an entire day without any communication): Less than three hours to diagnose and complete service. This was an epic customer service fail ... especially from a premium auto dealership! It might just be worth the 45min drive to Winston-Salem the next time I have to spend $1400 of my hard earned dollars. NOT IMPRESSED!!!

Ive had a great experience at Audi of Northlake with there service department. Specifically Exon Cisneros. He is an amazing technician with a lot of knowledge, and has always been able to explain to me what is going on with my vehicle in terms that I can understand. I have finally found someone I trust working on my car and thats a great feeling.

This was my first time purchasing a car and I couldn’t of asked for a better experience. I came all the way from Baltimore and it was 100% worth it. I had my Q5 serviced a couple weeks, which happened to be my first experience with Northlake Audi as I recently moved to the area. The first class service was second to none. Jason L. was the service manager who took care of my vehicle. His professionalism, response time and up to date status reports certainly did not disappoint nor was it anything I experienced at my other dealership. I appreciate Jason and his team for a great experience and look forward to the ongoing relationship.
Everyone was super friendly and professional, but Zach in particular was AMAZING!!! He kept his word on everything. He followed up. I was never in limbo about anything. He kept a smile on my face! They treated me like family instead of a customer, which was very much appreciated! They deserve way more than 5 stars!
I have been to many Audi dealerships over the years and none have compared to the service I receive at Audi Northlake with Mike Estrada. He kept me up to date and Never left me in the dark. I will be back!
I took my 2012 Q5 for service at the recommended mileage and that my brakes are making noise. I asked to have them inspected because they were making noise.They misdiagnosed my brakes. They gave me a story that my rotor had a glaze on it making noise and that they drove it and did hard stops to help scrub off some of the glaze. WTH!??They did not update my vehicle records so there was no update that I had it serviced. Two weeks later I took it to Bravo 4Werks. They fixed my brakes . And as the pictures indicate, my brakes were indeed in need of replacing. They even sent me a video confirming my brakes and rotors are good. Good measurements . I don’t know if they wanted me to keep driving to destroy my car and come back for a bigger job but I wasn’t dare going to go back. I hardly drive my vehicle as I am remote. Total disappointment
