My visit at Hendrick BMW Northlake was nothing short of amazing. The people there are courteous. The receptionist was very welcoming. Everyone was very attentive. Also I felt very comfortable since they followed COVID measures. All wore masks correctly (not just over their mouth).

I took my BMW 740i into service as I had a check engine light on and Jeff Day did an outstanding job of greeting me professionally and keeping me updated on the analysis of the service team.It turned out to be minor and I was on my way.I have had the car in for service a few times and I am always pleased at how the service department is run. I particularly like the text video of the car done by the BMW certified mechanic who shows you what they did and what may need to be done in the future. Very thorough.

An unexpected flat tire while traveling home to the Northeast brought me to Hendrick. Since I didnt have a scheduled appointment I was prepared to be there for many hours. First they needed to find my special tire.. . My consultant, Jeff Day, was awesome. He went above and beyond to find a tire and get me on my way. This could have been a disaster but Jeff and his team at Hendrick BMW restored my faith in excellent customer service.

Brad always makes you feel like you are his only customer, and that goes a long way with me. The sales and finance team at hendrick were very responsive to our needs and time table. The environment is friendly and COVID protocol is followed. The one thing that would have been more helpful is to have pricing and coverages for the various warranties in advance of the finance meeting. This would reduce some pressure in the last moments of the sale.

Had a flawless buying experience with Carl! Very straightforward, was more than reasonable in negotiations and had awesome customer service. Everything from start to finish including a test drive in less than 3 hours so was a fast and easy experience. I love coming here, I always get amazing service. I have to get better at posting each time I come. I didnt have an appointment today and needed air in my tires. I was immediately greeted by Peggy who offered to take my car and put air in all 4 tires as well as take my car to get washed. Now that is service. Then she handed me off to Blair who was so nice. And Marquis was awesome because he filled my tires up with air and realized a blade was stuck in one of my tired. Not the news I wanted to hear but appreciated him inspecting my tires thoroughly and bringing it to my attention. Kudos to such a great staff.

I was recommended to this dealership by Chris, a mechanic there. He assured me that the process a vehicle goes through to be sold there was extremely thorough and everything is checked out to a T. If something is wrong, it’s not on the lot. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I found a car online that I loved but I t was at the Charleston Hendrick location. Antonie was absolutely wonderful and explained in every detail how the car would get fromCharleston to Charlotte. I traded in a vehicle and they gave me a very fair trade. Nick was a sales associate who helped me on Sunday some and he was a pleasure to work with!I live 2 hours from Charlotte and work 8-5… Antonie told me that the car would be ready for pick-up Monday (the following day) I informed him that I wouldn’t get there until right at or after 7 due to work and I felt very bad about keeping them late, Antonie assured me it would not be an issue and would work with me at whatever time I could get there.Once I got there the paper work was already completed and I was able to work with Gray, another sales associate who is absolutely awesome! He was so funny and very pleasurable to work with.Chris the finance manager was very nice and professional and knew exactly what he was doing and needed to be done. Such an amazing dealership. You drive into the service drop off and get greeted with your name. My BMW 440i brake fluid light was on but Brad Beard, the best service advisor you can ever ask for, did several more service checks for us so we didnt need to come back right away. The staff posts deceiving reviews and it seems that this is the only thing they are good at. They are also great at making things disappear, so don’t leave anything in the car. Did not interact with the Sales team but the Service Department is grossly incompetent and severely overpriced. Same, if not better service at Firestone or Meineke for half the cost.

This was certainly unplanned, so I need a loaner to drive while the repairs were being completed. Jeff made it possible for me to get an unscheduled loaner. During the service period, he provided me with updates on progress. After receiving a video of the diagnostics for my vehicle, he called and again reviewed the findings. I must commend Jeff for his courtesy, pleasant attitude and professionalism. I was very satisfied with the service experience.

Many advise against women shopping for cars without a male but Ligon eased all of my anxieties and worked tirelessly to make sure I got the car that I wanted at the best price possible. He was literally working while I was sleeping and taking my phone calls on his days off. Had a great experience at Hendrick Northlake. I was going out of town and dropped the car off. JR Guevara was service advisor, and he kept me informed thru txt msgs the entire trip. Picked the car up, runs great, looks good. Definitely recommend.

Hans Shayeghi was my main contact at Hendrick BMW, Northlake Charlotte and was fantastic to work with. He kept in contact with me and helped me find the perfect car that was in transit. I came into the showroom one day when Hans was off and Landon Blake stepped in and finalized everything for me. I rate the service that I received as a 5 out of 5, the best.

I advised to the service manager of how rude & and inattentive service advisor Jeff Day was to me. He did not want to look up the information that he had been received on my car prior to me dropping it off. He advised me that its his wifes birthday & that he is supposed to be leaving. I dont know what that had to do with looking up the info on the check in of my car. Then stated he doesnt know why it would be dropped off there....But insurance company who helped set the appointment up, stated that he spoke to Jeff Day & advised him of everything & Jeff Day was the one he spoke with. When I asked Jeff Day to look into the emails, he would not. The service manager made up a ton of difference in service for me when I came to pick up my car though. Ive interacted with other service advisors from this location for 5 years & never had that type of low service performed from them.

Excellent experience with Hendrick. Carl was great to work with from the beginning. He took us on a long test drive and my wife fell in love with the car and features. I worked with Carl on the numbers and the process was pleasant and fair. Jordan handled the financial work and the documents. Jordan was very personable and great to deal with.
