Charlotte Body & Paint did an excellent job on my car! They took care of me, by placing me in a rental and keeping me updated with how long my car would take to be repaired. It took a little over 3 weeks and my car was good as new. They washed it, and cleaned it so well. Eddie did a fabulous job with his customer service, and making sure that everything that I needed was taken care of!Great place to go to after being in an accident, and needing your car repaired. They make you feel at ease, and reassure you that your car will be good as new!

Scam alert. Doesnt do everything he supposed too. I have mis matched parts on my car didnt paint anything he said. Doesnt call back or anythingDont go here!!

This place isnt no good because o took my suv to this body shop and they didnt fix nothing but and I still smell gas they lie and say that they took it to my financial place to look at it but they didnt and than they signed my Signature on a check from my car insurance people to cash the check and now I had to fail a police report on this company and they will be sue

Most stressful situation ever. I panicked when my car needed collision service so I went to this shop. Worse event ever was trying to get a rental. Well last time I went to Charlotte body and paint they kept my car so long that I have a do not rent and a collection on me because they didnt honor their agreement with Enterprise to pay for the additional days they kept my car. . The biggest problem was when I wanted to move my car to another body shop. Well they made up so many fees and refused to release my car for seven days. I asked to move my car from their lot and they wanted more than a thousand dollars just for sitting in the lot. I had to get my insurance company to move it. I refuse to ever get involved with them again. When I asked to move my car one of the employees told me that they hope all my wheels fall off. Wow good customer service. We wont talk about no one picks up the office phone wow this really bothered me they seemed so nice the first time I used them for repairs

They are very professional and good customer service. They help my deductible and they warranty lifetime on the repair. My car come out like brand new. I am very happy with the service and the work. I will refer this shop to all my friends. Thank you very much

If I could give an negative zero star I would this is the worst business in Charlotte, NC pulling into the parking lot looks like a junk yard first instinct keep driving. My car was taken here for a simple scratch on the driver side door when the owner Doan advises me to leave the car there on a Tuesday the car sat on his lot for 2 weeks without even being touched and bunch of non sense about waiting on insurance company for a quote? Why would I fill out all this information for the owner or his workers to not call my household and or insurance company for 2 weeks. This place is unprofessional and do not conduct business in a timely manor. Do Not Waste your time coming here!

The WORST experience ever! They will try to sweet talk you and rush you through the process. They provide no follow up! I spoke with with Bobby initially and he could never be reached after. You can not get in contact with anyone at the office. The phone systems have been down for weeks! They don’t send out email updates, confirmations, or estimated completion dates. I never received an initial quote for damaged. This has been the most difficult experience ever! In addition, they have FEDERAL CHARGES pending against them for insurance fraud. Please please don’t use this company

I would recommend Charlotte Body and Paint to any friend or family member. They help me from the time I picked up the phone till I picked up my car. Also they help me with my deductible this is a good place to recommend your family and friends. Don the owner is great and goes out of his way to please the customer. He definitely earned my business. Cara is very professional and pleasant to work with and puts the customer first. I wasnt very happy with Nicole not keeping me updated through the process and making me feel like a number but Don and Cara definitely made up for that.

Took my 2010 f150 truck to have the back passenger side fixed. After I was rear-ended. They told us it would be 2weeks. It took 3 and a half weeks. When I got the truck back, my paint had a run in it and my muffler wasnt fix. I called back and was told to bring it back in.3 days later its worse. My muffler is not new like my insurance paid for.its still hanging and I still have a run.I would never refer anybody to go there.

I went to this shop two weeks ago about my damages they agreed they were going to order the glass and they’ll get right too it...Well unfortunately things didn’t go that way. They left my car outside of the shop in the rain all night and morning and I would not have known unless I’d didn’t have to get anything out of my car after it was dropped off the day before because they told me it would take 4 days to fix. (my sunroof is what needed to be fixed the glass was broken)... Mike (employee) gave the keys to a guy to move the car in the inside and it was not moved and my car seats were soaked. They lost my car keys and couldn’t find them for 45 minutes, Don the owner (I’m assuming) pretty much told me the glass would be there but it was never order and I waited for two weeks. On top of that it was a waste of time, money and energy to get a rental car (after they told me the car would be done, but nothing was completed may I add) Furthermore belongings were missing out of my car and when I decided to take my car else where, there were also other damages done to my car when it was picked up. Nobody is on the same page at this company everybody wants to be the boss and just sit around curse and gossip. Don was so amp for me to do a review for the company and the work on my car wasn’t or haven’t even been touched yet. They just want things too look good and this shop is a mess, unprofessional, & unorganized!So I advise anyone to do your research and just know your experience may not be like mines, but I wouldn’t even risk it with this place. Go to another body shop!

Do not take your car here I repeat do not they’re scam artist especially MIKE if he calls about receiving your police report hang up immediately they will try and make you think that they work with your insurance company or whom ever insurance you are using and will tell you they guarantee you a $150 rebate which that is the catch to get your car fixed there then they will try and take $50 of that “MIKE”and say they can get you a $500 deductible all lies then they will force you to get your car fixed there and make you sign papers and while you’re going to cash the check call enterprise for you and have someone from enterprise pick you up at the shop they won’t give you any kind of estimate and will rush you off from the shop everybody in the shop are ghetto and unprofessional they will lie to whatever insurance is paying for your car and add more damage to your car intentionally just to get more money out of your insurance company and will lie they will never give you an invoice of your repairs nor show you any paperwork where they purchased all your parts they do half ass work and don’t purchase all the parts needed for your car they will cover it up with paint until you realize it’s not right Don is so rude and disrespectful I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN WORST BODY SHOP EVER!!! They need to be shut down!!

The worse manager Ive ever encounter. Ive heard this place is very reasonable price so I went to the shop and got the business card. On the card, it included the manager, Son Doan, office number and his cellphone number. I tried calling the number several times but no one picks up so I texted the manager on his cellphone number. I told him that Im a customer and wanted my car to be painted. I sent him photos of my car on the areas that need to be fixed and I asked him when will he be at the shop so I can bring it to him personally to check it and give me an estimate. However, all I get from him was Who are you? I tried reaching out again but there was no response. I wouldnt recommend this paint shop to anybody. Horrible manager. He will never responds to your inquiries. I dont even know how he is the manager. BTW, If he doesnt want to be reach by his personal number then he shouldnt include it in his business card.

I recently hit a deer and went with this body shop on a friends recommendation. Im very happy with the service and the work they did here! They let me know that there would be a slight difference in the colour of the panels they had to replace because paint matching isnt perfect. I expected this but frankly I can barely notice it and no one Ive pointed it out to had been able to tell the panels apart!They did all the work with my insurance for me and got it all taken care of faster than the insurance company estimated. Looks just like the day I bought the car!

Do not take yo car to this place they wont quote your damage until they see the insurance check. Once your work is done they havent even done what they said they were going to do. Patch work is what they are great at; not good quality. Don think he is bad lol and Nicole does whatever he tells her wrong or right. Shameful place I was sad for them.

When I picked it up, I noticed a few things still messed up, and they extended my rental and fixed everything to my high standards and wrote me a check for my gas and trouble for the repairs not being complete. Dont take your car to this place had a bad experience with them. Customer service is not bad but dont fall for that. I took my car there to be repaired. They call me to come and pick my car up when I arrive and look at my car they did not do a good job and there was further damage to my car. They try to cover it up but did such a poor job. To cut things short the rest is history. The insurance payed them.I am now in the process of getting a quote from Toyota to get my car fixed the right way.

This place did a terrific job with my 2011 Hyundai Genesis Coupe, they made sure to outline exactly what needed to be fixed to my insurance company (because they missed several problems in their estimate). The only issue I had with them was their poor communication. I had to keep calling them to get a status and didnt receive promised call backs. If they improve this Id say 5 stars. I was very happy with how my car turned out and how they were able to openly explain the process of getting it repaired and give a fairly accurate timeline for the repair completion.

They did a great job! Ive used them several times. I will recommend everyone to take their car here.

I had a great experience with Charlotte Body and Paint. They took care of my car and did a great job I would refer them to all my family and friends.

I will never go there again. They dont keep their word. They told me that my car would be ready in three days once all parts were in. I told them I would bring them my car once all the parts were in because I needed transportation. Once my parts were in I dropped my car off on a Friday at 9:30a.m. I rented a car for a few days. The car was not ready as promised, so I had to extend my rental for several more days. I asked when would my car be ready and they said give them a few more days. When I finally picked my car up after a week, they had broken my washer fluid reservoir, gave me less than the quoted quality parts, and re-used some of the damaged parts. When I brought it to their attention, the answer was that the owner was out of town therefore, I needed to come back. And the broken windshield washer reservoir, they claim they didnt break it. I was riding with it until the parts came in just fine. Now when I pour fluid in it, it runs right out. Also, when I went to pay with my debit/credit card they said they didnt have a machine to swipe the card. They were so bad that I didnt go back when the owner returned. Terrible service!
