New 2019Someone took the liberty of hitting my car in the parking garage the day after Christmas; while I was at work. No surprise the person left without doing the respectable thing. After going through the process and headache of trying to identify the vehicle, I had to bite the bullet and prepare to take care of the damages. I called the shop, Huey remembered me and my vehicle. Huey generated an estimate of repairs and I went from there. After a week of planning I arrived at the shop early Saturday morning. Huey and his team were great, they worked with me every step of the way. He responded to every message, kept me included, and kept me aware of the progress down to the paint day and what remained for assembly. Huey shared all supplemental detail prior to making any moves and I was welcome to see what he was sharing first hand. Even with it being a holiday and holiday weekend during the repair window, my vehicle was ready within the estimated time frame and she came out looking like the showroom floor. Huey and his team took the liberty of cleaning up my ride before I picked it up. What can I say, Luxury Auto Body came through once again. I felt great and very comfortable as a returning customer! As I did before I definitely recommend this shop.

This place is amazing!!!! Huey and Tammie are the best of the best.They take the time to help you through all of your problems from the accident. Also the body work job they do is amazing. My car doesnt even look like its been an accident. Huey also recognized that the job that the last body shop did on my car didnt do the job they were supposed to do and helped me get my money back from them. These are very honest and grateful people. June 2018 - The service was great. Mrs. Tammie, Huey and the whole team were pleasant, attentive, and straight forward about processes and times. I was given a walk through and got to see some finished work on other vehicles. The shop was very helpful in communicating with the other drivers insurance company as they gave me the run around for weeks (even though their driver admitted fault from the beginning). Overall Im satisfied with Luxury Auto Body. I recommend this shop. A couple of before and after pics.

Worst experience ever after they picked up my car told me nothing was going to come out of my pocket ! They had it for two months, left me with out my rental I had no car . After I picked up after two moths all the worked they day said they did, was not done ! All the did was small work .every time I kept calling them told everything else was done they were waiting for parts, not to mention they told me I was rude! When they were being rude hanging up the phone on me & if it wasn’t for me calling I would have not known when to pick my truck . Now they owe me money & don’t want to pay me what they actual owe me . They done changed ther labor rate from a certain price from the intiak estimate to more ! Will never be working with them again !

DO NOT GO HERE. My husband and I had the worst experience with Luxury Auto Body. They fixed our vehicle and days later a piece from the bumper fell off and the front grill was popped out. Instead of researching the correct part my car needed they then proceed to glue the part on (which was not to be glued). Once that part fell off again; we took the car back and the right part was ordered. We had to get our insurance company involved to make sure things were being done right. We ended up having to go down there 4 times to get the car fixed correctly. Extremely unprofessional and unorganized, find somewhere else to take your car!

The BEST PLACE EVER. I was hit by some little dumb non driving young person. The person who hit me didnt even report the accident to her insurance company. The car was in her dads name. At the time I didnt have any money for a deductible, but Mrs. Tammie and Dewey both reassured me that they would cover any of those charges for me. We thought it would take 14 days to fix my car, but Luxury Auto had my car to me in 8 days!! I have sent all of my family members over and they have all had the same experience that I did! They are awesome and I HIGHLY recommend this company!! Thanks again guy :)

The whole staff is very welcoming and warm. After speaking with Tammie on the phone, I decided to stop by to speak with them in person and they wasted no time in picking my car up to start working on it. I absolutely love this place! After reading all the reviews I was sketchy to bring my 2019 BMW 528I into Luxury Auto. After several conversations with Kim and Duey I decided To bring my car in for the repairs. They goes above and beyond to make sure the Works is done right. If you need any work done on your car, this is the place you need to go and Kim and Duey Is the people that you need to see.

The service was slow. They had my car for 2 1/2 months. I called before I left and tell the guy my car doesnt sound right and it wasnt doing this before the accident. He tells me it b/c of rust under my car. Im driving the car home and it cutting off, every time the car is shifting gears it stalls. So the company let me drive a car that they knew was unsafe. I will never use the company again. If I could put a negative star I would.

Avoid this place. Poor customer service. Took my jaguar to them, they had it for a week with no resolution. It was a window motor issue. So not to complex. They had no idea when the part would arrive. They couldn’t get the claim started with the warranty company because they couldn’t provide the information that the warranty company needed to start the claim. I called the warranty company and they said this repair company told them I need to handle the warranty as they were not going to provide any more information to them. Got my car keys after a week, my car was pretty dirty. No apology, they seem to not care and viewed the situation as only my fault. They lost a customer.

Love the staff and work ethic. I was really pleased by the way they took care of me and my vehicle. It was my first collision so I wasn’t sure of what to expect but these guys made it really easy for me. I was able to rent one of there nice cars while mines was being worked on. That made things run much faster and smoother. Great shop would defiantly recommend

As an insurance adjuster, weve had to ask our insured not to use this body shop due to several claims of theft, damage to vehicles, and poor quality work. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST GETTING ANY WORK DONE HERE. Buyer beware! Our small insurance agency has had over a dozen recent complaints, with the body shop refusing to make things right with our customers

The secretariat (Mrs) Helped me with an Attorney😎 Also Huey finessed the Insurances involved in my Auto Accident to fix issues (my car) not related to the accident (Da’baby voice 🗣”HAAAAAA”). They even took care of my rental when my Insurance rental expired until the vehicle was ready to drive. My vehicle should of been written-OFF by GEICO due to rear structural damages. So Huey made sure they PAID & FIXED THE WHOLE DAME CAR 💯🤣😎 (Awesome) I mean everything even a paint job!!! You have to give jack his jacket sometimes! They are people who go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They gave me a ride to pick up my rental up and I was able to return it at the shop to save time. They stay in touch with me throughout the entire process. And have a great times with insurance so everything was smooth and seamless.They also finished the repairs on my explorer 3 days early. Huey at Luxury was very helpful. I brought my 2015 Chrysler 200 in for body damage and he took care of it. I could not tell where it was damaged when I received the vehicle. I will say I was very impressed. He is reliable and I would recommend anyone to Luxury. Go see Huey, he will take care of you.

Excellent Customer Service!! Huey went above and beyond to take care of my MINI Cooper. My new MINI (only 4 months old) met with an accident and was totaled. Luxury Auto fixed the car and it looked like brand new again. They also provided me with Warranty on all the work done by them. Two years later, I called them with an issue related to a sensor and without second thought, ordered the part and fixed the issue without any charge. Huey was also courteous to take care of a nail in one of the tires even though it did not have anything to do with the sensor. Great service! Highly recommend!!

Absolute worst experience of my life when it comes to work done. Took incredibly long even with consideration to Covid mandates. The quality is so sub par I question their qualifications all together. My alarm system, DRLs, and locking for my car either don’t work anymore or work on different buttons (these worked after the accident prior to them receiving the car). My paint started chipping and peeling off within a month of getting my car back. I then spent months trying to get an appointment to have them fix it, constantly met with lies and just bs (they offered to fix but I had to leave it with them for a few days and they would not cover rental costs as I need my car for work). It was given back to me with an odor and dirt on my seats as well as other interior pieces. I’ve had the pleasure of taking it elsewhere just to have them tell me what wasn’t done or what should’ve been done differently, and on one occasion what they feel may have been stated but not actually done. I’m required to leave at least 1 Star but know that if I were able to give none or even remove some I would. Hindsight is 20/20 please use my grievances as your warning.

I don’t even know where to begin! When I got into my car accident I just knew my car was totaled and could not be repaired! Long story short I got a random call from Mrs. Reid offering to assist me with my repairs. I usually don’t answer unknown numbers but thank God I answered her call. They came and picked me up to bring me to their shop so they could let me know what they could do for me. I felt like they were family by how comfortable they made feel. They took me to get my car from where it was towed to from the accident and brought it to their shop to assess the damages. They even paid for my storage fees!!! Huey said he could definitely fix my car and that’s exactly what he did!! I picked my car up today and it looks BRAND NEW!!! If you’re ever in need of a repair shop and you’re in the Charlotte, NC area look no further because this is definitely the place to go!!!! I could go on and on about my experience but I think I’ve bored you all enough! Thank you again Mrs. Reid and Huey for all you did for me during this process! I will be forever grateful!

I had an awesome experience with Luxury Auto Body. Not only does my car look absolutely amazing (in all actuality the front looks way better then it did before I took it there), the whole experience was almost effortless on my part. They worked out everything with my insurance company as well as the rental company, and even covered my deductible! The only thing I had to do was drop my car off and pick it up when it was done, which in and of itself was awesome since the owners and staff are extremely personable, funny, and totally looked out for me throughout the whole process, which didnt take very long at all! I am recommending this place to everyone I know who needs auto body services!

Great service and attention to detail. My car was hit by a deer who did some damage to the right front fender, grill and bumper. The car looks like new. The shop also had my car inspected because I need to get it registered by July 1st. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone.

DONT DO IT!!! they kept my car over 2 months for a 10 day job and when I got the truck back the next day I went for a oil change and found out I had a broken axle how are you a certified body shop and over look something so simple and obvious ....and did not want to pay for my temporary transportation this place is very very very very Horrible please DO NOT GO HERE!

I had a limb fall on my car during a bad storm and it left several dents and some paint damage on the roof of my car. Huey is awesome to work with and made my car repair an easy process. Worst Experience Ever!!! Would never recommend anyone to them !!!! They Had my car a little over a Month with no Update Unless l went up there Mrs.Reid started out sweet as could be but Give you the run around as well.. She called me a few weeks back about me being in the wreck but already had my car and she was the one to call me about my car the first time... How did you not know you had my car ....!? Its A Lot with them ..Lost my keys - tried to argue me that a car was mine when l kept telling them it was not mine .. took it to nissan to fix but Did not pay them so l had to go out my way to call state farm to redo payment to them .. ln the most humblest way ever l promise even if it was the last shop standing l would never go there

We had our 2008 Honda Civic LX repaired and we are very happy with their work. The staff is very professional, courteous and they do an excellent job. In addition our repairs were completed very quickly. I was especially impressed with their painting and blending. It was seamless. If you have any repair needs, I recommend you check them out. Excellent service. My car got hit pretty bad from the back. Tail lights and bumper of trunk mashed all the way in. Picked up my car and it looked brand new they even fix the other side of my car that had nothing to do with the accident I was in.

Did a great job on the body work. They towed the vehicle for free. Super friendly staff and not over priced. I live close by and he even drove it back to my place to drop it off for me. Very polite and will fix it all start to finish.

Huey at Luxury Auto Body did a great job repairing my Hyundai Sonata. He was competitive with his pricing, provided great customer service and delivered as promised. I would use Luxury again.

I was considering taking my car here after reading the positive reviews and hearing about them from a friend. However, they ended up doing a terrible job on his vehicle. 1) Their paint job was noticeably poor, and 2) they broke things on the vehicle and refuse to take responsibility. Im glad I avoided all of the headache this body shop has caused him.

I had a wonderful experience at the Luxury auto body shop. This accident could not have come at a worse time it was the a Friday and a holiday. With Tammy and Dewey assistance I was able to immediately set up my claim with insurance and get a rental car the same day . Not only that, but I got my car back in less than two weeks ! My car looks great and they are more then helpful with any questions or concerns even after getting my car back; service from everyone was patient and nice. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. At first they were nice and respectable then it quickly became the worst car experience I have ever had. They kept my car for over thirty days. I had to return it several times for them to correct paint work. They complained and became very rude whenever I asked questions regarding the warranty. The place is poorly managed. They agreed to pay my rental car beyond the day that the insurance paid. Enterprise called me several times harassing me, because they refused to pay for it. I had to go in the office myself, call Enterprise and have them meet me there to get payment. They tried to throw the check at me like I was the problem.After all my complaining which I had ever right they did rectify the problem, but it took way to much drama to get to the end result. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Sorry but Not sorry!

They are not worth the time!! I sent my car to them only to find out months later it was NOT PROPERLY FIXED. They were nice at the beginning and act like they are there to help, only to scam you of your money. I definitely feel like I was scammed. My car was not fixed correctly and now I gotta get that repaired again and you think they responded correctly? ABSOULTELY NOT! They are terrible with customer service. I explained to the lady at the desk/manager of this issue and even sent her pictures of the car. She seemed upset about the work but never contacted me back like she argued she would. I dont even know why I believed her. They will never touch my car or anyone else I know. They couldnt even contact me back, you think its worth taking your car to them and spend money out of your pocket? NO!! I wouldnt go to them even if insurance paid for it. DONT DO IT!

The staff is very nice and friendly; however their work lack quality. My car was involved in a fendor bendor, it took them over 30 days to repair the car, in addition, the work was not done properly. The screws were not tight and several were missing. Something came lose and fell down. As a result I ran the part over. They did not take ownership.

When I got in my car accident in September of 20,2018. This auto body shop called me. How they got my number is still a mystery. At first everyone seems so nice and explain to me I can come in and check on my car any time I wanted too. It took them 2 and a half weeks to fix my car. Now mind you I have a brand new 2018 Honda. I expected my car to look just the way I got it. When I got the call to come get my car, I thought it was nice work till I started driving and keep hearing a noise under my car. I looked under my car, were I found my underbody pan deattached. I always found parts not put on the car correctly. I went back to them and told them and they zip tied my under body pan. Then they told me there was nothing wrong with the parts on my car. Everyday I find something new parts coming off. I have a side curtain airbag panel that is open. I went to them over 5 times to correct the issues with my car. The problem were never fixed and the last time I went up there, the manager was rude to me and my sister, yelling and cursing at us. Then walked up on my sister like he was going to hit her. This company in my eye is very unprofessional.

Initially i was told my vehicle would be ready in 3 weeks. After the 3 weeks, i called and was told 2 more weeks. After the 2 weeks, i called and was told 1 more week. After 1 more week i went to luxury auto body and was told in person 1 more week.. the car was nowhere near complete when i saw it. I asked another technician how long would it take to put my car together and he said he could do it in one day but he isnt the person repairing my vehicle. So after that week which is today. I called and was told my car was complete but I cant pick it up until Monday because its dirty.. i wish I wouldve read the other reviews before choosing this place to fix my car.. its been 2months, still no car..
