Extremely helpful. They saved me $130+ that the mechanic wanted to charge for just checking the check engine light. Ended up being a leaky fuel cap for $9. Highly recommend; Will was very friendly and helpful!

Very friendly staff. I was greeted as I walked through the door. At the register, I kindly asked the Auto Zome associate to confirm if the parts I picked out would fit my car. He did just that and also gave me some pointers for installing. I definitely recommend this store 👌🏽

On a mini vacay and my tire starts to squeak out of nowhere so I came here, told the employee Robert my issue and with no hesitation he helped me out!! Looked under my car and all even drove it to see what the noise issue was! Told me my issue was an easy fix. Highly recommend!

I already told them to there face the issue but if this is the owner only thing that happened was I needed gloves(mechanics) but the only 2 pairs they had that fit were dirty, looked as if someone had already worked in them so I told staff and they just looked at me and put the gloves back on the rack. Im glad I saved my 20 something dollars and not trying to sound negative or rude but everything worked out for the best I found some better gloves for better value same day so just is what it is. We all know nothing in lifes perfect but its all in how you handle it.

I went up to the counter to ask for help finding something and the representative was extremely sassy for no reason, telling me that she worked at the register and that she cant help. Terrible service, needed a quart of oil, hours stated 7:30am-10pm, on Monday morning at 7:45am arrive for a 2 minute transaction, three associates inside. Door locked. Associates wave for me to leave and they weren’t open... waited until 8:05 as this is the only location close with the oil my vehicle requires. Still locked, knock and get waved to leave. Will not return to this location again. At least come to the door and tell your customers if there is an issue. 4 other customers came and left as I waited a well, so if you own or manage this location your losing out on business left and right

I needed windshield wiper blades for my 87 Ford F-150.They got me the correct blades fast and they work amazing!Sometimes you dont realize how much you need new blades until you replace them!

This store is the only Autozone we shop at.Because they have the inventory, expertise and go above and beyond the call of duty.They’ll even install a battery for you. No charge. Ask about “core exchange” deals for say, radiators, transmissions, alternators, etc.The staff is awesome, we like them all.Our favorite is the General Manager, Donovan he is a very kind person. 🙏

Terrible experience with a manager at AutoZone on S. Blvd.I came to AutoZone to purchase some Safeway window spray. It was not on sale, at $5.35. I purchased it.Thinking that was quite high I looked online to see who else carries it and price checking. Wanting to keep my business with Autozone, I called in to see if they would do a price match for the same product advertised at Advance Auto Parts 2/$4. The person whom I called in to, said they would match it.When I arrived, I told a lady at the cash register, who turns out to be a manager about the price match. I visually showed her the picture of the price matched item. She responds with, we dont usually do price matching unless its a direct competitor. I responded with, it is a direct competitor its advance Auto parts. She looked at it again, and said oh okay. She did a return. Then told another employee that he needed to check me out. After doing so, she said.. oh I didnt have to return that. My guess, was that she realized I still want the product, I just wanted the adjusted price. This demonstrated her competence. The lady manager then told the guy to ring me up for $4. I said the special was 2 for $4 on the advance Auto flyer online. I showed the guy who rang me up. He even said, so that would be $2 to the manager. She said, ring it up for $4 because if I were to buy it at the other store it would be $4 if I purchased 2, so she would give me the price of 1 can for $4. I told her it should be $2 for 1. Then she repeated what she said. I told her with that logic, I wont be back. She said thats fine.I left, and I wont be back. She represents AutoZone, and I cant support a store that has such terrible management.

My driver side windshield wiper blew completely off during the start of a massive rain storm on the highway. I Hey Googled my way to the nearest auto parts store and arrived here. The storm was still going pretty good when I was inside and purchased my new wipers so I waited it out a bit. It was still raining but the guys on staff put on raincoats and ponchos to help me out yesterday so I get get back on my way and get home. They went above an beyond :)

Got to give it a 3. Robert R. Was an amazing help. It was 9:45 and he helped change a battery which went past closing at 10. Robert deserves a perfect 5/5. His coworkers were moaning and groaning because he volunteered to help me which made them stay for 5 minutes past closing; these workers deserve a 1/5.The entire time, however, Robert never once complained about staying a bit over time, nor did he complain about his coworkers who were giving him a hard time. He also told me that he was working 2 jobs. Robert is the true definition of a hard worker and a good person.

Felicia was manning a busy store by herself when we arrived. She did a great job juggling customers efficiently. She got us out the door with a new battery in our car and some additional items in pretty short order. She did it all with a smile even when customers were stacked several deep and it took time for other associates to appear to help. This is not the closest Auto zone to me but I would drive over here for that kind of customer service.

Went to get a fuse replaced for my cigarette light but we couldnt figure out which one it was. We went to this location and Shauna insisted she came out with her tester, walked my husband to the aisle, rang us up, out in the fuse and even came back out to check on us to make sure that it was right. Literally from the parking lot, aisle, register and back to the car and with a replaced fuse, all in less than 10 minutes. Shauna was EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable and went the extra mile with the customer service! As were driving off she was out helping other cars in the lot. She deserves some recognition for a job well done!

During my commute to office on February 18th 2020 (this month), Food allergy kicked in. I got out of train at Scaley Bark station crossed the intersection and entered Auto Zone store (located right across Scaley Bark Station) purchased water bottle and informed Cashier that food allergy kicked in. Not only the Auto Zone Staff allowed me to lie down, staff helped me with first aid kit and also called 911 to make sure emergency medical service reached in time.I am really really Thankful and appreciate all help provided by the staff.

Simple and easy process. Truck was starting hard and I thought it might be the battery. Stopped in, they came out to the truck and tested it. It was bad. They gave me options and benefits of each new battery and had it changed out within the hour.

My favorite Auto Zone! I had replaced my rear windshield wiper but it didnt work properly. It was raining and I happened to be in Charlotte, so I stopped here - where Ive been countless times before. As usual, they assisted me to resolve the matter with the usual friendly, professional and competent manner. Great job!

This is my favorite place in the city to shop for auto parts. Anything I cant find on my own can always be found by the folks at the counter. They always seem to have good advice and a fairly thorough knowledge of whats going on. The prices are about what you would expect for the job needing to be done... The service is what sets them apart from the rest

Had the worst customer service experience in my life. After they tried to help us replace a headlight bulb and dropped the cap under the hood and told me to fetch it out, I was then told to go to aisle 2 and get the bulb myself. After we purchased the build, we were told it was too hard to change the bulb. (o’reily down the street had no problem doing it). There was no effort put into making this a pleasant experience and I would never go back to an Auto Zone again. If I could zero stars I would.

Wonderful experience, first I didnt know what kind of when shell wipers I need it so the color came out and checked for me, then I didnt know how to change him so he came back out and put them in for me as well. This is customer service at its best

Auto Zone is great, but this store’s customer service needs work.Only 5 minutes inside and I was immediately confronted with an attitude for testing a creeper I was looking to buy. The lady was very rude and I will never be back.

I bought a new battery last summer at Autozone in Durham and it could not keep a charge the past few months. I brought my car into this location today and could not be more pleased with the service! Shauna tested my battery and replaced it for free because of the warrantee on it. I was in and out within 15 minutes. She tested my alternator & starter as well and said I was good to go! Will definitely return here. All three of the women working provided great service.

Staff was fighting with each other. Attendant that was putting my wiper blades on kept throwing accessories on my hood. Then tried to walk off with my newly purchased packaging and old parts. I have gone here several times, and its not always a bad experience, some of their employees are great! Just a truly horrible experience today. They need to sort out their in house drama, its hurting business!

Autozone what can I say at the auto parts store if you have to go to an auto parts store youre evidently not having a good day but AutoZone is one of those places that can make you feel like youre having a good day even though youre not they basically have everything you need and if they dont they normally can get it within 24 hours friendly staff clean Place another one of my favorite places to go

I brought in my car because it was having trouble starting and thought I might need a new battery. They tested my battery and alternator for free and told me I wouldnt need a new one after all so they saved me from buying something I didnt need. They were very polite and helped me right away.

Normal location with regular AutoZone wait times. 2 employees on a Saturday afternoon covering all customers. Clean store however with plenty of parking and easy in and out.

I love this store, it is the closest auto parts store to my home; less than a 10 minute drive. Very convenient location, staff is always helpful. Plus, they are open until 10:00 PM so I know I can always rely on them to be open when I need a part. However, I went by there this evening at around 8 PM and they were closed up tight, dont know what was up with that. Kind of upset me, because Im on a schedule. But, inconvenience aside I would recommend this store!

It was a great experience, the manager in turn was really helpful, however there is a female white tint hair manager in this store, who is really the opposite of a good customer service.

I called today and asked a lady who picked up the phone if they carry fuel line by the foot. She said they do. I asked her if they carry 1/4 ID by 1/2 OD and she said she would check for me. 11 minutes later I hung up and called back as it was clear she wasnt coming back to answer my question. The same lady picked up the phone again and said she had something she had to do and asked me again what size I need. She wasnt rude which is the best thing I can say, but she was clueless and ultimately wasted my time. As this was a no win interaction for me, I regret that I have to rate this location 1 star. I let her know I would take my business elsewhere. I called Advance down the street and the guy who picked up had an answer for me right away.

Got what I asked for

I have to change my 5 star review to a 1 star review. You see, Im on my second worknight trying to remedy an unfortunate event. Im spending hours trying to get this fuel filter off. Not the old one. No, that one came off just fine . Im having issues getting off the brand new wrong one. The brand new wrong one that I got from the new guy at AutoZone . I also got the brand new wrong ignition coils, but returning those wasnt too difficult. After the second sleepness night, the smell of PB blaster and the 4 different broken quick disconnect tools, I dream of the moment this Ill fitted fuel filter detaches from the fuel line it grasps so dearly. Making it possible to install the correct one. I cant even return it, because it seems I permanently own it. Please check the part numbers, some of us trust youre grabbing the right products when were buying multiple items. Visit 2: its never the same staff, probably high turnover here. Why do I always feel like Im bothering people here when I want to buy something. Theyre trying to sell me the regular battery when Im asking about the Platinum battery, ever heard of upselling, whats the rush in the transaction...im the only one in the store! I come here because of the short drive from work but honestly its the staff that make the store and I just havent found much luck at this location.
