Quality & honest service. At times I am told about the wait time or to bring my car on an appointed day and time. But even days I chose to wait I had no regret because Roy and his crew always perform great services on my cars. With reasonable charges, timely updates, and a very friendly atmosphere, I am always comfortable and confident going to A-One!

My girlfriend went herr to get alignment as we had new parts installed and I already knew that the rack and pinion had some damage i wanted a professional opinion as well...we couldnt get an alignment not the issue...my problem is that they saw her brake calipers were loose and didnt even try to tighten it juts left it loose and said that she had to pay for any work it was two bolts that u couldve tighten in 3 mins just lack of care for the customer will never trust or return here

Had to get my alternator changed out in a hurry. They got the job done but managed to remove and lose some parts of my vehicle they swore didnt need to be removed to accomplish the work. I warned them they may have an issue taking down the skid plate to get access to the under side. They said they could handle it. So they just cut it off.... Should have gone up the road to Friendly Auto Repair like the guy at Autozone said.

Show up at 6 ..... store hours say they close at 7. Worker won’t answer the phone even though he sees me outside locks up and says they close at 5:30.

Had some issues in the beginning.. But Roy is a man of his word .. Now my car runs like a champ.. Sometimes you have to have issues to see a mans character. Thanks Roy and staff..

I went to have a rack job done. Over $300 in labor. When I got my car bk my breather tubes to my air flow was duck taped. No one brung it to my attention when I picked up my car. I was told by the shop manager that the breather was not touched when the job was done but that my car would not start without them duck taping it because I had too many cracks in the hose. I explained that starting my car wasnt an issue when I brung it, hose wasnt cracked when I brung it,and duck take wasnt on my car when I brung it. He agreed to fix the problem. When he called to tell me the part was in, he told me they would not put it on cause things tend to crack. I was not happy wit the service from mechanics to the manager. I basically had to spend money to get something fixed they broke. I have been here before and never had an issue but I will never go back or refer anyone here.

Roy and the guys are willing to help and diagnose at a fear price with excellent turn around for those services.....if you want real a mechanic and fast services give them a call !

I asked them to check why my wheel had a grinding sound. They told me it was from the rust on my frame. So they couldnt do anything about it. A month later I decided to go to AAA because it got so bad. and they told me I need a new power steering rack. instead of A-one auto apologizing, Roy got smart and asked me what I want him to do about it like he wasnt going to do anything anyways. I at least deserve an apology . But since they want to be rude about the situation my lawyer will be contacting them about their unlicensed employees. 😊

I did my alignment and nc inspection for my first time.. They were so perfect and they gave me a good time limit bcs they were occupied by many of customers. Its a good business to go there.

I will never ever go back to that place again! I was taking my Jeep Liberty to them for over a year. No problem, great service good prices,the whole nine yard. Took my Lexus on 3/18 for brakes and all went from sugar to salt quick! First,replaced brakes..2 weekslater back again with same problem.Claimed some pin had came loose ?? 6/11, back again. After waiting 6 hours ..my rotaries..total spent $525. After asking Roy about the delay and the issue, he got really nasty and said he didnt care if I never came back..Today 7/1, I am at Pep Boys in NC waiting to get my brakes fixed. Yep same problem.. I will be going back for the last time to ask 4 my money knowing he will say no but I will be taking them to court . Roy is very nasty and incompetent technicians I will not recommend them to nobody

I came here in hopes of getting my a/c fixed. despite the wasted time i spent here. long story short they were unable to fix my a/c, but this is not why i am mad. i am mad b/c when i picked up my car my driver side tire was flat and the emblem on my rim was smashed in that they never told me about. they tried to pass it off like it was there when the car came in.
