I had feared the worst in possible last minute markups on the Bronco based on horror stories and other individual experiences across the country however the team at T&C Ford was completely the opposite. They were very professional, vehicle was prepped and ready to go, gave a fair value on trade, and were straight forward in the purchase of the vehicle I had ordered. Last weekend my wife and I visited Town & Country Ford and were greeted by Michael Vince ... who proved to be an exceptionally pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful Salesman. After considerable consideration I decided to buy a new Ford. My decision was based on Fords reputation AND the personal attention and help of Michael. After my decision was made Michael, the Sales Manager, and other Town & Country personnel who assisted in my purchase were extremely pleasant, efficient, and professional. I took my 2019 Ford Ranger in for Oil change and Tire Rotation. I only take it to Town & Country as they do an excellent job and a fair price. They were quick about 45 minutes and thorough.I also love the food at their Pit Stop Cafe. This is REAL Diner type food.The whole experience is very low key and low stress. I only go there for new cars and the service on them.

We went to test drive a Ford Escape Titanium on Monday and it was just to TEST DRIVE. We worked with Chris Williams. He made the experience so enjoyable and easy - he was really amazing! Well, 3 hours later, we owned the car. Fell in love with the car and the way he handled the whole experience. Mike Williams (the Finance Guru) came into the picture and he was the same as Chris. Just another sneaky dealer. Gave me an interest rate 1 percent higher than a current Ford promotion and their reason…. Wait for it… because I asked for 54 months instead of the promotion term of 60. When in reality I didn’t care about the term and specified I only wanted the lowest rate possible. They won’t do anything to make things right and sales blames finance and finance blames me for “picking” 54 months. They know darn well what they did to line their own pockets. I would recommend trying any other Ford dealer in the greater Charlotte area before stopping in here.
I purchased my vehicle at Town & Country. They are the only people I use for service. From oil changes to NC Inspection to repair work and the occasional Ford recall. The Service Advisors keep me in the loop about whats going on during my visit and let me know about future service needs. You can just tell when a business and their goals are in sync with everyone involved. You get that at Town & Country Ford!
Well I tried to deal with a few other car dealers but different issues turned me away one was sales/business practices. The only thing I did not like was that Town and Country has what I “call non-option options” none of it bad but none of the options I was interested in and would not have put on my car it’s just things like anti theft lug nuts and being a mechanic I could have installed all of that stuff for a fraction of the price. With that said I will not hold that against them because they did not try to hide that at or until the closing table it was the first thing that was said at the car when the sales man an I was talking about it. They are not pushy no pressure this is the best dealership I have dealt with! It is my belief that Town and Country is transparent, nothing was hid and every thing was laid out with simple math I guess “they did not play with numbers”. The salesman (Tyler Callahan) great guy and if you want a easy going easy to talk to guy this is who you want. This place also has a small restaurant and shoe shine stand inside. The wife has had and drove her 2000 Explorer Sport for 20 years so we got her the 2020 St so I guess it the same Explorer 20 years apart. Next time I go I want to try the restaurant.

I had a pressure free experience at this location. Jay is a wonderful person to work with. I test drove the car, left my car with them so they could give me trade amount. They gave me a great offer on my trade and all the stars aligned so now I have a brand new Mustang GT and I love it. Jay is laid back, informative, he takes time with you to show you functions of the Ford Pass App and hes not your typical car sales man! Seriously, if youre thinking about a new vehicle ask for Jay. Not only is Jay wonderful, all the front end workers are kind, they make you feel genuinely welcomed. It makes all the difference in the world.
I came here to explore my options and they were quite rude to me. Hugh was not personable and did not attempt to understand my needs or show me vehicle options. I had to ask and essentially lead the tour so to speak.I was going to consider trading in my car and haggling on their prices. The price haggling is not in the policy which I want to make clear I have no problem with because that’s what they’re gonna think when they read this review.I was just honestly so shocked at the lack of professionalism and care shown at the dealership in contrast to experiences I’ve had elsewhere. He didn’t even ask how my day went.

Horrible customer service. Have emailed asking questions as well as used their text option. I explained in my email that I was 5 hours away and wanted an out the door price before heading up to them as I was paying cash. Was first told I would be receiving my price once the manager got in. Waited 7 hours with no response. When I emailed again I was told no he wasnt in still. Really? Seven hours and no one is working? I was told in email to just come into the dealership and I would get an answer that way. Um Im 5 hours away, you cant just work up a number and give it to me? When I used the text option I never heard from anyone other than the robot who answers. Bad service. I bought something else somewhere else while waiting for this dealership to respond. Lost a sale and someone lost a commission.

I was as cynical as they come about buying a new car based on past experiences at other dealers, but I cannot say enough about how great my experience was at Town & Country Ford. They did not engage in any of the typical car dealer games. I genuinely felt like they were working hard to get me the best deal possible. Specifically, Chris and Suat were phenomenal. Totally impressed with this dealer. I called and talked to Adam and told him exactly which car I was looking at online. I was having issues with all the other dealers closer to home with availability of the vehicle I wanted. All their websites said they had the car until you called them, then it was a different story. In transit, at a sister store, can’t tell you where it is or when or if it will be available. Very frustrating. Adam immediately said he would go check the lot and have hands on and call me back. Inside of fifteen minutes he called me, sent pictures and the price was better than anything local to me. Did I want to drive two hours from home on a Friday with Charlotte traffic? No. But I am so glad I did! I told him I’d be there in the morning and offered a deposit. He declined and said he would hold the car for me. The next morning we arrive and everything went so smoothly. Adam hooked me up with Freddy who had the paperwork ready and waiting. He walked me through all the electronics that would have had me lost for weeks. He was so understanding and helpful. Bottom line, I would go back to this dealer in a heartbeat. Adam Halaszynski and Freddy Skipper are the best and I can’t thank them enough for all their help!

Thank you for responding. This is what happened, I called regarding an extended guarantee on my vehicle(recall). They gave me the appointment for today, Dec 31st. I got there today for the appointment I had to wait for over 20 minutes and once they called me they said I didn’t have an appointment. They couldn’t find my information according to the service rep. I told him I was sure I had made the appointment and his response I made it somewhere else. I have always gone there so there is no possibility of making it at another place. The service rep was rude and made it seem as if I was a liar. I told him that I didn’t understand why they always have a communication issue there. He told me he couldn’t do anything for me. He even said to leave the truck but they wouldn’t work on it. What kind of response is that!? Why would I miss work just to come drive to the dealership, I’m losing money. Well after everything I told him to make an appointment. If your service rep could learn to be a little more customer friendly. I’m not sure if the person on the appointment confirmation sheet is the same one that saw me today, but just in case the name on the paper is Jonathan Holt.
I have talked to them 4 days in a row about trying to get a price for a truck that is on their lot. Ive been told for 3 days that I would have a price and no one has gotten back in touch with me. They said they would send an email with the out the door price and I never received one.
I’ll start off by saying I have been in the “process” of buying a car for a little over two weeks, after spending countless hours at dealerships that I won’t mention I decided to travel from Hickory to Charlotte to check out Town & Country Ford. Kyler L. not only met me at the door but was more attentive than any of the people I was handed off to at the other dealerships, he listened to what I had to say and made sure I was buying the car I truly wanted. The process was quick, simple and easy! He was super polite and professional, walked me through the whole process... even offering advice without being pushy. It was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing! It was truly a turn key experience, I’m happy to say I’m now the proud owner of a 2020 Escape SE. They have forever earned my business and if anyone was to ask my opinion on where to go to buy a vehicle I’d confidently recommend Kyler with Town & Country Ford. There was a miscommunication with price for a moment and they honored the price I was told at first by their answering service. 10/10 would do it all over again, give them a chance and become a part of the Town and Country family & you’ll find yourself wearing that star with pride!
Twice I been here, I was there this evening, all I got was hello, no one came an ask us anything else. Was in sales lot about 20 minutes an inside about 15.Thanks I did see couple vehicles I needed answers. Hour 2 hours later I got me the car I wanted. Sad same car I saw there.Can I give a lower score I would. Lets not talk about first time. But when I do come here next place I stop o buy.

We bought a 2018 Ford Fusion and the guy Trey who helped us was AWESOME!!! we have never been in and out of a dealership as fast as we did here(1.5hrs)and like I said the customer service from Trey was GREAT!! We also sent our son there who bought a new car as well, we love our new Ford Fusion, thanks guys!

I love my Fusion and its going on 8 now, so I go to the dealer for recall issues only. While past visits have been long (and sometimes frustratingly incomplete), the most recent visit was efficient, friendly, and very quick. (I had just enough time to enjoy a free latte from the awesome waiting area.) It does seem to matter which service manager you work with: William Worthington is great. It was definitely as delightful a visit as possible for a car repair.My only concern is why this recall had not been handled previously, since the dealership does have my records.Overall, a great visit. Thanks for the awesome professionals who made my visit such an easy one.
Terrible service was going to purchase a car in cash and another associate decided to sell the car as we were pulling up to pay for it without discussing it with the salesman we were talking to about it. Would not go back and wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone.

We made an appointment look at a new bronco here today. Then found after driving an hour to get there that someone was sitting in the car. The sales person said we would have to wait at least an hour to just look at the car. He made no effort to rectify the situation and would not just let us look at the car. . Needless to say we left and will never go back.

This dealership has extremely poor customer service. My husband and I live In Greenville, SC, but found a vehicle here that we wanted, so we spoke to Ashley and schedule an appointment with the sales manager this morning to come buy a car this afternoon. Our appointment was scheduled for 4:30. At 3:18, Ashley reached out to let us know the car was there and we let her know we were on our way. We arrived on time for our appointment, but were greeted by front door workers who informed us the car was just sold. Excuse me? What is the point in making a an appointment to purchase a car? No sales manager came to speak to us or offered an apology. No one called us to let us know we might better turn around and go home. DO NOT expect the slightest, genuine customer service from this group. And especially DO NOT schedule an appointment to purchase a car and expect their sales manager to respect your time and business.
The technical service was as i requested, no issues. What I was disappointed about is that I did not get my military discount nor when I brought back my mail 10% discount I was told that I was too late.

Not much of a warm greeting upon entering..wanted to purchase an 2019 S.U.V..salesman tried to upsale me on a detail service that cost almost $400 he said it had already been done prior to me calling to view the car. An security sticker for $200 and an comission fee for $786 and all he did was drive the vehicle to the front and put a plate in the back window. The vehicle came with no dealer warranty. So I left went to Monroe got the same vehicle, great price with a 10 year all inclusive warranty..

I honestly would put 1 star but the Associates were actually very nice, but I only put 2 because I went in to look at a new F150 and it was being sold at a price I thought was fantastic, after finding out I qualified for the Z Plan and the 0% interest I was able to calculate how much my monthly payments would be and it would be little to nothing. But when they came back and showed me the payments, it was much much higher then before and when I tried to negotiate the price they only lowered the payments down $13 and extended the plan from 72 months to 84 months. I was out of there in 15 minutes. If you see a vehicle there that has a very good price, dont be fooled, the monthly payments are going to leave you broke. Worst experience ever!
I highly recommend this dealership. As most people know buying a car can be a very exciting experience but the process is sometimes daunting depending on where you go. Town and Country Ford made buying my new 2018 Focus ST fun, exciting and pleasurable. I felt very comfortable the whole time. Carl Ralston was my experience guide and he was amazing to deal with. I have bought and sold many cars over the years with more bad experiences than good, this was by far the best experience I had buying a car and I will absolutely be a repeat customer. They even had a complimentary hot dog food truck and provided lunch on the house.
Making an appointment with service dont mean a thing; they may get to your car that day or not. Then when I picked it up, they forgot to do the oil change requested and long due.

My sales rep Mr. Hugh Johnson is great and his greatest gift as a salesman is his patience. It had been 21 years since I had purchased a vehicle, I kept going back & forth on a couple of Ford Rangers and he and the team at Town & Country ran the numbers without hesitation. I left more than satisfied with my Ford Ranger FX4.
Very good experience with buying my used Explorer! Chris the salesman was great, no hard selling, laid back! The whole dealership was laid back and NOT pushy, nice change of pace from typical dealerships. Only draw back, set pricing, some people like this because they are poor negotiators. This is my first time using Town & Country Ford Body Shop. Getting the estimate -no problem. Once the insurance company did their procedures, I brought my car back for the repair. I received an explanation of everything that was going to take place for the repair -step by step. I was told the repairs would take about 3-4 days -I received my car back in 3 days. So happy! I havent noticed any problems with the repair thus far. The detailing after the body work was done: my beloved Mustang was shiny, clean inside and out with tire gloss -looking almost like it was brand new. I cannot believe how quick the entire process went.
I generally write great reviews, but this time I simply cannot. (As a side note- we live in Greenville, SC.. so this is a little it of a drive for us.) My husband inquired via online request about a truck that Town and Country Ford had on the lot. My husband received notification the next day from a lady in their internet sales department. Little did he know, the internet team is completely different than the actual dealership. Long story short- after going back and forth with the internet department, my husband gets a call from the sales manager stating that he just found my husbands inquiry on his desk. My husband then had to send all information/pictures of the trade-in (which he had already submitted via the online form) to the sales manager. After speaking with the sales manager and then the finance manager, Town & County basically stated that the online form isnt reliable (in other terms than that of course) and that the online form uses KBB instead of Black Book.. which is what dealerships use. After another day goes by, my husband finally receives the worksheet of the price breakdown. Added fees such as 3M protection (which I believe Town & Country adds to their vehicles as an additional fee), tinted windows, wheel locks, doc fee (which seems to go up in price depending on how much of a discount they seem to be giving you) and Phantom Footprint were added to the total price of the vehicle. Im not entirely sure of what all these additional fees are, but needless to say- it decreased the actual discount he would actually be given. My husband gave the dealership a call to get a little more information and was told by someone at the dealership that this truck is on the showroom and getting a lot of attention so basically a decision needed to be made.. when weve been waiting on them for days.With all of this being said, for someone who has nearly perfect credit- it didnt seem like that mattered to this dealership, which is really disheartening. I see that Town and Country received a 4.3 rating here on Google, but I believe if they continue to treat potential customers with disrespect and no urgency when it comes to time... they may lose potential customers that could give a great recommendation for people in the market of purchasing new/used vehicles.

Absolutely ridiculous when it comes to pricing. I had to argue with the sales person just to see what the final price was and then they acted like they would not negotiate at all. Since when do they expect people to start paying window sticker prices for trucks. Horrible place to buy a vehicle

If you are from out of state trying to purchase a vehicle, go somewhere else, this was an absolute clown show. Lesson learned on my part, maybe spending a little more money somewhere else for customer service and initiative is worth it.

DO NOT BUY a car from here!!The salesperson was rude and not helpful. The used car that was purchased from the dealership and started leaking oil a few days on my driveway. I called and asked if there is any action that they would like to take to rectify the issue and the answer was no. I will have to activate the extended warranty for the car that I purchased. Customer service is poor and the Carfax I am questioning that was shown to us during or negotiations.
I hate Dealerships because its like your pressured to make a decision but cant get the feel to look for what you want especially in a Pandemic when appointments have to set to look, and no means no. Well, let me tell you in few words: Jay Eldarini!!!!! I traveled out of state to look for a truck and didnt even consider this dealership just because it was a Sonic dealership.....I know it had all to do with racing, Im a Rick Hendrick kinda guy...lol. Anyhow, I had an appointment to see a truck at T&C and when I arrived there she (Lilah Rose) was under the canopy looking so good. After I checked in and went out to look at her, Jay came out with the key and immediately was kind and welcoming. I dont want to make a long story, but impressions are everything so read on to know whom I recommend. Jay even wearing his mask sounded do excited to talk with me, and not only that but he was very knowledgeable in this particular truck. And so it went own and after spending about 30 minutes with the truck, came the question we all fear the most: whats the next step and have you thought about financing. Well, I havent had a payment since 96 and I pay cash for everything, not only that I was going to finance through my bank since they had been getting so much of my money....lol. Jay wasnt pushy and had a delightful way of talking about going through the dealership along with the option of doing so and they could possibly beat the finance rate anyhow. Well, my mind struggled with that as we all know that Dealerships hit anywhere between 2-5 banks and that hits your credit hard which is why you should be careful. He said something that really got me thinking though that maybe I am looking at this the wrong way if I want this truck: It doesnt matter if you use your bank or us, either way I want to help you have this truck. If you use us its a today deal, if not its a week deal and we cannot hold a truck that long. I said to myself I didnt want to lose this truck because she was 100% of what I wanted, so I said lets do it and within a few minutes of a tablet it was gone to financing. 2 banks fought over the best rate and I got what I wanted in a payment and only 2 dings on my credit.While this was going on though, Jay walked me through his used car side to look at other trucks and just have a conversation not about vehicles but just a friendly conversation. My mind wasnt even on the finance part anymore, and after a few documents emailed, within 1.5 hours of my arrival, all done. Paperwork, financing, everything, warranties.....DONE. That was an experience. I bought a Car for my wife cash, and that deal took 6.5 hours. The reason for such a long review is to show you that even someone with as much hate for Dealerships and tactics, that my Guy Jay Eldarini is the guy to go see. I also have to thank the internet team as they scheduled my an appointment and when I emailed that I was running late they responded kindly with no problem. Did I mention that I couldnt take delivery the day of the deal and needed to travel back to pick the truck up, but could only do it on a Sunday around 10:30am? Well Jay did it again, by not only making my experience a great one but he meet me and my wife on Sunday (Dealership closed), pulled the truck out, had it warm and ready, shook my wifes hand and spent 10 minutes with us while I looked Lilah over again. I spent 6 hours of my life in a vehicle to go to a Dealership, I traveled to another state twice to get my truck, and it was all worth it.THANK YOU TOWN AND COUNTY FORD FOR THE EXPERIENCE AND HAVING PEOPLE THAT MAKE PEOPLE FEEL LIKE THIS ISNT A MUST DO NOW EXPERIENCE, BUT FOR MAKING IT FEEL LIKE HOME.
I would never buy another car there. my car turned on the check in light, I had to repair it on my own...
What a clown act this place is. Total and complete lack of respect for their customers time. Zero integrity and honesty. How these dealers continue to exist is mind blowing.
I worked with Shannon & Darryl in the body shop when my car was flooded. Some of the most honest and quality people I’ve had the pleasure of encountering in all my years of taking cars in for repairs. I highly recommend you take your car here for repairs/service. They will take care of you, be honest, and are easy to get a hold of on the phone. Whoever runs this dealerships needs to take note of their great staff.

The service was nice every one was pleasant. BUT out of 50 employees only 3 had on masks.. Why? If we are in the 2nd wave of the virus being at its highest, why isnt Ford enforcing wearing mask. Not to mention the lady in the cafe was coughing with NO mask. I pray for the 3 employees that had on a mask not to get infected.
This place is great. From the moment they had my vehicle at their location I was notified immediately and had an appointment with them the same day and were very flexible. When I arrived the supplemental report was already done and the additional damages were shown to me. Everything that had to do with the damages and the insurance was done by them. I did not have to do anything. If I ever need them in the future I would most definitely return to them. Thank you Town and Country Ford Collision Center for the wonderful and pleasant service.
First I appreciated not seeing anyone in a mask and I mean that in a good way ( it was refreshing). After getting home I didn’t see the $49.95 special listed on my bill as it was requested and maybe I got it and just didn’t look at bill correctly. My overall is that it was taken care of professionally and everyone was very nice including staff in the kitchen where I ordered a sandwich. Nice set up for customers and staff, clean and friendly. Drove 3-4 hours to come buy my dream truck which happens to be used from these guys. After talking to the salesmen all day long with various questions about the truck an and confirming that is was exactly what I wanted we decided to leave work early and drop everything to come purchase it. Come to find out upon arriving that they have already sold it. Then after speaking with the management and not wanting to buy a new one like i was being pressured into, we ended up driving back another 4 hours home without our dream truck... Overall a very upsetting experience not since they were not willing to negotiate with an another used truck.!
Great customer service. No Hassle at all. Everybody greeted me and made sure I got the help I needed. The guy I was working with helped me get the car I wanted with no hidden tactics.
