No guarantees. Mattress in store was soft, mattress they delivered was hard as marble. For $1,200 I ought to get an exchange. But no. No guarantees. JD was my pushy salesman who really wants to do an adjustable base demonstration, even when you say no 42 times. Cindy is The Owner who can talk more slick than owl poo on a door knob. Lastly, Mike is the other salesman who just wants to argue and tell you soft mattresses are terrible, he knows because he has a bad back, and you should’ve bought a firm one.
