Update: So sorry to hear theyre going out of business 😔I went there today and the employees were helpful in assisting me. The store was nice and organized.

I went to this Payless to purchase some cute boots this morning a little after 10:00 and the customer service was very good from the time i walked in the store to the time i left.

2019 However still ignorance happens, when the cashier and manager tell us she is unwilling to give you a receipt. Nice try But as with any purchase exchange or not Im going to get a receipt and I did.

Anywhere I can pay less is GOOD!

Please update with the correct opening time. When I google any store in Charlotte it says it opens at 9 yet I get here on the bus at 9:45 for it to say it opens at 10 smdh
