I have gone to CLTechs on several occasions to have phone either repaired or services switched over, each time I have gone I leave a very satisfied customer. I have done pricing at other places here in Charlotte for the same services and the prices at CLTech are always better and it is a big difference in the competitors pricing. The pricing is one aspect but the customer service is another. He is always so nice and friendly and will have a conversation with you while he is working on your phone or computer. I have observed the same excellent customer service to anyone who comes into the store while I am there.

Ismahel is absolutely fantastic!! I brought in a phone that was completely dead. I thought it was the battery. He immediately told me that he did not think so. He replaced the battery and as he said it was not. I purchased another phone and he was so kind to get my messages, pictures, and contacts from my old dead phone. My phone continued to have to be revived in order for this to happen. He spent over 3 hours reprogramming my phone so that I could have the same conveniences from my old phone. I am forever grateful because this is my only phone. Thanks God for Ismahel. If anyone want an honest man that knows what he is doing please stop by.

CLTechs helped me even with Apple couldnt!Yesterday my phone started flashing the apple icon and after unsuccessfully trying to update and restore it on my own 6 different times I took it to the Apple store. Apple tried twice to update/restore and had no luck either and then told me that my phone needed to be replaced. I decided I needed a second opinion. Today I took my phone to CLTechs and was very surprised when they said they could fix it! They stayed true to their word was able to fix the software glitch with my iPhone. They were extremely professional, courteous and efficient. I honestly thought I was going to have to buy a new phone, but they allowed me to walk away with only a small repair bill. I would recommend them to anyone!

I had connectivity issues with my laptop, I called and they promptly responded. The technician stayed on the telephone with me troubleshooting until my issue was resolved. They provided me with excellent service and I highly recommend their services!
