I have a Google pixel 4a and getting my screen fixed anywhere else was going to cost me $240 + I was able to get my screen fixed for 124 and I got a plan to cover all of my devices for under $150. Love this place very professional compared to other phone places .

Had purchased a Note 9 from a highly respected seller on Ebay. Had issues with the device from the first day. The phone would not update from Android 9 no matter I tried and Im not a novice when it comes to tech. After about 18 months of using the phone off and on decided take it to these guys, who a couple of buddies raved about. Within 30 seconds I had my answer. Phone was being sold as fully unlocked but wasnt and Tmobile, Sprint and Samsung knew about it but werent sharing that information with buyers,(something to do with the purchase of Sprint by Tmobile). In less time than it took to eat a burger and fries the phone was fully updated and ready to go at no charge even though it required more than just putting in a sim and downloading and installing the software and updates. Moral to story, these guys were exactly as advertised, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and not just about profit. They were as concerned as if the phone was one of their own, and upset that consumers were potentially being mislead about a purchase. A rarity in todays get the bag mentality.

They told me I could only buy Samsung Care 30 days after buying my phone but it turns out you have 365 days after buying a phone to sign up for Samsung Care. The result is I had to pay an extremely high (like really high, its embarrassing thats why Im not disclosing) premium instead of $29 to fix a Galaxy Note Ultra 20. On top of that it took 5 hours to fix?? Yea coming here should be your last option and do your own research before asking them anything.

They were professional, friendly and easy to work with. They all had the knowledge needed and I was so thankful and happy with their work! I would definitely recommend to anyone.

UBreakiFix is awesome! They sent a repair technician named Adaline all the way out to me in Saluda and she fixed my iPhone s8 right in my driveway! Turned in my laptop with a broken screen, received it back with a fixed screen but camera not working anymore.Unfortunately nobody there took responsibility for this mistake and instead kept telling me to reach out to the insurance (asurion) which they signed me up to a few months before. With asurion it is pretty much impossible to reach anyone. Even cancelling my contract has failed. They still charge me. I would have desired more support from uBreakiFix because they initially signed me up for Asurion and THEY messed up my repair themselves.I have now a computer that performs worse than before I turned it in + lost money in claim fees + still monthly charge from Asurion from which I do not get out.Thanks uBreakiFix...2 Stars only because Jose seemed really friendly and honest but unfortunately did not get to speak with him everytime I reached out.

I had a very cracked screen fixed for a Samsung Galaxy 51 and it looks like brand new. The price was lower than other places and it was done at the time promised.

Out order and not good

My phone screen was in rough shape and looked like it had been hit by a meteorite 😬. The friendly staff (Casey) at uBreakiFix was able to quickly replace the screen and now my phone is as good as new! The staff also reminded me about my personal phone insurance plan and provided easy instructions with regards to filing a claim, which helped saved me money for the fix. Id highly recommend this place for quick and quality repair jobs.

Wow! Im so impressed! I came into this store on 1/1/2020 because I was having an issue with my Google Pixel 2 charging. The customer service rep was immediately interested and concerned with the situation. He took the phone to the back. Another representative came back out after just a couple minutes. He told me that he had removed some grass from the charging port and that it completely solved the issue! They handed the phone back to me after demonstrating the simple repair. They didnt even charge me! I am so impressed with this level of service! Ill definitely be back if my phone ever has any additional issues. Thank you so much!!!

Both my husband and I have had great service here. First, he had has iPhone battery replaced quickly and it worked wonderfully. Then, I had my iPhone screen fixed and battery replaced quickly and it worked wonderfully. Both times, our phones were ready in about 1-2 hours. They are nice, fast, and seem reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

When I called them and ask if they repair Drone batteries, I was told they need to look at it. When I get there and showed, they were like “we don’t deal with the batteries, they are dangerous “. Why make me drive 30 minutes if that’s what you were going to say? Could have done over the call.

My tempered glass needed to be replaced and Casey replaced it in less than 2 minutes and it’s perfectly done!

I got a new screen protector for my iPhone installed here today. Team members were very professional, efficient, and took COVID precautions seriously (only one person in the store at a time).

They fixed my S8 that had a BSoD. They ended up taking money off because it took so long. It took 2.5 hours, I was fully prepared to wait days, not hours. Everything about my visit went way better than I originally expected.Some of the more technically experienced people might not be shocked about it, but I was just surprised with how cheap and fast they were able to replace nearly half my phone.

Went to go get my battery fixed on my phone and the charging port. Once they looked at the phone they cleaned the charging port for free and didnt need to replace the battery hoping the charging port connectivity would fix that.

My Google Pixel 3 had gotten to the point, where it would not accept a good charging connection with the USB-C cable. UbreakIfix was very professional. When I went into the store, they asked me to pop the phone out of the case, wipe it down with alcohol, and hand it over. They did not even have to replace the USB-C port. They cleaned out the port, and gave me the phone back -- w no charge! Had the port needed to be replaced it would have been $99. These folks provide great service... To get my pixel 3 charging again at not cost, and to know there is a local repair shop authorized by google that can repair google phones is great. When I need service on my google phones, Ill be going back there.

I own a diesel repair shop and i took them an Engine control module that the circuit board had been damaged on. I called several places and They would not touch it. These guys had never done anything on one of these modules for a vehicle but they said they would give it a shot. Had it repaired in 15 minutes and it worked great. Will definitely be doing business with these guys for all of my electronic needs.

My phone sat in the middle of Park Rd. for well over an hour. It had probably been run over multiple times. Im typically very careful with my phone but had an accident during a move where it met the wrong end of a coffee table. The folks here were incredibly helpful and friendly. They replaced my screen with an OEM part directly from the manufacturer in about 2.5 hours. Service was as simple as providing some contact information, dropping off the phone, and getting a call back when they were done. My phone is fully functional after the repair and good as new. I have always had good experiences at these stores and this time was no different! My phone would not connect to Wi-Fi or Bluetooth and I was worried that I would have a major repair bill. During the diagnostic they took apart the phone and cleaned everything and my phone works again. Then they said I didn’t even owe them anything! Love this place.
