This is the best gamestop in Charlotte nc. They always get exclusive games most gamestops dont get. This is my go to spot when a game drops. The head manager is cool as hel too.

Always like the store but this time it seems like need to resupply stocks on Xbox its not time to stop any game systems in store Im disappointed

I came in to pick up an item, and tried to trade in some old PS3 games. The employee behind the counter was super helpful in telling me they no longer accept any of those games, but gave me suggestions on places I could go that would take them. Quality customer service for sure

Well I should have looked at the reviews before I went here yesterday. It has been over a year since I visited this location and lets just say the previous employee was way better. So my husband and I go in here looking for a controller after about 10 minutes looking at the same thing and he looked over several times without saying anything we go to checkout the employee says oh sorry Im out of all controllers no you are not sorry if he would have did his job when we first came in as to a formal welcome and how can I help you all this could have been avoided . And with the conversation he was having I sensed slight prejudice and if thats how he truly feel he needs to find a job in another area seemingly since this area is 80% people of color. If corporate sees this this man needs to be removed asap

My son loves coming to get games from here. Normally can find games on sale. Pretty much should be able to find game looking for. If not they will have it most likely at different store location.

I love my gamestop. The manager never met a stranger lol the employees are top notch as far as industry knowledge and like 95% of them have awesome personalities too. Surrounded by a wide variety of other stores makes parking troublesome at times, but the ability to also complete many daily errands in one location while getting games makes up for the lost time looking for parking.

This gamestop is our go to but the manager often pushes you a lot to buy more. Hes also sometimes rude. There is another worker there that we love and is always helpful and never pushy. I wish he was the manager instead.

Call the store 4 times to ask about a video game and 4 times I hang up. I went to the store and saw how the call to other costumer callers hung up. The same man from the register just told me in a bad tone, if I didnt reserve it, I couldnt sell it. so that they have the boxes of the video game living them in the rack ???? I bought it on Amazon and from now on I will continue buying it. Very bad service.🤦‍♂️👎

Brought Microsoft certified xbox one X and it over heats after one hour

Was going to buy a black light Freddy and have it shipped to a location closer to me. Sounds simple enough to ship it out to Johnson City which is two hours away, right? Well not for this store. When I called they lied every time I asked about when it would get there. They said they shipped it it out a week before so I thought I could pick it up soon. Nope. Apparently they couldn’t find a big enough box so they just “shipped it out.” Sounds like they sold it to somebody else to me.

Been sitting here for 30 minutes store still hasnt opened. They need better employees.

This was the only GameStop I’ve been in that has an announcement about theft. It was a little off putting, but pretty typical game store.

I called saturday about the time and date for the release of a game. The information I was told didnt seem correct so I asked again and was told that indeed the first date and time I was given would be when I could pick the game up. Because Ive been coming here a long time and I know the rules of retail I called again on sunday just to make sure. I was again told the game would come out at 9pm on Monday night when they close. So, since I called twice I got off work early because I was excited for said game. I get to the store at 8:40 to be told that I was given the wrong information and that I will have to comeback tomorrow and pick it up. Then why did I call twice and make sure that the game came out when yall said it would before I took off work early?????

The associate Matthew was awesome. He was very knowledgeable on the game system and was very patient with helping me with my part

THIS IS THE WORST GAMESTOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Staff is rude, unwilling to help resolve issues, and takes hours to complete trades or purchases that would normally take much less time at another store. DO NOT give this GameStop your business, go down the road to South Blvd or Cotswold.

Game Stop is mostly for people who love to play games or have a partys it has a lot of different things you might want or need far as food you need to go Food Lion or WalMart Super center

Very poor customer service and I hate being spied on as if Im trying to steal. I will not be back. Also, when you walk in theres this recording regarding security and how the store is being monitored, why is it that this location is the only store (that I know of )with that type or recording? The one on South Blvd does have that type recording...its ridiculous. Spend your money elsewhere.

Never again!! Never received any service because they are obviously so short staffed. Everytime I walk into this store the line is long and there is only one employee. Hiw can anyone receive service with one employee and that employee must work the register. Smh!!

Service was ok. Products were marked up. I wanted to buy a new game, the sales associate attempted to sale me a game in a sleeve that he said was new, when he took it out it was filthy. Needless to say, I hurried to Walmart and gladly paid for a new game that was in its original package.
