Before I get started, I’m concerned there is no website or email Link where I a customer can give a personal review rather than me reviews thru the google maps search.From now reading the bad reviews I feel skeptical of having my phone partially fixed with the business. I currently own a iPhone 7 and I understand the pricing and time for fixing phones as I used to do it myself. My current problem is the home/fingerprint reader is inactive and probably due to the fact that the bottom of the screen is not completely closed to the frame. I noticed the gravel in he store when I got the “finished” version and thought maybe that was just due to the phone not being water resistant anymore.The one time I don’t do it and go to a shop just out of curiosity and hoping they’d skillfully fix something I cannot would help. I want to know if the person who worked on my phone took his time and took his time as I paid $80. The overall talk with the front of the store employee was well, walked in a day before told him about my phone beating extremely cracked he said take a card if you’re busy we will handle it for you. Next day have hime the phone and signed for it, waited approximately 60 minutes and the phone was done. Although, the guy said he’d called when they were done after 40 minutes. I had no call.As of now the store seems to be great but for anyone that is doing their research I’d say give the store a try and hopefully your phone is actually fixed. I’m goin back tomorrow to discuss what happened and hopefully have the employee actually bump out this little problem.... that’s if they are open on Sunday anyway. From the past reviews I guess they close after 1pm.Apparently, the business does respond to most reviews here so hopefully they’ll see mine. Not a lot of people actually give good reviews anymore.

Iv been having problems with my Galaxy S4 SIM reader (unfixable hardware defect) so I finally decided to give in and upgrade. Im sharing AT&T with my family, so I went to see what upgrade offers they had in store. Galaxy S5 would have cost me more than $500, and of course the newer phones were up to $800! I came to M&S hoping to get a used phone for maybe cheaper, but instead I got a NEW Galaxy S5 for $200! It was a Verizon phone, but they unlocked it no problem. Thanks guys!

I recently got my iphone 5s screen repaired here with my gfs iphone 6. Attempted to contact but got no answer..Since my screen repair my screen will not respond on contact anymore and my home and power buttons have stopped working. i have to attempt a ridiculous amount of time to get either to function. I have had to add the screen accessibility button just to have access to basic phone features. Great groupon deal, however I am highly unsatisfied with the repair.

Ive done biz with these guys in the past with a so so experience. They are nice, but not the best at workimg on devices. I wish Mo was still the go to guy, as he is a rockstar.Also, hours on your page claim that you are open on Sunday from 12 to 4. Not the case. Went at 1pm and lights are off, and doors are locked. The electronic sign in the window shows 12 to 12 on Sunday.Does that mean you are closed? If so, please change the hours on your Google page, as it appears others have had the same experience.

Can you answer the phone please??? Website says open 12-5 on Sundays. I went there at 2. Its locked and the lights are off. They are still now answering the phone.
