RENTER BEWARE... This company Cintas came into our business and told us to give their rental uniform services a try for awhile and see what we think. No obligation. My guys never wore their shirts and the pants are poor quality. When I requested discontinuation of service I was told they cannot take back the rentals. Huh? From there I have gotten the run around. No one calls you back. The original salesman Jonathan had forged the presidents name on a contract we never received. We explained this to Wallace and all I got from him was well you locked in now for 60 months! What a joke. We have forwarded this to our business attorney and will fight them til the end. Don’t bother. Waste of money. Very unprofessional service. Oh and the salesman has yet to return our calls. Go figure.
We have had nothing but problems with this company from the start. They have changed route drivers four times on us within one year, they bring back damaged uniforms when we pay extra for the replacement service, my guys send in uniforms one week the next week comes and the uniforms do not return. Also we just got some shirts in with no name on the shirt just a blank badge, we used their bathroom services and they went two months without replacing our toilet paper and paper towels. They brought in mismatched dispensers for toiletries.The area manager come out to our location 45 days ago to discuss their short comings and didnt even have a business card to identify himself with corresponding addresss and phone numbers. We told them we were moving on to another uniform service and they are saying they are gonna hold us to contract that they cant deliver on.I see now why our uniforms come up missing after driving down south tryon two weeks ago and seeing an entire bag of garments fall out of the side of their truck while at a stop light and the driver just drove off.
Complicated sales. I will never deal with them again. You sign a contract with the devil. I wish I never dealt with them.
They keep charging no matter what even when the contract is up . Worthless do not waste your time or money

If you rent uniform from them they’ll charge you double the price after a while of renting them
The definition of customer service:The assistance and advice provided by a company to those people who buy or use its products or servicesI called to ask the Cintas customer service number to speak with someone about getting a paper towel dispenser re-attached to our kitchen wall, all I got in return from the customer service supervisor was attitude and excuses for the reason our request from a week ago was not fulfilled? Due for an health inspection at any moment. Tight.
I want to say the sales guys are on top of there game. Don’t sign anything on a tablet make them bring you a copy of a contract to sign to see what your signing. Also don’t let them bully you, telling you that you breached a contract when the first thing they did was take money inform of a check and then charged your card was breach of contract and double dipping. Also look at you statements you may have fraudulent charges but it’s simple mistake. Hum you know where I going I think from the day I got the uniforms the breached the contract. But I’m ready to go to court if they are I need a brake from work. Let me just say contact Unifirst you will be more happier and the prices are on point and don’t go up and down and guess what when they sell you something you have it and they don’t falsely put thing down you didn’t order or get. You have been warned
Cintas has been our linen service for a long, long time. They will overcharge you if you dont watch your invoices closely. My biggest complaint is their communication. It took 2 months to get a sales representative to call us back and meet with us to renegotiate our contract. Completely unacceptable. Ive tried email and phone calls and neither seem to work any better than the other. Maybe I should try snail mail. They renew contracts without notification to customer so be sure to keep up with renewal dates so you arent stuck in a contract with them.
Really bad experience since the bigining. They made me sing an Ipad with a 1 year agreement now us 5. Keep your eyes open. Now after a lot of calls because their horrible service all i get is the i did sing a 5 year contract.
Sales person tAlked a good game,, but after the contract is signed the company don’t care if your happy with there service and they will not service there Equipment so if it’s a Manufacture Flaw or it gets broken you are on your on good luck
