They close randomly. Open 24 hours is a lie. Super inconvenient because I live on the block. They put a casual sign on the door that reads we will be back in a minute. Sometimes it’s hours they are closed. Bottom line is this store is definitely not 24 hours.
Ive been here at night 4 times and its terrible every time Ive been . The homeless people harass you for money. The store is nasty and the staff is always high and rude. I Will Never shop here again.
Google search says this location is open 24hrs but walked over there from my apt at 3am only to stand outside for 15mins because there was a sign taped to the door that read be back in a few mins. Whomever works there never came to unlock the door. What is the purpose of advertising 24hrs if thats not true???
This is our neighborhood 7-Eleven and its the best!!! The staff is always friendly and even know what am gonna get before I say anything!!! The store is always clean and smells fresh. The selection is wonderful, a little bit of everything you could get a large grocery store.
Place has a really good selection of drinks and snacks. It is, however, overpriced, and not very clean.Almost always really sketchy people outside hanging around, sometimes in the doorway, or even in the place. They ask you for money, sometimes aggressively, and I’ve had them follow me towards Gateway Center.Cashiers are usually ok, but some are super sketchy.
This is the best 7/11 in the world! Employees are incredibly friendly and personable and the location is amazing.Edit: The owner and his family are what’s bringing this store down. They are rude, not personable at all and also they advertise “sales” that they don’t honor, and the shrug their shoulders told me I had to pay full price. The nighttime staff is the only thing that this store has going positively for them, and are the only ones who my initial review applies to.
I went to the store tonight at 1:45.. thought 7/11 was open 24/7 ??? Bad business... Worker was outside the store smoking weed... with friends.. He told us the store was closed n my baby needed milk... I will never go to this store ever again... Manager need to get that together.. asap
The most shameful experience. The older man working night shifts. Doesnt know what hes doing. And isnt honoring the sales price thats posted. Then threw a fit when I wanted a refund since he wasnt going to honor the sales price thats clearly posted for the product that I bought. I shouldnt be shamed for not being able to buy something at the higher price. Otherwise I would have got the cheaper one. But there was a sale sign...and he just didnt care. Sadly embaressed. Wont come back again.
Buyer beware. Wish there was a zero star! Just went in for a quick drink. My $2.50 drink. He didnt even scan it, just typed in some numbers was after tax(?) was 3.21 🤔 I can only image how much more they would have gotten outta me if I got more than a drink. Next time Ill stick to cruddy office coffee.
Awful environment the second you walk in and the prices are absurd.
Rude service from the older guy with the gray hair that works there, shouting at customers and I told the manager about it an she said shell handle it. But, he is rude all the time, I hope he gets fired
Horrible location, night employees are definitely pushing drugs there. So many cars that come thru and they dont even go inside. They lock the place for a few hours to whatever it is their doing undisturbed. How can the owner let that happen in his own business.
When asked for the key to the ladies room I was told we ask that you do not use the bathrooms. The mens room was out of order: understandable. However, how does an establisment with clearly labelled restrooms, with no signs stating disfunction or exclusivity to employees only, refuse to provide access to their restroom for customers?
The owner is definitely rude as anything. The employees are really nice. This place is always very dirty and has a strange smell when you walk in. There are always homeless people hang g out the door at any given time of day. I use to stop at this location frequently until the change of ownership occurred. The current owner is very rude and has no k pledge of customer service at all.
Very nice and welcoming staff, go there at 2 in the morning and youll be still welcomed with a smile :)Most stuff is sold as a regular 7/11 store. I love this as its right outside of my work.
Sleezy, sketchy, and gross. Avoid at all costs.
Its conveniently close and its in a nice area. What more should you expect? The slushies are cheap and there is 5 buck pizza that isnt extraordinary. The owners dad can be rude though, but hes also funny lol. And they always take care of customers quickly. No ones going to beatties ford for snacks. Overall a great choice.
I came to 7-Eleven at 129 South Cedar St but they were closedown. I got in after waiting several minutes.
I was traveling from Philly and I stopped here. DONT!!! They are theives that charged my ebt for cigarettes and making me pay cash! Didnt give me a receipt and I went back for one literally 10 mins later. They couldnt give me one because they claim they couldnt go back more than 3 transactions. Imagine how many times they get ppl with that a day. Very petty for $5 wow
The two girls working wouldnt us go to the bathroom. We asked for the key after checking out and they said no.
Worst store ever! Dirty inside and out! Homeless person magnet. Do not frequent this store.
Very weird staff. Not a great location to go alone at night.
I just got back from there at 10:35 pm saturday nightn flies in the donut case and around the hot dogs how gross is this . i informed the staff they just open the doors to let them out.
Dont trip stepping over the homeless drunkards that hang out by the door!
Just another place for drinks and bad food
THEY ONLY HIRE RUDE EMPLOYEES APPARENTLY
Scum magnet of uptown....have witnessed drug deals going down, and 7-11 employees helping the dealers move product!
The staff is usually friendly and welcoming, however the owner tends to be rude.
Very easy to find
Love the employees, but rude as owner.
