Very friendly staff, they always have something great to look at. They have an awesome selection of new and used items.

Ive been to this location several times. It offers alot of items but I do feel prices are a little high on used items. I did buy 2 3-way light bulbs for .50 each. Cant wait to see if they work.

12/05/2020 I wanted to purchase a bedroom door, I located the size I wanted but there was no one to assist in loading on the cart, so I had to struggle with it myself. Once I got it down and on the cart I noticed holes in the back of the door so I ask if I could get a discount and was told no by a worker. I then asked. If theres someone else I could speak to and she said yes. As I began to ask the manager the same worker interjected and said all items priced as is and the manager then repeated the same thing. This was a hollow door with holes in the back of it and they wanted to charge me $45. I walk out and search for the same door at home depot and its $38 brand new!!!!! Please price check other places before being damaged used items thinking that you will get a deal!!!!

Ive finally given up on this place. I used to be a big supporter, both shopping and donating to this store. The pricing at both Charlotte locations has gotten ridiculous. This happened some time ago but I continued to shop there b/c of their mission. Used items are priced as if theyre new, often times slightly higher. Their merchandise is DONATED. Donors get a tax break if they so choose, shoppers used to get a good price and proceeds went to their charitable mission. Winners all the way around. Now, the customers get left out of the benefit. The final straw for me was going today and finding an item I liked and having to track someone down to actually get a price for it. I measured it, returned home to check to make sure it would fit and get a different vehicle to transport it. When I returned, the price was tripled (and by the same employee). The increase wouldnt have bankrupted me but the fact they would quote me a price then triple it was ridiculous. I get that their mission is to build houses for families in need and their stores are secondary but they need to rethink their attitudes towards their customers who help support that cause. My donations and shopping dollars will go elsewhere

Staff just made my husband unload a king sized bed by himself in the rain. We definitely regret making this donation. It probably could have done some good elsewhere but it will be ruined in the rain and added to the landfill.

Of all the locations, this is the best for used appliances. Ive bought several things from them, and had no issues. The staff is extremely helpful. (Okay, the parking lot is a bit of a nightmare, but thats certainly not their fault...)

Heard great things about this place, but I was disappointed. Prices were too high for what they had to offer. I kept seeing roaches crawling on the furniture.

The head lady there is from California and price the items there as if they were her own and shes still out west. If you go over her head & speak to the lil black man manager it does no good, he only take what she states & do nothing. Not very fair.

Ive been going in the same one on wilkinson blvd as well. and like they say over the yrs things has just gotten way too pricy. even very old out dated stuff. I use to walk out of there with a good amount of things. but now if i buy anything at all its only one item i found at a reasonable price. Im now building a tiny home and will be on the prowl again. but My place is craigslist ebay and amazon now. I found 4 brand new windows on craigslist for less than 100 dollars lol. thats crazy.

This place is full of overpriced junk. Ive been to this location at least 25 times and have never found anything that wasnt priced higher than eBay. I suspect the employees pick everything clean before it hits the floors
