Years ago when this company was owned and operated by Mr. Wade it was amazing, client sensitive and highly skilled team.Since the sell a few years ago the customer comes last. When you have a client waiting on a part that you ordered on our behalf and that was 3 weeks ago... updates or calls returned wouldBe professional and show value to your clients. We cant get our repair completed or get calls returned for updates. Definitely will be looking for a new vendor.Update: after waiting 3 weeks for the part to arrive we have been told today by the office assistant we never ordered the part it was too expensive. We didnt tell you because we dont have an email address (yes you do) and your phone number was changed ( no its a hotel front desk staffed 24/7). WOW!! As a vendor if you dont want someones business just say it. Turns out Tormax does not even allow this company to work on their doors. I wonder why. Mr Wade was the best when he owned and operated.

I had a great experience with DH Pace. Working with Nat and his team was a pleasure. Scheduling the revolving door removal was easy and the team showed up on time. The crew completed the job faster than the estimated time. I would absolutely hire DH Pace for any door needs in the future.

Do yourself a favor and NEVER use this company. We had them come out and replace our EOD (Edge of dock)levelers. I told the rep (I will not name their name) who came out and saw our old EODs that we needed the EXACT kind that we had. Our old EODs have a flat lip on the end. The ones that DH Pace installed have a bump in the lip. I never once was told this, but told Yes we can provide you with exactly what you need. Now this might not sound like a huge issue to some, but it actually causes a major issue for us. With this bump in the new ones it is like driving over a speed bump. It causes us to dump freight, sometimes with heavy loads we are unable to back the forklifts out with the load on the forks, we have experienced the lifts getting stuck in the trailer due to this bump, and it is very jarring to the operator and equipment when going in and out of the trailer. Once I contacted DH Pace and expressed how unsatisfied I was with these dock plates I found out that they dont offer EODs with flat lip, but only offer ones with a bump in them. The rep never told me this and if he would have I would have gone with another company. I spoke with them about solutions and all they told me was the EODs work properly and there is nothing they can do. This company isnt about customer satisfaction, or interested in what their customer needs, but only with putting money in their pocket. Im blown away that this company has been in business for as long as they have with the type of business they practice. I have recently found the information of the company that installed our EODs the first time and wished I was able to find the info before I did business with DH Pace. That company is Carolina Door Specialities. I was 100% satisfied with them when they first installed these EODs because they were the ones who informed me that we needed dock plates with flat lips and that the others would not work. DH Pace you all might have made a buck off me this time, but you will NEVER get another dime from me or my company, and I encourage all others who are needing dock/door work to find a different company as well, unless you like being told one thing and receiving something completely different. I would have done better going out in the front yard and setting that $3500.00 I spent on fire than doing business with DH Pace.

I wish there were two ways I could review this company. As far as their workmanship, I have no issues. What I have issue with is that we called them on July 5th to have an emergency door replacement. They informed us theyd need to order the door and glass but theyd have it replaced the next week. They promised me a rush. They boarded up our doorway for us. And we waited. And waited. And waited some more. Finally, on August 2nd, theyve just now completed the work I had to PREPAY them to do. Im still not sure if they just didnt ever order our glass or if they are just poor communicators or if they offer false promises to get a hire. Disappointing.

They do not stand behind there work. They Installed a door closer for me on a commercial Front door, They charged me $800, it Broke 108 days later, I called them and the Manager said there is nothing I can do for you Terrible customer service would never use them again. Over Priced.
