So, I was on the fence of who to call but reading the reviews i called Chris, which i am so glad i did. Quick response and he explained everything in detail, which gave me a sense of reassurance that the work will be done. In short, he followed through with great service. I highly suggest you call Chris with Going Up Garage Doors. He still has to replace a small part but i have not doubt that service will be exceptional as well.

Chris recently replaced my existing garage door opener and door. Prior to agreeing to go with Going Up Garage Door, I asked Chris an onslought of questions and he graciously answered promptly. When I decided Going Up Garage Doors was right for the job, Chris was able to schedule me in and even came over to install coming off having the flu. When all was said and done, Chris cleaned up, showed me how everything worked, and I was even able to pay with my card.

I’ve worked with these guys a couple times on various properties. They are honest, responsive and always do a great job. I highly recommend and will be using them again in the future.

We are super impressed with Going Up Garage Doors and Chris Roberts the owner! At 9pm on a rainy, cold Saturday night our garage door came off the track and would not go down. We use our garage as storage and it is full including expensive tools and and a Harley. We could not leave it open overnight. Chris left his movie night with his wife and daughter, went out into the cold rain and immediately drove 45 minutes to come help us out. He was super nice, friendly and knowledgeable and walked my husband through everything he was doing. Not only did he fix our door in less than 30 minutes but he serviced it while he was here too! He also helped us move stuff out of the garage and back in. He was very professional and extremely efficient. He quoted us the service call price up front and did not charge us extra for coming at 9pm at night on the weekend. He was truly a lifesaver and we are so happy!! Thank you Chris for saving the day! You are a super hero to us!

I made an appointment with Chris of Going Up Garage Doors on a Saturday and he cane to my house to repair my garage door 2 hours later. He was prompt and even called me 10 minutes prior to arrival. He diagnosed the problem in less than 10 minutes and effected the repair in less than a half hour. I asked him to service my other door and he did that as well. He was professional, courteous, and friendly the entire time he was here. I would recommend him highly to anyone. I made sure to secure him to service my garage doors on a yearly basis. I called and Nick was at my home in 10 minutes. He completed a thorough check of the doors and openers and was able to fix all issues we had with wiring and door not closing. He also showed me how to perform maintenance on the doors. Great service and pricing!

I called Chris when my garage door stopped working. Chris went out of his way to try to walk me through what to do over the phone. When this didn’t work he told me he couldn’t come to the house but told me how to secure it. When Chris came out the next day, he was very professional and had the issue corrected in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend him and will definitely call him if I have any issues in the future.

Chris and Nick was very professional. I hired them to remove and install 3 commercial doors with motors. They had an issue caused by a third party but quickly resolved it. We had a stellar experience with Chris. After calling another company who advised they “might be able to call us back later today”, I called Going Up Garage Doors. Chris answered the phone immediately and came out with an hour. He quickly fixed assessed the damage, gave us best and worst case scenarios and got to work. He was able to achieve the best case scenario (repair, no new parts) but I appreciated his transparency. Within about 2.5 hours of the initial call, the door was repaired.

They came out on a Sunday morning and did a fantastic job. Quick response and gave us a few tips on prolonging the life of the door.
