If i could give 0 stars I would, the store manager was rude and did not want to help me because my watch would be a return that i purchased from another store. the watch was unworn/unaltered, the previous store took out a couple links for it to fit my wrist which i called and verified, only had it 4 days and he glanced at it and said it couldn’t be returned because it was worn.the watch was unworn, his sales staff even said nothing was wrong with it. 0 customer service. i was a repeat kays customer but i will definitely be taking mine and my families business elsewhere

I told Alex that I am in the middle of getting a house, Ergo a credit pull CANNOT happen. She told me 4 times that the progressive pay program did not pull.my.credit. on the 4th time i.ask.she.told me its a soft pull. Alex tried to ruin my chances of getting a. home and lied to me in the process several times. I would try another location. Alex cannot be trusted.

After receiving terrible service from the Zales jeweler next door I walked to Kay jewelers hoping for a better experience. Ed was amazing, he was so patient with all of my questions, was very specific in telling me what I would actually be receiving, and he had a wonderful attitude and was very energetic when greeting me as I arrived. From now on I will only deal with Ed for all of my jewelry purchases!

I dropped my necklace off at Kays to get repaired and I sent a friend over to pick it up after only reading the subject of my email while driving. The employee helping her commented that literacy isnt a thing anymore because the email was a notification saying that the necklace had been delivered to the place of repair. While I shouldve read the full email and not only the subject, customer service should be better than this. I love Kays and do plan on buying more jewelry here but employees need to learn how to keep their rude comments to themselves. Literacy is a thing and so are mistakes. Cant wait to pick up my necklace and have a conversation and practice my literacy while signing and reading every step aloud.

I have returned an item here back in November. Still have not received my return yet and it’s almost February. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with Kay’s, and after experiencing such poor customer service with my return, I will never spend a dime with Kay’s. A customer should never have to wait 2.5 months for a simple return, and guess what I still have not received my money back. 0 stars if I could!

I ordered a necklace from the northlake store almost 2 weeks ago. It was supposed to be there last Wednesday and its still not there. I had 2 different sales associates tell me they would call me when it came in it was coming from Alabama. I havent heard from them. A manager should have at least reached out to me by now . I think this is bad business, especially for a loyal customer like me. I will never order in store again and Im second guessing buying jewelry from them from now on.

I love Kay Jewelers until 10/19. My boyfriend surprised me with a ring when we went to Kays. We ordered the ring on 10/19 and was told it would be back 10/31. My boyfriend called on 10/31, and was told the ring had not yet arrived and it should be there by that afternoon and she (which is Ty the sales associate) would give him a call when the ring arrived. He did not receive a callback that day so he called the next day and was told that the ring was sent back because the size was not right. Before the ring was sent back, she should have called and told him instead of having him wonder what was going on! At this point I was mad! So after all of that, he was told the ring would be back 11/3. He called on 11/3 and asked if the ring was back and was told yes so we went up there. Upon arriving he was told that the ring still wasnt back! For some reason the sales associate Chris put in the system that the ring was back and it really wasnt. The manager my boyfriend talked to on 11/3 said the ring will be there on 11/6. I bet its not going to be there when he calls. They are a BIG joke and at this point I dont even want the ring! This is the WORST experience I have ever had with Kay Jewelers! I will NEVER go back to this location.

We went into the store a few weeks ago and I found a ring I liked. The sales woman, Alejandro, approached us. She told us to come back in on 10/20 and that the ring was going to be 40% off (currently 30% off) so we decided to wait. We went back in on 10/20-- when the item was rang up we noticed the total off was not 40% off. When we questioned this we were told, oh it is 30% off then 10% off that.....this is not what we were told...meanwhile Alejandro just stood there pretending she didnt know. Needless to say we left without purchasing the ring--I would rather spend more money for a smaller ring at a company I know will be honest!

Spoke to a gentleman on the phone today to ask about getting appraisal on a ring purchase from Kays. He had the worst attitude! He was so not helpful and uninterested in helping. He said you should probably come in after Christmas because we are too busy. Yeah, too busy trumping make commission to give your existing customers any sort of customer service. So disappointing. :{
