My bracelet broke that I purchased while in the airport traveling. I had it less than 3 weeks and also had my receipt. The store was more than accommodating. They easily exchanged my bracelet and recommended a sturdier option. They even had a few other charms Id had some difficulty locating. I had a great experience and will definitely return.Con: they were practicing Covid precautions however customers werent. The sign said masks required but that was not strictly enforced. That can be quite confusing.

Fun place to shop especially for me who had no clue what to buy. So many choices. Thank you Morgan for helping me pick the best option for her.

I bought my daughter her first Pandora bracelet at NLAKE MALL. There is a young lady, Morgan that gave me so many ideas. She is a patient worker. My daughter really liked what we picked out.

It was nice and staff helpful. Slightly pushy on trying to get people to buy something. I did not feel like my pandora bracelet was cleaned well. It was still dull when they gave it back to me. I had to ask if it has already been clean. Make me feel like purchasing a cleaner to do it myself. Liked the option of having it cleaned at the pandora store, then if I seen anything that I liked I could purchase it, but they did not clean it well and I felt like I made a trip there for nothing even though I made a purchase.

It is always a pleasure to shop there for me its like a breath of fresh Air, and the customer service was excellent not @ just this location but my favorite Is North lake . Im starting on my second bracelet and I am so excited about the possibilities Lol 😁

Called to confirm that they had a specific earring in stock. I called seven times to reach their full voice mail before someone finally answered. this store is 45 mins away so i wanted to call before i drove down there. the lady answered and when i asked about them she said she was too busy to check and that i should come anyways because they have many options. i do not care for the others, i already picked out my earrings and i wanted to purchase them there. i understand it’s the holidays but to not check to make sure an item is in stock is just plain lazy.

Depends on what time of day you walk in. The first time we went my daughter was sold the wrong size bracelet and we were ignored for no less then twenty minutes. The second time when we returned the one that was too tight we were helped quickly and treated great. I will avoid this location due to my first experience. Reeds has pandora as well.

I love them. They asked me did I want to apply for a credit card. Although I didnt want my credit pulled I did it and was approved for $1000.00 go me. Poor bank account lol.

Nicole customer service person works in northlake was horrible waiting on me. Didnt give me my credit receipt or my gift receipt I asked for. Didnt advise me of 30 return policy. Her service was horrible. She had a nasty attitude. So I had to wait til today go back talk to melissa the mgr. She was awesome. Waited on me gave me both receipts. I appreciate her helping me.Thank u melissa. Nicole get zero rating .melissa get 4.

Sherry was helpful. She offered to clean the Pandora jewelry I had on. We made her 15 minutes quite easy and purchased an already put together bracelet (7 charms)

Strictly for the reason that it is Christmas Eve approximately 10 am they have 2 people working in the whole entire store with a line around the store.. poor execution on whoever does their scheduling to be understaffed on potentially one of the busiest days of the year ... Have been waiting in line going on 30 minutes now with no acknowledgement of anyone in the store .

Friendly staff. No pressure. The staff is well trained, professional, and very knowledgeable.We were there to have my wife’s rings cleaned & a small stone replaced. They also found another that was loose.A really nice place.

Customer service is extremely important when I shop and especially where I spend my money. I was very dissatisfied with the lack of service not given from the sales associate last night at the NorthLake Pandora store. I will never visit this store again and certainly would not make any purchases or recommend it to anyone!! However, on the other hand, my experience at the SouthPark Pandora store tonight was the complete opposite!! I know now where I will make my purchases!!!

One of the most ridiculous shopping experiences ever this time. Been here many times before and had great experiences. Went there this year expecting a wait because of the holidays. Tried to give them our name to get on the list and was informed they could only put a certain number of names on the list and we had to wait. Waited 15 more minutes in which time they called several other names and never once had someone ask to take our name. Once again asked to put our name on the list and was again told the list was full and they could not add more names. Witnessed several others walk up and put their names on their list. Tried again and was told the same so we left. To top it off nobody even tells you there is a list when entering the store so if I had not known to even ask we would have waited needlessly. Get your stuff together Pandora. Even during the holidays when its busy you still have to serve your customers.

I love Pandora! This store is way too small though. There are always a line and sign up sheet for every holiday.

Diedra is INCREDIBLY RUDE! I patiently waited for assistance about my rings that i had purchased. I waited at least an hour just to be assisted. And as soon as Diedra got to me, she immediately was giving me a rude expression and everything that i would said, she would sigh and grunt. I had an issue about my rings that i had just purchased, and i was sure to be very polite about addressing it. But she made me feel very uncomfortable and really upset, especially when she said i should go to south park. which is completely across charlotte. i love pandora, I usually really like the people who work there too. But I have never ever ever experienced someone more rude than Diedra. I will not be coming here again.

Extremely poor customer service. Employees always have an issue with cleaning my jewelry and state “it’s not a good time” which is very disrespectful. Then try to sell me a piece of cloth to clean it myself... which I’m not buying. I always feel rushed. Employees constantly talk about being short staffed and other employees not showing up for work openly in the presence of customers which is unprofessional. This is one of the worst Pandora stores I’ve been to. South Park location is excellent 👌

Didnt have the item i wanted so I had to purchase the display item, looooong wait. Can not order items from other stores to pick up at a different location. Staff was helpful an friendly
