Easy Stones staff is very friendly and willing to help! Alondra and Lilly were every attentive and helpful. We had gone to another granite store(their competitor) and they were very rude and made it difficult to pick our own slab. Easy stones moved the slabs for us on the spot, no special appointment needed. We were able to see our exact slab and we’re thrilled with our purchase. The granite has been installed and is absolutely beautiful!! Thank you Easy stones! I highly recommend you all!!

This is a great showroom to find granite slabs for your home.Unlike Home Depot or Loews you can see what the whole slab looks like which makes the selection process much easier. The staff is excellent. Lilly helped me make a granite selection based on pictures I found online. She provided great service!

Easy Stone has a nice variety of slap to choose from and in a good location (easy access). Jessica greeted me as soon as I walked is and helped me the ENTIRE visit. I had so many questions and she was very patient with me and EXTREMELY helpful. Id say she provided excellent customer service which make me want to come back and also tell all my friend to shop here. 5 stars!

I stopped by and was immediately ignored by 3 ladies having a personal conversation amongst themselves. One finally looked at me like I was stupid and said Did you sign in? They continued their conversation and after I signed in I waited awkwardly, again, to be acknowledged and again the same girl looked at me like I was stupid and said you need a clipboard. I was made to feel like I was interrupting and like I was an inconvenience to them being there. Every time I had to interact with them I felt awkward and like I wasnt wanted. So I will take my business elsewhere.

I found my absolutely stunning marble slabs at Easy Stones. I am very picky and looked at hundreds of slabs at multiple places. Jessica was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with, and went above and beyond her regular duties to help me out every time I spoke with her. I couldnt be happier!

Ive visited Easy Stone twice. Once just to browse and the second time to select my slabs. Each time the staff has been wonderful and the selection is amazing. Ive been working with a gentlemen man Greg. He is fantastic to work with. I appreciate that he is very honest. He even gave me a piece of stone to take home to see if it would stain even after being sealed. It stained! In addition to have great customer service, being easy to work with and honest, the prices are great. Thanks Greg and Victor!

Well i have to say this is one of my favorite warehouse store granite selection they have. so many selections to choose from Granite Quartz and Marble Jennifer is so awesome she will Guide you to choose the perfect color selection she explain every question that you have if there was more stars i would definitely give them more. as to mentione great costumer service thanks Jennifer your the best

He took a lot of time with me, walking me through all the options, in different price ranges, based on what I described that I wanted. Ive been to many, many granite yards and loved Easy Stones’ customer service the best.

Excellent company!. I am in the process of remodeling my kitchen and with the help of people at theFort Walton office and the associates from the Atlanta Office they made it very easy. They all communicated very welltogether, which is hard to find when associates work at different locations. A person was always there to help and they all went outof there way to make sure that I was happy with the granite. I went with the leathered look with the top zero sink which is amazing.I was allowed to pick out a piece and have it leathered and if I didnt like it they would let me pick out another piece, if necessary.They strive to make there customers happy! The Installers and his associate were amazing. All and all it was a great experience with a great associates.

I can not say enough about easy stone and the staff there, especially Jennifer. I have visited on multiple occasions and each time was such a pleasant experience! The first day I went to look at countertops I arrived afterwork at 4:50, they close at 5 but they insisted that they still have plenty to do before closing and that I could take my time.When I finally decided on my countertops they only had 1 slab, I needed 2. Jennifer assured me they would do everything they could to get the the same stone in 2 slabs with matching lots and SHE DID JUST THAT 4 DAYS LATER.I really could write a whole page about my experience but I wont, lol. Please do your self a favor and go to easy stone. The staff and selection is amazing.

Terrible customer service. My husband and I visited the showroom to look at granite slabs. When we entered, 2 of the associates had their feet up on their desks. When we asked to see certain colors of granite, we were assigned to Greg. He was terrible. The color we wanted to look at had a lot of variation so we wanted to see the other 7 slabs they had. He couldnt be bothered and said they were all the same and it was a lot of work for him to pull them out. He ended up doing it but was extremely annoyed and made comments all while doing it that they were all the same and dismissing any questions we had as if they were not important. When spending 5,000, I expect to be able to ask questions and not treated in an unprofessional manner. I gave the feedback to another associate, Jimmy, who was dismissive about it and just said okay and shrugged his shoulders. I guess this is just how they treat customers. Because of this, despite picking out slabs, we decided to visit another showroom. We went to Levantina and they were amazing. Extremely knowledgable, courteous and customer service oriented. I would highly reccomend them.

Abhi the manager is very rude and unprofessional he treated me as I was below him they will not strive if they keep this guy in charge
