Customer service is great, I will settle for BI-LO over Food Lion because of short lines and less food traffic. BI-LO can expensive so use coupons.

This is one of the only BiLo we have in the Charlotte area. The store is clean and uncluttered. There are a few good deals. They were out of turkey wings today. I like that they sell just the wing part in packages. Oxtails were cut into pieces and not too large.

Did not care for the attitude of the workers at thia location. Before even being greeted with a hello or Good Morning or asked how I could be helped, I was told that the customer service was not open. I needed a tobacco product that was behind the counter at customer service. If you had not been so quick to dismiss me....I ended up not making purchase even after I was handed the product. Price was much more than other stores. I dont plan on going back for anything if I can help it.

I love my neighborhood Bi-Lo! I always have a easy time finding items and everything they make is really good. Including the cakes. Recently, some of the newer employees have been a little ignorant but the store is still a great shopping place and clear aisle locations.

Clean, well stocked, and beautiful! Customer service was outstanding! Old fashioned butcher cut my filet mignon to perfection!

Aisles are nice and large, staff not so attentive - standing around in a group talking, out of several sale items.

Staff there young kids no manners, never a hello no greetings at all girl at door on phone you speak she never responds. Just looks at you then back to her cell phone. Prices there are up and down one of cashiers told me they are going put of business no need to sign up for rewards program when I asked about program, I just moved to Charlotte now 60 days and that wasnt pleasent to hear of closing.No spunk at all dead scene if you wanna get check out by a cell phone then shop there. They dont acknowledge there customers.

They hire a bunch of high school girls that cant be respectful to customers a girl start with A and the 2 Kayla girls are rude. The evening manager Kayla is so nice and Megan. Most of the male employees at this bilo are nice to me everyone but John.

If you dont have a bi/lo bonus card and ask if they mind using theirs .you would think getting points was a bad thing. Ive even asked for application to apply for one and never have i received a comment or application.I will still continue to shop here

For some reason, the last couple of times I purchased Tyson chicken wings at this location of BI-LO, some of the wings did not have tips. I had no problem with the wings. They didnt smell funny or taste funny. Its simply not normal to see wing tips cut off the wing. I just wonder what was the issue with it. It didnt seem like it was done by mistake. It was a clean cut at the joint. I would just like someone to tell me what happened. This has not happened at this location before except for these last few times. Is something going on at Tyson?

I was in a hurry and forgot to look at the expiration dates on the products that I was grabbing. Most of the items were dry goods and canned items. Once I got to the checkout I not something in my cart that was expired by over a month. Then I reviewed every items expiration date and ultimately gave the cashier 10 out of date products. Needless to say this store has an issue with properly rotating their merchandise. I wont shop here again. 3 stars because it appeared clean.

Due to their down sizing, the Bi-Lo near our home was closed. We wanted a Bi-Lo fix and decided to go shop at the one off of Mt Holly Huntersville Road. We were taken back to shopping for years at the one on Pineville Mathews Rd and Park Rd. We really miss that store. As always Bi-Los sales were great. As we were checking out we were telling the cashier of our shopping days at the former store near our home and she informed us that her store was closing in December. Sad to see ole Walter go away forever!

Good weekly sales. Only been a few times when Im over that way. Store was clean when I went. Regular prices are high.

Selection is adequate, but the layout is bad. The markers are double sided so you have to look at both when traveling lanes.

Dood, I went in & got happy when I saw the hot bar at the deli. I mean, I thought all the BiLos in CLT were gone & I was hankering some Mac n cheese & fried chicken. But then I realized the girl at the deli didnt have a face mask on & I noped right out of there.

Very small store. Nice selection but I cant find all my faves from other Bi-Lo stores. It is clean and well stocked with the items that do have. Ill come back if absolutely necessary but Ill probably have to find another location. Its just too old and small for my needs.

They dont have a way of muting or turning down the volume on the self check out robot. Its a loud and obnoxious machine and every single other store out there that has self-checkout has a button so you can turn the loud obnoxious voice off. But for some reason the system designers or executives at Bi-Lo have decided we got to listen to a loud obnoxious voice whenever using self checkout. Also why do I have to ask somebody or hunt down a paper bag if I dont want to use plastic? Of course to be fair I think plastic should be banned entirely. but the paper bag should just be there for people to use without having to make a big deal about it. That would also be the environmentally most responsible thing to do as due to the pathetically dysmal recycling rate on plastic bags, paper bags are far less harm on the environment. And also, the self-checkout robot doesnt give you the $0.05 per bag discount that youre supposed to get when youre using your own bag. Once again, you have to ask somebody to come over and wave their magic badges over the machine in order to get the credit. The dang machine should just give you the credit without having to go through the rigmarole of finding somebody and have them wave their hands and magic badges. What the heck is wrong with the people who have set up these machines that we cant turn down the volume and we dont get the $0.05 bag credit when we have to tell the machine anyways that were using our own bag!

BiLo is expensive unless you have coupons and their card. They could use a makeover too especially in the produce section. Most of the fruits and veggies looked old. Overall its okay for a quick trip.

Typical grocery store or what a grocery store should typically be. You ask questions, they have answers. Good meat for rather good prices...but have to check the dates. Pending on if you freeze your meat or not. Lines are usually not Walmart long. So you can get in and get out. And catch a smile on the way.

I worked for this company for 21 years and most of the stores have closed as mine did but this one is still open and the staff is wonderful. You will not find a better group of people.

I hope they dont close this one down. They never changed their name to Harveys, ....so I hope they stay in Charlotte as BI-LO. This location always has everything I need. Last time I bought everything on the shelf of a particular item... the manager went to their stockroom & brought me out an entire case. How nice!

I was at U scan checking out. I had a cucumber that rung up wrong. My light was on for service. I waited nearly 5 minutes for service. While 2 African American ladies were standing there talking . I looked over to them and made eye contact. They never greeted me. One spoke and said you need some help ?What kind of service is that called?I worked grocery retail 22 yrs. And I would never stand for that type of customer service.

Love this particular store. Theyre always so friendly & Kind. The Store Manger Mr. Gary is a hands on type of Manager. He personalizes the relationships between he & the customers himself. He makes you feel wanted and like family.

Overpriced items, poor updates and cashiers card reader wasnt working properly so instead of sending me to another card reader she told me to keep using chip reader which didnt work then she told me to swipe which made my bank freeze my acct with fraud alert. Very ignorant uncaring cashier.

My step daughter brought a case of water a few years back that was infested with baby roaches. It took me a few months to get rid of those nasty critters. I always check anything I buy from here now. I prefer to go to Food Lion they never have disappointed me.

Worst customer service ever! Poorly staffed at all times. Manager is racist. No one wants to hear a store employee list excuses for their failure to do their job. The truth is a customer wants their goods and services, not your excuses as to why they cant have their goods or services.Poor service from all employees. NEVER shopping there again. Very dissatisfied.

The employee at self checkout was rude and nasty to me and with other customer she saw struggling at their register dismissive. She directed management to do her job. Sorry to say but with people like her I understand store closings

Honestly, over Teeters, Food lion and walmart, i much prefer this place. And they always have mind boggling great deals on pork for some reason!

This is a large well lit supermarket. I like that some of the sale items are placed at the front entrance. They have hot food & cold deli ready to eat items near the entrance too. Their sales often include BOGOs and they have fuel perks which can be very helpful if you are on a tight budget & gas prices are rising or high.

This is my favorite grocery store. I have shopped at this location for years. Always has amazing deals and has products no other store carries. Much better than Food Lion!!!

I only come to this store because it is near my house. I dont understand why the produce is always bad,if you buy the bags of salad with in 1-2 days it is already bad. The employee are always nice and willing to help though I will say that. The managers step in to help without being asked which I love shows teamwork and it is great customer service. If I rated on just the bad produce it wouldnt be fair because these employees deserve to be recognized.
