Hands down the best Home Theater service in Charlotte. An important thing to note is Bridgers ongoing support. On the rare occasion I have to troubleshoot - power surge, kids messed something up, etc. - Bridger is available for a virtual walkthrough or even a visit. The follow-up service is perhaps even more important than the initial stellar work.

Did a great job on installation and made sure everything was the way I want it. I’m not the brightest when it comes to setting this all up and operating it, Bridger is extremely responsive and helpful when I need help and calls me back all the time, even on the weekend, months after the sale. Hard to find customer service like that. I’ll definitely be recommending him to others in my neighborhood

Bridger did a wonderful job on my home theater. Very knowledgeable and punctual. More importantly was service after the install. When i had questions, he always responded. I would recommend him and continue to use his services for any home theater advice.

Its been awhile since we had a nice Lil theater installed. Bridger and his helper did a great job on the setup. We will be have them back soon for more work.

I called and left a message after I didn’t hear anything back via the contact form on the website. I needed a lamp replaced in my current home theater which I also wanted to discuss adding more speakers but nothing, no return phone calls / email. Rating this a 1 because apparently these folks only like to do new installs / certain price range for a call back. Taking my business elsewhere.
