I really enjoyed my experience with COS from getting a quick appointment to picking out the right products for us. Jordan was our sales rep and she made great recommendations and was willing to go above and beyond to meet all our needs. The delivery drivers were super friendly and made sure to take their time to do everything right without any scratches or holes in the walls. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Pricing is slightly above market average for used furniture. I would check elsewhere for secondhand items as you can surely find cheaper elsewhere. Staff was welcoming, but could not answer questions I had about the product.

Craig and team pulled through big time on all things office! Im transitioning into a new office and was in the market for some new and used furniture. I literally cant believe the selection they had. You name it, they had it. They also had lobby area couches, side seats. I was blown away. I paid less than half price of what I would have paid if I had went somewhere else. And you cant even tell the used furniture is used. Anyone looking for some new/used office digs....Carolina Office Solutions is your spot! Carolina Office is the best! I was tasked with furnishing a brand new 10,000 sq foot space with offices, cubes, lab spaces and conference rooms on a very lean budget last Fall (2020).Craig and his team went above and beyond to make it happen. They mapped out the furniture on our floor plan, provided multiple cube layout options with power plans, made several trips onsite to measure and confirm, patiently walked me around their warehouse allowing me to pick and choose items, offered very competitive pricing, and worked with our contractors directly when necessary. Almost everything was pre-owned, but you would never know as it looks amazing!Carolina Office Solutions is the first place I contact now when anyone requests furnishings (tables, bookcases, desks, file cabinets, etc.).The delivery and setup guys are top notch as well. They arrive on schedule, always professional and make sure we are completely satisfied before they leave.

We just opened a new medical office and the staff and selection at Carolina Office Solutions was fantastic. We were able to pick and chose what we needed from their huge selection in the warehouse and order anything else we needed. We recently purchased some used cubicles and the install and quality were fabulous. It was tough to get phone calls returned and things scheduled but I believe I may have just hit them at a busy time.

Great price on new office furniture. Dont bother with Staples cheap desks as you can get some better quality new stuff here for the same price.The used selection is great for better discounts (minus computer chairs - they are cheaper new it seems) but conference tables and waiting room furniture is a steal here.

I had a great experience at Carolina office solutions! Fantastic customer service and great selection. Ive never seen so much office furniture under one roof. There was no pressure from any of the sales guys.. I hate high pressure sales. During the sales process when I was buying furniture for my office, I shared that my son was going away to college. The sales person asked whether or not I needed anything for his apartment. They helped me pick out a quality commercial grade used desk chair that was half the price of the Staples chair we almost bought and three times the quality. The best part is that they gave me the chair for $0 as a thank you for doing business. Thank you Carolina office.... P.S. My son loves the chair.

I visited Carolina Office Solutions today to look for several pieces of office furniture. They have a very nice selection (huge selection) of used furniture, that is in great condition. Every piece of used furniture looked almost as good as new. My sales rep Jeremy was outstanding and answered all of my questions. COF also has a lot of very nice new furniture on display as well. If you are looking for any type of office furniture - you need to make COF your first stop.

Ordered pre-owned desks from here and everything was great! Great customer service from Kadena and Kaylea, who helped with finding and ordering the desks. But the real stars of the show were our delivery guys!! They were awesome. We have a freshly painted office and were worried we would end up with new scratches and scuffs...but we did not. We ordered 2 L shaped desks with side filing cabinets. So,they carried a lot of stuff up and narrow stairway!! Not one mark!! Jeremy and his high ponytail side kick did a great job. Thanks for not making me mud, sand and paint more then necessary. Greatly appreciated.

GOOD PRODUCTS, POOR SERVICE. I went there on behalf of the company I work for, they are a long time customer. We needed file large cabinets for a filing system we were creating. When I arrived, there were two persons sitting down doing nothing but listening to my conversation. I walked up to the receptionist, I inquired on file cabinets. She told us all sales reps were busy at the time but will have one of them contact me.In the meantime the receptionist took us to the back where they keep most of their items and left. We looked around, and made our choices. We returned to the front desk, no one was there, I left my business card. It is now ten days later, and no one has contacted me.

We purchased three used file cabinets. The owner of the company came out while we were picking the cabinets we wanted from a stock of twenty. She said her warehouse people had to go and do a delivery and we had to take the first three in line.We had told the sales person we needed some that did not have scratches when we bought them and then the owner, wanted us to just take the ones we did not want.At first she said she was going to charge me for the time it took her warehouse person to pull out these first three, but I told her I would stop the charge, so she had the salesperson give me the refund.Do not do business with this company as this Woman has a Queen of all complex from the way she acted.

I purchased all the furniture for our new office of 25 people, just outside of Asheville. I worked with Luz Cardona. The price was great, the quality is good and they have great service after the sale too. Delivery and set-up cost is even less than the local office furniture stores. We receive many compliments when people visit the office. Id do it again.

As a business coach and consultant, I can tell you this company has some serious customer service and interfacing issues. I went to school with the owners, Craig Dunn and Ted Peterson. Theyve always been pretty nice guys but like many business owners, they seem to have grown tired of and developed disdain for the customer. And as in many businesses, the attitude infects others working there. Having recently set up a new home office, I decided to pay them a visit. The first thing I noticed walking into the lobby was a receptionist with a frown on her face, zero personality and no customer interfacing skills. She got a sales person who was much friendlier until the next day when I told her I did some shopping and a well known competitor was able to quote a better price. Doesnt everyone shop a bit for the best price on a $1300 executive desk config?? Wanting to give former alumni my business, I naturally asked if she could do anything to close the gap. Well her attitude turned south, she became curt and cavalier about my inquiries concerning upgrades and additional configurations. She would give me general numbers referring me back to the quote to crunch it all out on my own. And even after I put together my own configuration trying to decipher her original quote, it took several back and forth emails for her to confirm MY calculations for an exact total. Then when i told her I was ready to order, she perked up a bit and sent a sales order over for me to sign. A day AFTER signing it and them processing my credit card for $1300, she emails me a Terms & Conditions document to sign. Bad enough it was after the fact but it was also confusing and left far too many loopholes for charging me more and leaving me responsible for their possible failures. For instance it says Customer agrees to pay additional delivery charges if any of their order is backordered and requires a separate delivery. Seriously?? I could go on. So I emailed her back, specifying my concerns and asking for one of the owners to call me to address them. The next morning I get an email from her saying...Thank you so much for the opportunity to be of service to you. We look forward to opportunities in the future. However at this time we are unable to service your account and supply you with the furniture in need. Well needless to say, there will be no future opportunities which seems fine with them. But as a business coach and alumni with these guys, I felt somewhat obligated to email a response making sure the owners were aware of this incredibly unprofessional treatment and horrible customer service. I was shocked to get an email back from Craig saying it was all on him and asking when we could talk. I thought hed try to make it right but instead, he apologized for not calling me sooner to tell me to go fly a kite when I asked them if they could do anything to come closer to their competition on price. He arrogantly and with disdain said, we dont do business that way. What?? In all my years of coaching businesses and being in sales, Ive never heard of a furniture company that didnt have to sometimes negotiate on pricing to sway a buying decision. As I told Craig, if thats your policy then state it up front before you get pissed off at a client trying to the best deal they can. An extremely reputable and highly rated competitor, Larners Office Furniture, was happy to compete a bit for my business and got it. And they are able to deliver in a week vs. three at COS. Guess it turned out for the best. But unfortunately I have to say, DONT buy from these guys until they remember why theyre in business and who pays the bills. Hope you get it together, guys!
