YES!! You can have your vacuum cleaner repaired! Tom provided excellent customer service in explaining the options to either REPAIR or replace our Electrolux. We have had it so long its part of the family.

The owner is a known cheat. Hes taken advantage of his whole family. Id sooner go without than have anything to do with him.

Brandon, the service technician, just called me to check and make sure I was satisfied with his work and with my vacuum. Mysteriously, the lid he ordered in new somehow was broken again! Brandon went out of his way to please and ordered another lid for me. He has been exceptional with customer service! I will give him 5 stars and highly recommend him! Take your vacuum to Brandon! He will see to it it is fixed and done right!! God bless!
