The tech arrived on time, and did a very thorough and professional check-up on two separate heat pump units. He was more than willing to share with me tips that are so helpful to a homeowner. I feel like I learned a lot about my systems and heat pumps in general. I was so happy, I will request the same technician to perform the regular service on my other systems in another house. The person in the office was very polite, helpful and pleasant to deal with, and made my credit card transaction seamless and without a hitch. I am glad that there is a business in my area that can provide such wonderful service.

I have edited my review from 2 stars. I was contacted by Robertson Electric within 24 hours of having left my review. They gave prompt response and resolution. Their representative was dispatched in less than 2 hours of our phone conversation. Within about 1 1/2 hours my drain was running freely and I received instruction on proper maintenance for my garbage disposal to prevent another clogged drain as long as possible. This interaction was far superior to my previous one and I am pleased that they made every effort to rectify the issue. A big Thank you!The reason for my call to this company was a slow draining kitchen sink. It took 2- 3 hours to drain if the sink was only partially filled. I had spent time to determine that the garbage disposal under the sink was working. The technicians were sent and arrived at the time they were expected. They inspected under the sink and pointed out that the wire connecting the disposal was no longer being held in place and could pose a fire hazard. They continued their inspection and determined the disposal was functioning, drained the disposal and checked the trap for the disposal. Non of these was the issue. They said the pipe to the wall was a hard pipe and they could not get to it to see where another clog might be. The left me with an estimate for the replacement of the garbage disposal and further work to determine where the clog might be. I was given a date 9 days later for their return. Immediately after their inspection the sink no longer drains at all. I will be replacing a garbage disposal that does function (could have wiring repaired?), and I am unable to use the kitchen sink for 9 days. I am also reluctant to use the dishwasher as well because it uses the same drain and I do not wish to add to the volume of contaminated standing water. when questioned as to why there was a 9 day wait I was first told it was because they needed to get parts and then it was because they are so busy. This was a very unsatisfactory initial encounter with this companies service.

Robertson electric recently finished installing a new HVAC system in our house (and converting us from gas to a heat pump for heat), upgrading the electric service/panel to 200 amps, installing an on-demand hot water heater, and a great deal more. Smaller work included wiring for and installing ceiling fans, rerouting water lines, installing new duct work for a few rooms, etc. Every aspect of their interaction with us and their work was top-notch. The price quoted for each aspect of this work was fair and reflected all of the work we wanted done and their improvements on our ideas. The front office was great at scheduling and communicating prior to and during all work. All of the various crews were on-time. This much work while living in a house can be intrusive, but Robertson went out of their way to be sure we were inconvenienced as little as possible. I highly recommend Robertson Electric.

Jeff came to fix our unresponsive A/C and was amazing!! We have owned this house for 5 years and never knew that there were some complicated issues with the furnace that negatively affected the A/C! We have had people out in the past and they did quick fixes but never caught that massive issue. Jeff did! He was so thorough and effective and we will always use this company!

Service was good. Billing was pushy. Paid half of the estimated cost on Monday before Wednesday visit. On Friday they called asking for the rest of the money. Seriously? You cant bill and give me a month to pay the rest like any other professional service? It was a lot if money! Woman said we dont do financing. Uh, not what I was asking for rude lady. I was excited to finally have a go to electrician, but now Im thinking twice about sticking with them. Their our family kindly serving your family image is just marketing. Robertson has been doing routine service on my two systems for almost 30 years. My AC stopped working on a Thursday morning so I called Robertson Electric to schedule a technician to come out to troubleshoot the next day. Technician arrived within the time frame scheduled. He found a bad capacitor and replaced with new. AC unit started up but required adding some coolant which he did. Very nice people to work with and very understanding of my needs to get it operational as quickly as possible. I highly recommend this business for your AC needs.

Quick to get an appointment when our AC was out. Cody was prompt, did proper diagnostics including time in a very hot attic space. He was thorough, and answered all my questions, very professional throughout.

My wife and I rearranged our work schedules and meetings to accommodate a 1230pm appointment. I let Robertson know that there would be some road work near our house so that they would know where to park. We were emailed at 1220pm the day of our appointment to let us know that our appointment had to be rescheduled and that they would not be coming. We were also told that someone had moved our appointment to 2pm which had not been communicated to us previously. We cancelled our appointment and have no intention of working with this company.

Robertson’s‘s electric comes to my house twice a year for a PM on the HVAC units. Chris showed up to take care of the maintenance. He was punctual and professional. My husband and I have been using Robertson’s’s for about 10 years now. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

I’ve had Robertson Electric out a couple of times for my HVAC system and always been happy with their service. So when I needed an outlet installed in my kitchen they were my first call. They arranged the work with my schedule, showed up exactly when they said, installed the outlet right where I needed it, and cleaned everything up afterward. I couldn’t be happier with their service!

Robertson technician arrived during the time specified. We have both a heat pump for the main part of our home and dual ductless system for the upstairs portion of our home. Entire check-up took about one hour. Technician wore booties so as not to track in dirt. As usual with Robertson, everything checked out nicely and systems returned to their operational status when technician left. Pleased.

Robertson Electric was quick to reply to my call for help when my water heater was malfunctioning. They actually acquired a new one for me and showed up that very afternoon when they were extremely busy. The repairman was so competent and quickly addressed the problem saving me a couple of thousand dollars even after they had the new water heater on the truck. In other words, they came to my rescue and I will continue to use them whenever I can.

Ive had Robertson come out to work on an older heat pump, which I intend to replace. All their field technicians came on time. Three hours before we were to have adult children and their two dogs arrive for a visit, we discovered a leak under the kitchen sink. Stephanie at Robertson Electric made an initial appointment for the next day, then called back to say she had a crew free and was sending them out in 15 minutes. Austin and Willie found an actual hole in the 30 yr old drain pipe and replaced that with sturdier plastic. They also replaced the same spot in the dishwasher drain on my request rather than have to make another appt. It broke as soon as they began moving it, so not only did they save the day, they saved us another leak and visit. Well recommend them to anyone!

I asked for help re-doing the electrical lighting system for modernization of the basement apartment in my rental house, as well as reinstallation of bathroom and kitchen pipes.I was quite happy with both of the updates done.Will did the electrical work in the drop ceiling as well as routing new outlets, and Tommy came to re-route the house’s old main water cut-off valve from behind the mirror in the bathroom to more convenient place in another room in the basement . I have used Robertsons for 20 years and todays service reminds me of why there is no need to look elsewhere, The technician, Calvin, arrived on time, took appropriate COVID precautions and got the work done quickly and cleanly. As I was working from home, he worked quietly as he briefed me on what he was going to do before he started the service and summarized it when he finished. Calvin is a great asset to a great company.

They were very late but communicated regularly to let us know. Once here they replaced our kitchen faucet in no time flat. We use them for all of our plumbing, heating and electric. Love them.

The technician came to our home to diagnose the problem with our tankless water heater. It was determined that the best option would be to replace our 18 yr-old water heater. In person, he was informative, helpful, and said he would follow up with an estimates for two different replacement scenarios. We have yet to get the estimate. His visit was June 25th, it is now July 12th. I have followed up twice with the office. Disappointed with the lack of accountability and responsiveness as we would like to resolve the issues with our water heater as soon as possible.

We needed a solar powered attic disabled because the motor required repairs and we did not have the parts. We needed the motor disabled before it burned out. The technician arrived on time, was efficient, and knew exactly what to do to silence the fan. We will definitely ask them back to replace the parts.Robertson Electric is excellent. We have used them multiple times in the past and will continue to use them in the future. We have had a maintenance agreement with them for our A/C and furnace for 5 years.

Cameron came earlier than expected (a plus). He knew exactly what was wrong with the toilet base that was leaking, and also inspected the flush mechanism. That needed some work, too. He had all parts on hand, worked quickly and all was well in no time. Highly recommend. Update: Had another great Robertson experience with Chris, who performed our contracted HVAC maintenance. He really knows his stuff! He explained everything he was doing and gave recommendations, too.

I called Robertson Electric to have them diagnose a an issue with my old furnace. I was initially impressed by how quickly they were able to come out (next day), and was further impressed by Andrew, the technician. He was very pleasant, honest and knowledgeable!
