Took in my A4, ended up needing a new wheel bearing. They figured out the issue and got it back to me quick. They charged a bit less than I what Im used to for labor, so that was nice, though that may be standard for the area. Very polite, direct and knowledgeable. Couldnt ask for more.

5 where it counts, 4.9 overall. Friendly staff and I dont feel like I was gouged or up-sold on anything (when they easily could have).-0.1 because they have an N64 with Zelda but it doesnt work. Probably needs a new AC adapter. What a tease :(

These guys are awesome!My adaptive cruise control system was inoperative. Went to dealership, was informed that a body work needed to be done. Common knowledge that time and money is required for that. Casually mentioned the situation to a gentleman at Metal Art and was pointed to this place. Called in yesterday and came in today. I had them do the timing belt service on my 1.8T VW Passat. The quality of work was top notch and Troy communicated very well. They were logical in combining tech hours on a couple other services while the coolant was out of the car. No unexpected costs or surprises. Coolant system was properly bled and bodywork was realigned perfectly after service position. They clearly pay attention to details and take pride in their work. Thanks!

Nice knowledgeable owners. But I brought car in with oil leak, paid $600, and still have the same oil leak.

I really appreciated the approach this team takes to my car and to customer service more generally. The work necessary on my transmission was beyond the capacity of everybody else in town, and the quote and cost (which were identical) CRUSHED what the dealership would have charged. Not to mention, these just seem like really decent people.

They put in a transmission in my x5, quickly and at a fair price. Courteous and gave me options rather than trying to sell me something I didnt need. Ive been to the other Bmw shops locally and they dont compare to the work and customer service you get from this business. I highly recommend them, if you have a bmw this is your spot.

My first visit but wont be my last. Not that I want to go there often but will for sure when needed. Had to wait a week to get in...and sometimes that could be a problem...but I left my VW feeling I made the right choice....and turned out I did. The team at Euromotive was who I went to when purchasing a Porsche 964 remotely to help me review the results of a PPI. They spent considerable time reviewing the car with me and helped me assess what to be concerned about, what could be easily addressed and how much it would all cost. When I purchased the car I knew exactly what I was getting into and I have had in for service with Erich (their Porsche specialist) several times and have been very impressed with the care he takes with my car and the quality of his work. Having a trustworthy local independent porsche specialist has made owning an air cooled Porsche much more enjoyable. Keep up the good work guys!

My husband and I have only lived in Charlottesville for less than 2 weeks. We knew before we moved that we would need our brakes replaced, but that it would need to wait until our relocation. We got the quote from our Florida car shop and called around once we moved for the best quote. Euromotive blew the other shops out of the water as far as quote and good reviews online!They got my VW Tiguan in quickly, did great work, and had the car done much sooner than I expected! I paid exactly what was quoted to me as well!I’ve since been in spontaneously needing help with something minor on my car and they were quick and kind to help me out. I highly recommend this business as not only their work on vehicles is great, but so is their customer service and even their facilities if you decide to wait for your car!
