This location is NOT permanently closed. It is OPEN FOR BUSINESS DAILY. Charlottesville Bath and Body Works is open Monday through Saturday 10a-9p and Sundays 11a-7p. It is fully stocked and the staff are ready to kindly help with any shopping and gifting needs that you may have. The store is still operating at a max capacity of 22 associates and customers. Masks are optional for fully vaccinated customers.

They are having the semiannual sale and it is such a good deal. The people who work there are helpful and nice.we went as a group of 5 and went a little crazy but they were super nice . Love this store I hope the mall will come back its sad seeing all the empty stores

I had a wonderful experience here today. This store is beautiful and well stocked in a lonely mall. I was greeted by 4 associates with smiles and name tags. Debbie was a delight; she was helpful and complementary. Rosie checked my items out and wrapped them with care. Jason was very polite on the phone with me. This store allows you to get rewards points thru BBW purchases, but not able to redeem rewards there at this time. Thank you.

I took my daughter for a visit because it had been awhile and she had a coupon. The staff was so friendly and helpful the entire time we were there. They checked on us frequently. One team member made recommendations for my daughter to try and pointed out which items she could get with her coupon.

Attentive staff thats knowledgeable on their product and transparent about offers and discounts. Huge plus is their commitment to the community to keep everyone safe in the pandemic. Sanitizing stations set up in the store - big plus!

First time in Charlottesville Rosie was the rudest employee I have ever had at a bath & body works store. So thankful that will be my last. Maybe if she didnt have a job like so many others during this time, she would be a more grateful & pleasant towards her customers. Ive had close relations with bath & body works so I know this isnt what they expect from their employees.

Associates are friendly and helpful. The store was kept at a 22 person capacity. I felt protected from covid and the store was clean and stocked. Great job!

The male manager is RUDE. I frequently shop at this location and have never had a problem previously. I had multiple coupons, and he denied all. I also witnessed him denying older women trying to use their valid coupons. As an hourly employee, Adam, you should be more concerned with your customer service. That older lady was shopping for her grandkids on a Medicare budget. Check yourself !!!

Sadly I went into the fashion square mall location in Charlottesville va and was talked about between a staff member and a customer about How I maybe be a thief. It’s true I turned down a bag and had a few items in my hand. I truly was in a rush and wanted to just grab what I needed and head home to help my son with a pretty awesome event in his life (the trip to the store was because my son likes the men’s line and had a dance to attend wanted him to feel special) while walking a customer tells the staff members to watch me because I may be stealing and the staff member says why we get a lot of that and decided to follow me around the store. There were other people to help but she focused on me. Which make me very uncomfortable, I left as soon as possible didn’t really want to make the purchase after that but didn’t want to disappoint my son.it is Sad I was the only person of color in the store I really hope that had nothing to do with it, but my heart says it did. Will not return to that location. And as a business owner this is not a great practice!

I normally love to shop here. This particular night. The customer service was unbelievable horrible. The gentleman was so rude to me I dont know if I will ever do any business in that store again. Never ever have I had that happen to me before.I left the store in tears. And I do alot of business in bath and body works. I will have to find something else I quess.

The staff was so helpful when it came to questions so i 10/10 loved it i will for sure be going back for their lovely scented stuff

Went by at 7 pm on a Tuesday and they were closed. Gate pulled. No signs or explainations. No one answered when I called. The website says they are open until 9.
