We decided to shop for a new mattress and looked at Mattress Warehouse. We found the sales woman ( Danielle) to be friendly and very knowledgeable about the mattresses and other products. There was no push to purchase. When I came back the next day she was again most helpful without pressuring me to buy. Although as we were entering information to do possible financing she let me know that the availability might be limited and wisely led me through the process to go ahead and purchase as we needed our new bed by a certain date and with her assistance were able to secure it. Great experience in shopping for a rather expensive but necessary item; strong, very knowledgeable, very helpful guidance without pressure to buy.!

I will never shop at another mattress store other than Mattress Warehouse and to add, I will never order a bed in a box on line again. Mattress Warehouse will be my go to store from now on! I need to try the mattress out, no two way about that now. I originally called the store to see if they had the Bedgear S3 mattress on the floor to try out. I heard it was very firm and that was what I was looking for. I talked to Alex on the phone however, when I went in the store, he was out and so I talked with Corey, the area manager. Corey was totally professional and was not pushy at all. Ive been in sales most of my life and I could tell he was laid back yet informative. This is what I liked about engaging with him. He scheduled my mattress delivery for the next morning and let me tell you, the delivery team followed up several times before delivery to make sure it was all on track. Right as rain, the friendly and courteous delivery folks were at my front porch with the mattress at 8:00 a.m. as promised. Seriously, who has great customer service like that now days?! I would rate this place a zero if I could. Please stop and think about buying from the store. They lack in Operational skills and management. I had a hard time With delivery the staff could not reach the manager for delivery time. When I call the staff was rude. Mattress firm was much better at least they told me my deliver time after my purchase and delivered my mattress on time.

I needed a new mattress for a long time but kept putting it off because I couldn’t decide what mattress would be best for me. I went to Mattress Warehouse at 5th Street and tried out the bed match system. Danielle was great and helped me understand the results and showed me the recommended mattresses as well as some that wouldn’t be good for me based on my results so I could feel the difference. She was also great to help fit me with a new pillow. I willingly spent a bit more than I originally thought but got everything exactly as I wanted including a fabulous cooling mattress pad that is amazing! Everything was set up with a quick delivery and was so easy. Unfortunately the base I ordered wouldn’t fit because of low ceilings, but Danielle jumped in and ordered me a different base that could be delivered the next day. Delivery was ON TIME and quickly, efficiently done. I slept so well my first night that when I woke up the next morning I took a vacation day so I didn’t have to get up! I am so happy with my purchase and appreciate Danielle’s great help. Even my cat loves the bed—she keeps sneaking upstairs for naps!

Very lovely gentleman and personalized service. No high pressure sales and fast courteous delivery!Weve had our King Bedgear Mattress for one year now. Its holding up fairly well, but not nearly as firm in pressure areas as it was when it was new.One of the reasons we chose this bed was the high-tech breathable covering. Im not sure if this is unique to this manufacturer, but we had to buy a mattress cover so the warranty would be valid; if theres even one spot on a mattress, the warranty will not be honored. This summer is particularly hot, so I hesitantly removed the protective cover. MUCH COOLER! But Im not at all happy knowing that *if* this mattress fails to meet the standards the co. claims, and *if* a spot should get on [it], I can basically go jump in a lake.

We looked it up together on the stores website. There it was. Item was not to be found in store, there were however items similar to be found for an extra $400. Other local stores were called. Apparently I was not the first person looking for this item in the area. it was not to be found. Reported to Better Business Bureau Charlottesville

Terrible expierence...we liked the sales woman, but she couldnt meet a single deadline that she would. Was not in when she stated that she would be.. We were told it would be done in 24 hour at worst 3 days....3 weeks later still zero process and then they ran my credit through people that they were not authorized to do so with.wouldnt recommend...got the same product for the same price at another buisness and was done in an hour

He answered my questions and helped me choose just the right one for me.When it came to delivery, that was great also. I was in the store on Saturday and was sleeping on my new bed on Tuesday night.
