I brought my electric scooter in today with a battery I had purchased from an outside source. The cords on the batteries were two different sizes. Alfred and Jonathan were able to cut the wires and connect them to my new battery. I am very pleased with the service and hospitality I received from these guys. Thank you both so much!

So, Susanna at the Emmet Street location is an angel of customer service. She saw me approaching the shop, met me at the door, and took my old car battery from my hands (not gonna lie-I was struggling). Then she sold me a new battery, at a good price, and got me out of the shop in less than 5 minutes, and she was so friendly the whole time. This is literally the kind of experience that turns a bad day into a good one.

Called and asked if they could program my key fob for me, was told I needed to be there by 6:30 pm because it was a 30 minute process and they closed at 7pm, told them I was running behind(traffic) and would be there a few minutes after 6:30. I’m not one for keeping people after their work schedules ends but not being able to be service because of 10 minutes when it’s already been a messy day anyway was just outrageous to me, not the slightest bit of empathy shown.

I went in to get batteries for two watches and one small clock. Staff were very helpful and installed all three batteries. Convenient location and easy parking. I would definitely return to this merchant.

I walked in wanting to add a few more deep cycles to my battery generator we use for outdoor church. The associate greeted me as soon as i walked in the door loaded the batteries i needed and rang me up super fast. She tested them and everything in about 5 minutes. When I need hands on help with battery needs I get it here. And when I need to grab a few batteries super quick no hassle I get it here.

I had the best salesman I have had any where in a long time. I needed batteries for my handicap scooter and could find them no where else but you dont deliver to homes. This man made arrangements to deliver them to a business in town where my neighbor worked so I could get them. The salesman was so kind and polite to me and explained to me how to order them online. the delivery driver went out of his way also to deliver them to this business. Both of them deserve a big raise for being such exceptional employees.

Lets face it batteries are not exciting but they are necessary. This location has an excellent knowledgeable staff. The manager was helping me with some large 6volt batteries. While I was waiting her staff unloaded my battery cores which weighed over 100 pounds each quickly, installed a watch battery, gave a quote about a cell phone repair and answered the phone twice!! I was only waiting 10 minutes, my point is this place is excellent. They have gadgets, flashlights, cell phone repair and of course every type of battery and bulb with the knowledge to back it up. I drove over 2 hours because they had a particular battery in stock and I would not hesitate to do it again!! Great store, Great Service.

The counter guys were incredibly nice and helpful--inviting. However, in addition to needing a new battery and screen for my Iphone, there was a question as to whether or not it was charging. They didnt test for that and gave me a battery needing a complete new charge. Fair enough if it was the case that the charging mechanism was working properly. But 90 minutes later that isnt clear. If it is not then my situation is not improved and I may have wasted my money and their time.

My phone was damaged after going into the washing machine! It worked for a day or so afterwards and then began having issues. I brought my phone in and Travis at the Emmet Street store looked at it that day, sending a comprehensive report on what had been found after troubleshooting--and *no charge*, as it was determined that it couldnt be fixed. I really appreciated their thorough, friendly and trustworthy customer service along with the fact that I wasnt charged a thing. Thank you!

I dropped my samsung s9 phone on the ground and the screen had cracked. When I walked in the store I was greeted promptly and with a smile. I explained my screen was broken. The said they can replace it in 2 hours and asked if i wanted a new battery also for a discount. Since then the screen works like new and the battery swap was a good idea, the phone lasts much longer. Over all a very pleasant experience. I thought the price was as little on the high side. You get what you pay for. Also beats paying $900 for a new phone. I highly recommend Batterys plus.

I had difficulty finding the correct car battery for my vehicle. Every place I looked trying to sell me one that was too tall and that hit on my hood when I closed it. I called batteries plus and asked them if they would measure their battery for me - they did it gladly and theirs was the proper size. I purchased it on the Internet and went to pick it up immediately. When I arrived it was waiting on the counter and they were ready to install it for me. Batteries Plus Bulbs is more than batteries and light bulbs. They can fix your cell phones cracked screen at a reasonable price with quick turnaround. They do have all types and sizes of batteries. The only downside is the parking - the lot is small and tight.

Your employees, on the phone, but particularly in the local store, were pros. They understood what I needed and made it easy for me to do business.

I went in to have my car key fob battery replaced. They were quick and efficient; changing the battery within 10 minutes at a really good price of ~ $6-7. Of course, I could have bought the tool and changed the battery on my own; but I didnt want to risk breaking the plastic connectors inside the fob, dealing with extra batteries/tool storage afterward and this was far too easy for me to have gone through so much trouble for something so small. For a single key-fob replacement, this was an easy solution, which Im glad I found.

I Purchase car phone charger this week and spoke to a young man named Will. Gave me excellent service and did not try to upsell me on things I did not need. This place I love because they have old fashioned service which is so hard to find nowadays. Would highly recommend. By the way they sell a keychain flashlight it lights up my front yard like the sun in the middle of the night. Got the battery home (20 mi into the country) went to install it, and found that the vent plug and vent elbow kit had been opened, and the parts removed. Improvised. Nice people at the store, but the experience overall wasnt great.
