Youll notice all the good reviews are for Audi sales. Thats because Audi doesnt stand behind their parts and service. I had a spark plug break and ruin the engine of my Audi Q5 even though I had just changed them 17,000 miles earlier. Unfortunately, Audis warranty only covers its spark plugs for 12,000 miles (yet recommends that they only be changed every 30,000 miles?!?) so the cost of replacing the engine was my responsibility. Let my pain be your free lesson.Take your Audi to any local Euro car shop that uses Bosch parts since those are covered under a lifetime warranty. Avoid Audi service at all costs.

I consistently receive phone calls (the last one being 10 minutes ago) from 3rd party companies that admit to me that the dealership gave them my information. harassment. If this is important to you, this is not the place for you.I’m not going to get into the service because I was pleased a 5 out of 10. there were mistakes made and now this.

I felt a bit hesitant when I first went out on my car search, as car salesmen are notorious for being untrustworthy. My experience at Flow exceeded my expectations in every way. My salesman, Tim, was the antithesis of the typical car salesman. He was friendly, extremely knowledgable about every car I test drove, super accommodating, and never condescending or pushy. I never once felt an ounce of pressure. I felt so comfortable, and so sure that I had bought the right car. Tim was so patient with me as I went back and forth on my decision, and he truly helped me find the right car for me. I felt like it was really important to him to help me rather than to just make a sale. He is very genuine. To top it all off, I not only have a gorgeous sexy new car, I have a great new friend. And a month later, the great service still continues....customer for life. Do not buy a car anywhere else, or from anyone but Tim, unless you want to waste your time.

Extremely dissatisfied with this dealership. After purchasing an A8 from them we started experiencing multiple issues with the vehicle. The most recent however, has truly put us over the edge. After taking the vehicle in to have an oil leak checked and supposedly “fixed” we found ourselves having to return it for a total of three occasions in order to address the same issue. Each time the car was return we were given assurance that the issues had been corrected and allowed to drive away. On one particular occasion the driver seat at some point had malfunctioned, leaving it stuck in the most elevated position and instead of fixing this issue, the salesperson at the service center not only admitted that they were at fault for the damage but he also explained how it happened and that they would not be fixing it. At this point we are convinced that the service station is inept to handle the necessary duties that come along with the purchasing and necessary upkeep customers are entitled to upon investing in the Audi brand. We do not recommend doing business with this particular dealership as it seems that in the long run not only is customer satisfaction not a concern but more importantly customer SAFETY is completely disregarded. We will be looking into escalating this matter to higher levels of the Audi brand, as well as to other potential buyers in order to share our unacceptable experience. We hope this review helps you all make the best decision for yourselves moving forward. Beware!

HONESTY! ETHICAL! DEPENDABLE! Id recently purchased a high mileage Audi A4 S that required specialist knowledge. I had purchased an extended warranty, but was still very concerned with the cost of repair for replacing the turbo charger. Everett B. ( Service Manger) worked tirelessly on my behalf. Placing many calls to the warranty firm to ensure I paid only for services not covered. This dealership provided me with a loaner car and took their time getting the job done correctly the first time. I left the dealership feeling cared for and honored as a new member of Flow Audi. I will never be able to thank them enough. Bravo!
I purchased the 2021 Q5 TFSI 55e Quattro premium plus level. The vehicle meets my expectations in appearance, quality of finishes and ride. The MyAudi website is not working, which has not allowed me to complete my registration on the vehicle’s large interactive screen. It has been down for well over a week now, I am told. My only real issue is the exceedingly slow charging time, to fully charge the 14.1kw battery, 30 hours. I have already contacted the dealer to discuss my concern and we are working on a plan to better understand why this impractical charging length has occurred. I am confident that we will resolve the issue so that I can rely on the electric power of the battery to largely get me around town.

Brought my Audi A3 in for routine service. Car just past 22000 miles on drive into dealership. Figured it would be a $125 oil change. Instead they charged me $400 for a 30000 mile service. I explained to them they never informed me they were doing a 30000 mile service and what it would cost. In addition it’s a 10000 mile lease and I would be turning in the car in a few months with less than 30000 miles and that I would never even be responsible for paying for a 30000 mile service. The service manager refused to reimburse any of my money. What a rip off. First Audi. Love the car. Was thinking about upgrading to an A7. I guess it’s back to BMW for me.
Mr. Everett was awesome, he took my car in when I needed a quick check for something important and hadn’t made an appointment. I felt super confident that they would take care of any of my car concerns. Mr. Mack drove me back to work and picked me up when it was time to get my car. They even washed my car complementarily! My battery in my A3 died and though the next possible appointment was in a week I was able to drop the car today to get it fixed in 3 hours. Great service and very reliable team.
My lease was ending on my 2017 A6, and Amonte (sales), Stuart (sales), Steven (sales manager), Kevin (driver who picked up my car for inspection) and Bill (driver who dropped off my car after inspection) were incredible to work with. I had called another dealership (where I originally leased it from) and they gave me the runaround. In February my 1 year old Audi stopped functioning. A fault was later identified in a small rear area of my car where water had managed to get inside and disrupt the computer systems of the car and the battery... Special parts and diagnosis were required. Flow Audi of Charlottesville did a wonderful job repairing my car and providing a loaner vehicle while they worked to identify and fix my vehicle. They kept me informed of progress along the way. The warranty covered everything, but Flow went two steps further detailing my car (water had managed to get inside the passenger compartment as well). Much to my surprise they also took care of my inspection without mentioning this to me. This is akin to finding some money in your pockets when you least expect it. This level of customer service is difficult to find in other dealerships, even other Audi dealerships. Thanks to the Flow Audi service department for taking such good care.
We just recently traded in our lease and this was by far the easiest transaction we’ve experienced at a car dealership. We called to make the appointment and immediately received a call back asking what we were looking for in our next car. Im from NJ, so naturally cynical about purchasing anything over the internet but I purchased a 2019 Q7 with a trade-in and had a great experience with Flow Audi and nothing changed from the original quote. Picked the car up today on my way to Florida and the car was ready and exactly as advertised. The entire transaction took only an hour. The sales staff and finance manager were very friendly and helpful with no pressure and our internet agreement was completed as quoted. They even helped to transfer all my luggage and I recommend Flow Audi highly!

With everything going on in the world, in relation to COVID 19, my wife and I began our online search for an Audi RS3. Shortly after inquiring online, I received an email from Tami at Flow Audi of Charlottesville. She was extremely helpful in setting up an appointment to see the car at our convenience. She advised us the car would be ready for a test drive upon our arrival, to include being cleaned and sanitized. This was reassuring and appreciated.When my wife and I arrived at the dealership, we met Amonte, who was very pleasant from the get go! He asked what car we were there to see and, as promised, the car was ready to go for our test drive. At the conclusion of the test drive, we sat down at Amonte’s desk and began talking numbers. Without feeling the slightest bit pressured at any time, we were able to agree on a price that my wife and I could not walk away from. The only issue we ran into was a personal one, and had nothing to do with the dealership. A company my wife works for needed to approve the car before we could sign a purchase agreement and Amonte was more than happy to help us through. He drafted up a purchase agreement for us to provide to the company and he and his Manager (I apologize for not remembering his name) agreed to hold the car while we waiting for approval. This ended up taking several days longer than originally anticipated, however, Amonte stayed in contact daily was was very understanding.Once the car purchase was approved, Amonte was able to advise all the documentation they would need and asked if it could provided prior to our arrival so that he could get all the paper work completed prior to our time at the dealership. Therefore, when we arrived at the dealership the following day, we sat down, signed a few pieces of paper and left the dealership in our brand new Audi RS3 in record time! My wife and I appreciate the professionalism displayed by all employees we encountered throughout our experience. I have no doubt that we will be returning customers at Flow Audi of Charlottesville.

Purchased new 2018 Audi Q7. Overall good experience. Jeremy, Ray, and Will were very knowledgeable and helpful. They loaned us a Q7 to take home to make sure it fit in garage before we purchased one. They found us the color interior and exterior we wanted and had it shipped in from another part of the country. Jeremy has been very helpful with after sale questions on all the technology features of the vehicle. This is first German luxury car we have owned after several Japanese models. So far we are very happy with new vehicle and would recommend Flow to anyone looking to buy.

I would like to salute Norman Daniels for the OUTSTANDING work he has done for us. Norman is a very thoughtful, concerned and flexible sales person who has worked tirelessly on our behalf. He places our needs first by being a active listener and probing for clarity and better understanding (helping us refine our opinions in the process). I bought an Audi A4 at Flow. The customer service provided by Jeremy, Jason, Josh and Will are excellent! I am a new driver and havent been driving for a while since I passed the driving test in last October. I was extremely worried about my driving and parking skills when I got the new car. The sales managers Jason and Jeremy take time to help me get familiar with the car and accompany me drive around a bit. I feel more confident about driving and start to enjoy my new car!
