Theres a reason they dont list prices online and make you contact them for a price. I tried getting a price on a car and never did get a quote after chatting with them. They wanted to know how I would be paying and then wanted to know if I wanted it fixed up and inspected or would take it as is. I told them no thank you. I just needed a price to see if it was even worth my time to come see. Ill just buy somewhere where the price is clearly listed and they are easier to work with.

Staff is very friendly. Have a good selection and they work hard to get you approved. Have gotten three vehicles from them and all three have been great!

When I had no credit and very little money they helped me get on the road and start my credit. They have helped me build my credit ever since, so long as I paid on time. When I paid off my first vehicle they gave me an even better interest rate. They have always been there to help me fix my car at a discounted rate. If I were to go into another buy here pay here loan it would be with them for sure.

Bought my girlfriend a car from this place, I will walk before I go back to this dealership if thats what they wanna call it. The staff was rude and disrespectful, the finance department could use classes on how to talk to people. We had a family emergency and had to go out of state, we called and asked if we could make our payment 4 days after the due date. The rude manager of finance said it had to be paid or they wouldnt promise what would happen. Surprisingly this place is still open. Would not recommend.

Dont buy anything from them all the Vehicles wouldnt be sold at any reputable dealer. Go to Carmax or a DealershipThey take advantage of folks with bad credit and sell them junk Vehicles. I had one Ford Explorer Sports Track that a week after purchase the engine blew.

This dealership has consistently ripped people off with vehicles that aren’t in running order, and sell them like they are running perfectly fine. Horror story after horror story of the lemons they sell to vulnerable people. Do better. Since the owner decided to respond and there’s no way of me responding to the owner, I will edit and share the story I’ve personally had with this establishment. 14 years ago, my parents were looking for a car. They looked all over Charlottesville for a perfect car, and come to find out there was a sedan, a 2004 Pontiac GTO that they were possibly interested in. It was 2k over kbb which is reasonable when dealing with a dealership instead of third party. Not knowing that my stepdad is a owner of a shop in the area and a ASE certified mechanic, the sales person stated the car was in working order and there was no issues with the car. When my stepdad looked over the car for issues, he found that there was rust all over the frame of the car, an exhaust leak, and the motor was about to fail because there was oil all over underneath the hood meaning either it was busted beforehand, or a seal had been broken and they hadn’t replaced the seal. So no I will never shop at this dealership, I am not on their list of clients, and I will warn others to stay away as they have been scamming people in Charlottesville for the past 20+ years.

PLEASE READ!!!!! Actually 0 stars review. Anybody who gave positive reviews either works there or hasnt had their car long enough. It will work great at first then just after the warranty wears off youll experience your first problem. May be big may be small. You take it in and they need a few days to work on it so you get to do free advertising by getting a loaner car with their name branded on the side of it. Youll be lucky if that car doesnt break down either. Once you finally get your car back be prepared to repeat that process once a month.

Worse place to get a car. Friendly sales people but. After having an accident not even a month after I got the car because of break failure. Now they want to charge me 10k which they will have to take me to court for. I’m not paying for a car that almost killed me and caused personal complications not to mention the car isn’t even worth 3k let alone 2k. Blue book value.

Ben and Sean are great and I love how they work with you. TJ the owner was very apt to make sure my car was up to par even after we purchased it. We came back after purchasing due to a few major mishaps but TJ was awesome and made sure the car was working properly. And they even gave me a free oil change!!! As well as other free services because of the warranty. TJ definitely keeps his word to make his customers happy. The only reason for the 4 stars is the time frame it took to get my car back after they figured out what needed to be fixed but they did give me a loaner for the mean time and the time frame wasn’t really their fault. The financing Dept is upstairs and the service is in the back so it’s an all and one place to go to get a decent car and again they work with you on down payments and monthly well weekly charge to make your life easier. Wish there was an app to pay the car note online or a web page accessible for payments.

I would really like a way to leave a negative star on these things. WORD TO THE WISE....BEFORE YOU BUY!!!!! Please pull a Carfax and check the vehicle history, to make sure that they are safe and legal to title in Virginia. Car dealerships are a dime a dozen and more and more are starting to work with people that have no or bad credit. Be careful.

Good place to buy a car but very bad customer service

Everybody seems pretty great. The only gripe I have with them are the representatives upstairs (F&S Financial). Whenever I call to make a payment, it always seems to be a grab bag of Which attitude am I going to receive today. I dont really enjoy calling to do anything because I know the person on the other end is either going to sound disinterest, unprofessional, or talk to me as if its their first day. Granted it might actually be someones first day, but at least compensate by having decent customer service, ya know? Great people, great services, but I had to knock of 2 stars from my original 5 because of how the reps come off. All love though.

My husband and I bought a 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer LS and I am in love with my new ride. She is absolutely perfect and Im am extremely happy as can be with my vehicle. These guys were on top of everything to make sure it was ready in time to be able to go see my sick father in law for Christmas.You guys rock and I just love you all. Worst experience of my life! I bought a car here 30 days ago. 31 days later, I pull it over to the side of the road because the engine was smoking. Both the thermometer and the water gauge are old, and neither were properly replaced. The radio they installed was wired improperly, so I cant get a signal when I go under a tree or leave the city.I took it to a AAA mechanic. They had promised when I bought the car that when I get it repaired, they would provide me with a rental. The manager refused to do so, since its a courtesy not a right.They underpay their mechanics 45/hr, which is less than the 75-85/hr industry standard. The work on these cars is cheap and poorly done.Youre better off buying a car from a yard and fixing it up yourself.

Decided to check out the inventory at Free Bridge Auto while looking for a car for our teen. Ultimately, I admit we did not purchase a car through Free Bridge (got one through family), but that was not due to their lack of trying to work with and please the customer!! Staff worked above and beyond to try and work out a deal for us. Their friendliness and straight up honesty about their autos was very refreshing compared to other used car dealerships in the area.

Well first our car was towed because my husband was in the hospital and our payment was two days late and which they towed our car but the worst part is when I went back to pick it up I looked in the center console and the person who drove the car away which is illegal because they are supposed to tow it especially considering you bring a tow truck but the female drive the car away and there was only her and the tow truck driver that had access to the car before I came back and got it an hour later and in that time someone had stole a controlled substance that was in the center console! F&S Financial that handles the car payments are incredibly rude, unprofessional, cannot carry on an adult conversation because 2 of the 4 women only use slang, and not to mention their INTERESTS RATES ARE SKY HIGH!!Salesmen are very nice but very persuasive.

I bought a 2011 Ford fusion from them.so nice and they are always nice to me when I go in.They made sure my car is perfect for me and even have fixed a few minor things to make it right.My salesman was shawn.Very nice and helpful. I would reccomend anyone looking for a new vehicle to come here.I really, really like everyone there and they are all so kind and helpful.

First let me say we learn from experience and I have learned an important lesson. Always read before you sign, anything. Buying my new car 90 days ago was easy enough. The sales associate was very friendly and provided me with tons of positive reasons why the car was right for me. What really sealed the deal for me and my father who was with me, was the 12 month bumper to bumper warranty. Because the car had such low milage.I signed all the paperwork and drove the car away. During the last 90 days I have had to replace the battery, replace the tires and get a total wheel alignment. During which I was made aware that my car had been in an accident and could never be aligned 100%. This had made the car very unsafe to continue to drive.I made a call to Free Bridge and got the sales associate on the phone that sold me the car and that is where things got really unprofessional. I was yelled at, cursed at and inevitably hung up on. Please be aware I am taking this poor business practice to the Better Business Bureau, but if youre reading this it may be for your benefit. Run, dont walk away. Run away from this place as fast as you can.

I’m honestly not sure where to start. The man who owns this company I believe is named Sebastian Graham, and he owns a trademark to the saying “everybody rides” since that’s the website URL even though it’s not the real name to his business.Over the past few days Sebastian has come after hundreds of dealerships, personal accounts, and groups for simply having the saying “everybody rides” somewhere on their page. He came after groups that weren’t automobile related and hadn’t had activity in over 10 years, petty. But that’s not the worst part.He’s left negative reviews on ALL these car dealerships that had no idea he owned this commonly used phrase. He made no attempt just to contact or call, just immediately jumps to negative reviews; hurting the dealerships rating. Then when some of those dealerships complied and took down their post, HE LEAVES THE NEGATIVE REVIEW UP EVEN AFTER COMPLIANCE INCLUDING OUR OWN.Then when a employee from one of those dealerships left a counter negative review he had the AUDACITY to call that employee childish, said he made a “spam review” when he’s literally left HUNDREDS of spam negative reviews on all these dealerships and not removed any of them. And of course tried to play the victim “the big dealerships are just trying to pick on the little guy”.PURE HYPOCRISY AND DELUSIONAL.He has a Facebook group with only 50 members that he likes to keep record of all his “everybody rides imposters” post for his “friends” to see. None of those people in the group acknowledge, react or even care about his posts. It’s just him talking to himself and feeding his ego.But the best part is no one is trying to imposter him. If ANYTHING he’s trying to imposter us. He’s trying to build off the success we made because his dealership has a 1.2 rating on DealerRater and other sites.Hes abusing the Facebook staffing team because he doesn’t have any actual resources to legally take on these dealerships directly so he lets the Facebook IT team do it for him.Sebastian is a truly miserable, petty, delusional and insecure person who does not know the first rule of personal responsibility.You DONT deserve any business that walks through your door and I’ll make sure everyone knows about what you’ve done this past week for YEARS to come.

I attempted to contact this dealer multiple times via e-mail, text, and phone. Their website offers a text option, and upon texting, the ONLY response you receive is and automated response please call... why even offer this feature if communication through text isnt followed through? None the less, the automated response was the only one I received. Needless to say I will not even be visiting this dealer.

So im in love with the car i bought but just a few months later the AC went out. I wasnt upset at first because I understand its a used vehicle and it was a small problem compared to ones ive had in the past... I called Free Bridge expecting to to get a rental while my vehicle was getting fixed but they couldnt accommodate me even after I explained that I had a two years old and that was my ONLY vehicle. Its the beginning of July (VERY HOT)! Management didnt care what so ever. I pay just about $165 every two weeks for my vehicle. Management had TERRIBLE customer service. Thank god for the guys working upfront and the one lady at service! they helped me to get my vehicle in right away & gave me a rental. I really appropriated there customer service and sympathy toward my son & I. THREE STARS for the guys upfront! thanks

Excellent customer service, Ive purchased two vehicles from here. Finance company upstairs is great to work with, typically willing to work with you. (especially Stephanie!) The sales team down stairs were patient with me as I looked at alllll the cars. And for the people saying its more expensive, yes obviously when going to a buy here pay here place...youre going to pay more! if you dont want to pay more, fix your credit and get a loan from a bank. Glad there is an option like Freebridge where I can get a vehicle with out putting $3,000 down!
