Alright so I was already frustrated coming in because I upgraded my phone online and the SIM card wouldn’t work - figures. SO I had to wait about an hour before Anthony could get to me which was okay considering he was the only one in there. I used to work for Verizon so I know sometimes how slow some of the processes can be. Somehow this guy was keeping up with literally 5 people at a time. I would’ve lost my marbles at some point but this dude legit keeps his cool and knows his stuff which I really appreciate considering every time I call one of the 800 numbers for sprint they never seem to know what’s going on or it takes them 30 mins to help me. Anthony solved as much of my issue as he could & I couldn’t appreciate it more. I only had to explain my issue once to him and he had it under control. It was worth the wait & now my phone is working (after a 30 min phone call to sprint of course). I appreciate his efforts and honestly felt bad for him because he’s the ONLY one in there. It’s hard to find good help and Anthony deserves a raise like no other. Calm, cool & collected!

Travis was SO SO helpful and got all of our problems squared away quickly and kindly! He was truthful and honest with us and that is very rare when it comes to dealing with phone companies! He even stayed 30 minutes after closing to make sure everything we needed was taken care of. Excellent employee and excellent person. He was THE BEST!

I finally upgraded my phone after an obscene number of years. My old technology was having trouble pairing with a modern device, which produced a lot of false starts when transferring data. The staff could not have been more patient or more persistent. They made sure I didnt lose a single app, setting or photo and whats more, they were excellent company while I waited. After a pretty long day, I was worried it would be like going to the DMV and could not have been more mistaken. They were genuinely lovely and I left with a working, modern phone and a smile. Thank you!

This is the third time I’ve been in at this location and got the worst customer service. They always spew misinformation and added an extra line to my plan without my permission. Whenever I go in there for help or to fix their mistakes, I’m always treated as an inconvenience and get attitude when I stand my ground. I will never EVER go to this location ever again.

Travis Johnson was extremely helpful, honest and patient when I walked in looking for new phones and trying to figure out the best plan for my family. He was very upfront about costs and phones. Excellent service given especially considering he stayed 3 hours after he was off to get this taken care of for me! The customer service is the main reason I stay with sprint!!! Thank You Travis!!!

Im not criticising Sprints cell phone service but when my wife and I visited this store, there was only one employee there and several customers needing attention. It took forever to get service. The lone employee was fantastic however I couldnt stop thinking how management would allow this to happen.

I’ve been with Sprint since the beginning, like 1999 beginning! It’s always been the customer service that has kept me from leaving, and now the newest local store has showed me a whole new level of customer service - in walks Travis; kind, patient, easy going, problem solving Saint! He deserves a raise, or at least a hardy bonus for his ability to provide top notch customer service with a smile! (Sprint store at 5th Street Station, CharlottesvilleVA)

This store visit just made my decision easier to get the hell off of sprint and its terrible service. Im from Los Angeles and sprint doesnt work in most of the city. My wife and I went in for an upgrade for her phone and they upgraded her alright. asked for the iphone Xr. she was given the Xs max which made the bill go up then was told to pay a $30 activation fee or by something almost $30 and the fee is waved?????? but Im still out $30 oh and you HAVE to have the protection plan on the phone and then call and cancel it! Bottom line do it online and you may have better service talking to a damn automated system.BOY GET THE FOH WITH THAT BS RESPONSE TO MY POST!I am willing to give you a 25% off your next accessory purchase Nah you keep your 150% marked up accessory! I had family go in 3 days after and they didnt get the same BS you gave my wife and I! DONT WORRY I ALREADY CALLED SPRINT AND GOT THINGS IN THE WORKS! IM DONE! WHATS UP WORLD!

Our experience started out beautifully with Mandy, who is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I cannot say anything positive about the remaining staff. In fact, I just got off the phone with a completely belligerant and rude staff member who wouldnt even listen to the issue were facing. Yes, Im frustrated - and rightly so. Despite numerous attempts to port the remaining two lines over - and being told it would happen this morning remotely (it did not), we still have no resolution and have been told that it has to be done in person. I dread setting foot in this store. If you are considering switiching to sprint, I recommend you seek another store in Charlottesville. We certainly wont be back.
