Very disappointed in the customer service and the product delivered! I ordered the Happily Ever After strawberry and dove platter for my daughter and son- in -laws Anniversary and with him being over seas for the past 14 months and finally coming home to be with his wife and children especially for their 5th wedding Anniversary I wanted this to be a special gift for them. Not only did it not arrive until 7pm at night when the whole day was nearly over plus no call ahead of time as promised to ensure they would be home. The platter looked nothing like the picture from which I ordered, wish I could post the picture, no resemblance whatsoever! Half the strawberries were scattered around the plate as if they were bounced around and the other half looked like the chocolate melted off them and pooled underneath causing them to stick to the platter. There was supposed to be 30 assorted strawberries but only 21 came and the grapes had seen better days! For that much money I couldn’t believe what was delivered in comparison to the photo online. I will NEVER order from that store again and would recommend others to be wary also! And someone better do something about that snippy young girl who answers the phone, she shouldn’t be in customer service. My surprise to my daughter and son-in-law was a great disappointment, that whole platter should be replaced in my opinion or credit given, but I doubt highly anything will be done to rectify this on your end. Never again....you lost a customer for sure!

Just recently had a delivery ordered for my moms birthday and she loved it! Tom was awesome and patient with myself being a first time user but will definitely be using these services again and recommending to family and friends. My mom 3 days later is still enjoying the arrangement!

This is a wonderful gift for an office. They can all enjoy it. My former team was ecstatic to get the arrangement. It was a flower shop and I had the arrangement that looked like flowers. A BIG hit!!!!!

Zan Rd location in Charlottesville, VAplaced an order to pick up at 2:00PM. I was at the store a few minutes later and pulled on the door but it was locked. I got back in the car and called the office in which a female answered...I told her I was outside and she abruptly hung up the phone. She unlocked the door and proceeded to get my order. She didn’t confirm who I was so I had to look at the box to make sure it was mines and what I ordered. It was prepaid so she just put the box on the counter. Did not apologize for the inconvenience. She was not personable in the least. I would have rated this a 0 star if I could. Had she apologized and exemplified great customer service skills it would have been a positive review.

Recipient received the delivery with rotten strawberries. Tried calling several times, no answer. Understand its v-day but maybe this will get their attention.

All edible arrangements arent bad. Just this one. They pick and choose who they deliver to. I experienced this when I was pregnant with my daughter and lived in a predominately AA neighborhood. My fiance was staying out of state so he sent me edible arrangements for mothers day. It went horrible. I had made sure I had gotten off of work early just so that I could get the delivered fruit arrangement on time. I got home and was early getting home. They left a note on my door saying sorry we missed you! And that was furthest from the truth. I was early so they came early. I called my fiance asking him where they were because they must have come early. He called them and they said that I had to come out there to pick it up which I wasnt going to do because he paid the delivery fee in advance as well as for the fruit. So he told them that and they said sorry we cant send anyone out to you. He ended up calling corporate and she didnt even want to give him his money back. So they sent someone out to me finally she was just as pregnant as me and black like me. She told me how they didnt want to come to my neighborhood and begged her to deliver it to me. We had a good talk and I went inside thinking that after being discriminated against that they would at least get it right. I opened the fruit arrangement to only find out that it was rotten fruit. I was beyond livid. They are racist.

Still trying to get in touch with them 😒 sent my kids an arrangement 2days ago and the kids still havent received it!!!!! They dont answer the phone & mailbox is full! Very unhappy momma!!!!!!

Update: when the store opened the following week, the lady called me and she was apologetic about the phone issue. Moreover, she was understanding about how I couldnt pick up my order first due to a heavy snowstorm and then they were closed on Sunday. I picked up a new order and the chocolate-covered strawberries were delicious.I would order from them again, though I might just pay more and get delivery next time.Previous review: Their phone recording says they are open on Sunday, store is closed on Sunday. I just dont like the conflicting information. Also, when I tried to leave a message about picking up my order their mailbox was full.

I just placed a call to the CHARLOTTESVILLE location on Zan rd ... I was gifted chocolate dipped strawberries for Mother’s Day that arrived with bad fruit and the manager NINA was very very rude about it I wish I had a way of posting the horrible work I received i will never patronize this place again !!!

Pricey, but very good at what they do! Some of the options look pretty cheap quality relative to the price tag.

Called and asked if the could do an all pineapple arrangement and they said no. Person on phone said it wouldnt look good. I told him it was for my 13 year old who is obsessed with pineapple and he still said no. I dont understand this. Just make different shapes of pineapple and dip some off them. I would have paid whatever it took but they refused. Will not call this location again.

This service is terrible. I paid an inflated rate and tripled the shipping fees for it to not arrive and they assured me it was in transit after calling multiple times. I then got an email at 10pm that delivery was unsuccessful, which is completely false because someone was there. Not only that, but they did not call before hand like they are supposed to and have done in the past. I even requested to call to ensure someone would be there. Maybe I shouldve bought the most expensive item to ensure I get the customer service I deserved. This place is a disgrace and I deserve a complete refund because it is ridiculous to pay inflated rates and have it not delivered. Totally unacceptable.
