It is an amazing place and the staff is amazing and very friendly and very helpful!!! I love this store and the owner and staff are very knowledgeable! I got a skirt from here when it was Crystal Connection and I love it! Then a wonderful friend got me a wonderful pink scarf from there as well. Then yesterday (June 25, 2021) I picked up a amethyst flower ring and I love it!!!

I actually loved going here, the people were so nice and kind and I had wonderful conversations. I got 2 pendents and a ring and they are GORGEOUS. 10/10

The employees at Minerals and Mystics are some of the most caring people Ive ever met. They welcome you with open arms and are knowledgeable about all the products in the store. Needless to say, the crystals/ minerals are beautiful and the energy you get from being in the store is calming, inviting, and energizing. One of my favorite places!!

Absolutely beautiful store. Everything you could possibly want from a store that sells minerals and insence and gorgeous jewelry. Its a must see. One of the better specialtie shops in Charlottesville VA. The Associates are wonderful so very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. I just cant say enough about this fantastic shop. The woman with short brown hair kept looking at my friend and I like we were stealing.. she made us feel very uncomfortable. I love this store but she completely ruins the vibe. The guy named steven who works there is very nice he has good vibes.

I love this place but Im biased! Its been my favorite place for almost two decades long before it was Minerals & Mystics. The staff is awesome. The environment is open and inviting. I highly recommend. 😉

Not much in the store. Owner would just as soon kick you out of the store for not wearing a mask that she gives you not knowing where it came from or if its even sanitary. So to kick money out of the store thats money they lose money I keep.

I had been wanting to come to this store for so long. My bf and I went there & it was fantastic. Employees were super friendly and helpful. My bf is a bit... skeptical about my witchy sh!t as he calls it, but he eventually started looking around and got sucked in by the allure of all the crystals and other things there, haha. Steven/Stephen was super helpful and answered questions without seeming condescending. He was genuinely kind and really went out of his way to help. I will definitely be coming back, next time with a WILLING bf instead of a Nervous Nelly. ;)

I went in yesterday on a whim. I’ve been going through a really difficult time with just seemingly nonstop trauma. My grandmother died, I had a wrist injury, was in a really negative work environment, and by the middle of last week, thoughts of self harm were taking over, by Friday I was fired from my job for the most hypocritical and morally wrong reason imaginable. I was at SPCA Rummage Store donating all my office organizers when I looked across the street and saw the Crystal Connection Sign. I remembered their commercial on the radio but had never been there. It was a wonderful experience. As a skeptic, I don’t naturally subscribe to the “metaphysical or new age healing type philosophies”, but at this point, I was all open mind. Besides the fact that the store had the most beautiful jewelry and some amazing items that made me feel like I was in a museum, they had a consultant on the use of these beautiful stones as metaphysical health aides. I didn’t feel judged or embarrassed, and it was truly a wonderful conversation for me to hear these new ideas and perspectives. I’m not sure if these will help me overcome the negative emotions I’m absorbing, but at this point, it can’t hurt to have something beautiful around, and maybe, just maybe, they will help. But one thing I know, the kindness of the staff definitely did. I would absolutely recommend this place for anything from a go to for metaphysical health to just beautiful gifts for loved ones.

Charlottesville is lucky to be graced with such a phenomenal crystal shop, though the greatest gem there is Steven. His energy, knowledge and expertise is just icing on the cake. He matched my eyes, face and being to the most perfect pair of earrings I have ever owned. I am amazed by how good they feel as they resonate so immaculately to my personal vibration. My gratitude for the whole experience knows no bounds.

This store was literally an experience. I just loved every second of it. Not only was the staff super friendly, but they were very informative when it came to crystals, gems, etc. They helped open the doorway of spirituality for me. I highly do recommend this store. This place has been around since I was a child. Not sure how a niche boutique like this has survived but I am happy it has. Great service, knowledgable staff, and wide selection. Prices are a little dicey, but thats the nature of the beast with specialty shops.

I have always loved crystals sense I was a kid, this place is AWESOME. The Staff are always attentive and knowledgeable, have yet to stump them with a crystal question.

My grandparents before they passed away lived in Charlottesville five minutes down the road from Crystal connection. My grandmother used to take us there all the time until she became blind that was always the highlight of my trip and even after she became blind she would give us money and have my mom take us because she knew how much we loved going to the Crystal connection store. That would always be the first question out of our mouth when we made it to my grandmothers was can we go to the Crystal connection store? Was and still is to this day my favorite store in Charlottesville Virginia. I would make a special trip there now even though they are no longer with us just to go to the store of I could afford it but, I live 4 1/2 hours away 😢.

I absolutely love this store, if I am feeling down, depressed or irritable this is my go to place, just 30 minutes in this store and I feel so rejuvenated and calm.Wish I could buy one of everything.

Very beautiful store and products but one lady with glasses kept looking at me and my friend like we were stealing and I overheard her and another worker whispering about what products me and my friends had in our hands. Her and the other workers would keep coming up to us and asking us if we needed help when we said no many times which made us very uncomfortable and pressured to get out and leave. But I will say the worker Beth was very nice and a joy to talk to.
