Excellent customer service! Went in with a stain on my booties and the guy used a suede bar. Then gave it to me! He even told me to seal it with the suede spray I already had. So nice and helpful!

They are marvelous and Rich is fantastic. I worked next door for years and would have worn out a a great deal sooner with out them. They still keep me going.
