This store was smaller than I expected with far fewer items than I hoped. I needed to replace some normal kitchen items and only found about half what I wanted.

They were sold out of almost everything. I asked two different store associates for help finding a few different items and both times everything was sold out or the couldn’t find it. The reason I didnt rate this location lower is because on of the associates told me the had just remodeled and were waiting on their new inventory to be delivered. I may give this location one more chance in the future but Ill probably stay with the Hixson location.

First, I was so disappointed that this package was carelessly wrapped up as no secured measure was used nor it as no enough to tape them around to tightly close the box. So this shipment ended up in broken items. they need profession.

This is the friendliest store I’ve ever been to. I received help from not one but four different employees as we got set up for a cross country move. Everyone was courteous, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the different brands and appliances. I felt comfortable knowing I was making the right choice with each of my purchases. Thank you!!

My fiancé and I just got done with our wedding registry meeting at this Bed Bath and Beyond. Before today I was incredibly stressed out with everything. I cannot express my intense appreciation for Stephanie. She was fantastic! Yes we did stay later than anticipated but who cares? We got it all done and she was incredible! Inventory was very low...lines too long and not enough opened cash registers.

A great place to find things for the home that other stores dont have. Be sure to sign up for their coupons. You can use a coupon for each item purchased. They never expire.

Great prices and friendly staff. Talked in to the membership and saved 20% all year thanks to an employee. Good kcups and snacks here as well.

I found this store to be hit-or-miss as far as service. Sometimes you can get some great help and other times be totally ignored. It is a little bit pricey but overall a decent store for the home.

Very good experience. Tons of items you didnt even know you needed. However, the checkout lines do get kind of long at times; in this regard, I give it 4 instead of 5 stars.

I was looking for bed risers and the lady behind the counter knew exactly where they were. Very tall ones and some with an electrical connection. Not a good variety. Checking out another clerk didnt even bag some of my purchases, she had better things to do I guess.

Employees were nice, gladly printed the wedding registry for us and helped us find items. The store was quite large and was fairly easy to both find items and walk around.Really enjoyed being able to find and clip the 20% off coupon from the mail, though even without it, there were several options both in the registry and in the store that were affordable.My main complaint is that there was no one in the gift wrapping section, tbus, we had to wrap the gifts ourselves but furtber more, area was a bit chaotic and they were out of several items which took a while to realize as things were not in order.

I went there to get a pillow. The clerks were very friendly and helpful. Without me me asking they told me I could try the pillow and return it as long as I had the receipt. They also gave me a 10% off coupon without asking for it. I didnt like the first one I bought and when I returned it they were happy to handle the return, they helped me pick another, and they made sure I got the 10% discount. The second is a My Pillow and Im very pleased with it and this store.

This store went above and beyond to help me find an electric throw. They went so far to pick up from the Cleveland store and bring to the Hamilton Place location....that was above and beyond. I will not forget this stores dedication to their customers.

.Large selection but every time I shop here I have to return at least one item that does not work properly. This time it was a diffuser --large display at front. Bought two different types and the one on the front display was defective. May just be bad luck but it happens every time!

Just bought a pillow . None of the ones I looked at had prices on them . Had to keep taking them to a scanner to get the price .

Normal retail experience...an associate was very helpful. The cashier however when asked where does the shopping cart go she said take it out of the doors and to the left, while Im holding a 5 foot ironing board and a new iron. I think she was stuck on silly....pay more attention to the customer.....there was no line and store mostly empty...sir leave it there your ha d are full Ill get it. Just a suggestion its ok things happen maybe better next.time. I would return of course.

Was sorry they had discontinued my favorite coffee main reason I shop there Tim Horton. Had to order on line which not good. Needed then not days later.

Getting someone to help you is like pulling teeth,Then when you find someone thier from another department but help as much as possible. But what gets me is when we got to check out the woman looks at my Husband in his work clothes like he is a bug under her shoes! When he gives her 400.00 dollars she rolls her eyes then runs her pen over it like they where fake..last time I check my money Is as good as anyones but if this is how you treat people I will make it a point to ONLY shop local or order from anyone but you!

Great management. Had a problem with a coffee maker that had a warranty but no longer made. The manager was helpful in issuing a store credit for the amount purchased so we were able to find a comparable coffee maker.

The store is smaller than some in terms of physical size. They have a lot of merchandise, so the store is crowded. I guess its a good problem!

Two days ago I was in the store buying supplies for college. Every employee I encountered in the store was extremely kind and helpful to me. I watched an employee named Heidi handle a difficult customer very well. The employee that stood out the most to me, however, was named Levi. He saw a confused look on my face and asked if I needed help and then later ran over to a register when he saw me standing in line. After checking out he noticed I had a lot to carry and offered to help me carry my purchases to the car. All of these simple acts seem like routine jobs each employee should do. But it was Levis genuine desire to help that stood out to me so muchi. I almost hugged him when he left my car! Somebody give this guy a raise!
