I always drove by this place, but I finally stopped in when I needed a second opinion on my Chevy Equinox. The woman working at the front desk is very courteous and helpful. There is a small waiting room with restrooms and a TV. I got a free estimate and made an appointment. I dropped off my car the next day and waited for it. It was overall a great experience, preferable to a stuffy and hectic dealership where everybody is running around like crazy. After an hour or so, I got my car back and I am very happy with everything and how it turned out. Steven was my technician and he was nice and caring. Theresa, who is in the front office, is also customer-centered, constantly checking in on the status of the job and letting you know how much longer itll take. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed and will be back for sure with any collision or body shop needs. Thank you!
