My car broke down in the Tops parking lot next door. This was 30 minutes before Advanced closed. Scott was able to jump my car so I could move it in front of advanced. Diagnose with their plug in tool that I needed a new battery and replace the battery in that 30 minutes. It was so fast, easy and convenient. Ive never had my car breakdown like that and been back on the road that quick in my life. Thank you Scott!

Generally has the parts I need when I need them. The exceptions would be a hard to find part that maybe only the dealer would be able to get. I have never had a major issue and have been happy.

I went to the one at 942 McKinley ave . Excellent customer service . And ordered the part i needed he said he will call when it comes in.

I walked into the Cheektowaga location on union in tops plaza and I was treated like a criminal looking to get a part. I believe his name is Brian who was giving me the trouble but the lady’s who worked there where very helpful. Thank god for them helping me cause that guy Brian shouldn’t have a job in customer service he is not friendly nor helpful.

Hit and miss. Sometimes u go there n knowledgeable sales ppl help u n they know what theyre talking about and sometimes u get sales people that dont want 2 be bothered w intelligence below that of a rock. My advice call 1st. Identify someone 2help u then get them at the store...if not hang up n try again eventually youll get a good one

Absolutely STELLAR service every time.

My Jeep Liberty caliper mounting bracket bolt fell out, so I went to advance to get a replacement, the replacement bolt for the 2005 Jeep liberty Sport is too long and doesnt match the original bolt, it is part number 30024953 and napa carries the same incorrect bolt. They never suggested using a lock washer or any washer to compensate for the size difference. The bolt when tightened, sticks into the back side of the rotor. The bolt is wrong and doesnt provide the necessary clearance once tightened. The caliper mounting bracket bolts sold are incorrect for a 2005 Jeep Liberty.

The employee who assisted me was very helpful. He ran the code that was causing my check engine light to go off, showed me on my engine what needed to be fixed, walked me through how to fix the problem, and priced out the parts for me.

We had gotten this MAN, JEFF and He was the NICEST, MOST HELPFUL PERSON that ANYONE could ASK for !!!! He STOOD out there and FROZE with Us and TOTALLY HELPED Us with the Problem We had until it was FIXED and DONE !!!
