Went on to purchase a brake light and asked for assistant from the older gentleman at the center. He nods his head follows me outside and lights up a cigarette. Dont go in the early morning. Evening has friendlier and helpful staff.

Great customer service. Although I wasnt able to get the help I needed to buy the correct items because they were so busy (not their fault!!) my return was handled quickly and very nicely. Thank you!!!

Same problem as a lot of auto stores. Short staffed, do you wait, even if you fo t need any help.

Everyone just stands around talks or is on their phone and just stares at you even though you’re standing there waiting for help and try talking to them they just ignore you. Worst customer service ever. Not to mention when I ask them do you know if you carry a specific product he says if it’s on the shelf than we do if not then I don’t know. Good job on knowing what you actually carry and you store.

Courteous service. Parts are usually in stock. Covid-19 regulations are followed here, so be courteous and wear your mask.

Ask if they knew how to reset a tire pressure and instead of saying they didn’t know how to do it he lied and said you don’t have to even tho you can reset it was rude about it.

Had a battery replaced. The lady who helped install my new car battery was extremely helpful and gave me a better discount than what my coupon was for. Very appreciated and will definitely be back for any car needs.

They couldnt find a simple part that I needed. They need a better computer system. I didnt bring my phone and they wanted me to go home and look it up. I went to a different store instead. Their boss blocks the internet, so they couldnt look it up like I did.

This store never has what I need, they always send me to another store, just one bad thing is one of their employees, grumpy man always talks with attitude and grabs things out of your hand with anger.

I had an alternator that needed testing. I wait in line and when i reach the counter. The CSR says I aint doing that today. And then after I am leaving another customer cones in and says i called about alternator testing the counter person says yes bring it right over here. Not very professional but i guess its the neighborhood.

Asked to get help to put a side mirror on my car and the staff complained about it was very dismissive. Don’t go in smelling like “weed”, you get any help from these weirdos. Very unprofessional staff.

Did not have ignition relay for my 2006 Saturn Vue 4cyl. Manager was impolite, suggested that my car was old. Duh, of course its old, thats why Im looking for parts. Auto parts stores are literally catering to people with old cars that need parts. I thought his attitude was very bad. Their major competitor was able to sell me the part with no hassle.

I brought a radiator lost my reciept went back for them to print me another on walden buffalo n.y closer to harlem to summit to my insurance agency. They system couldnt find my reciept but shows on there computer i brought it there and the date i cant get reembursted with no reciept i asked if they could verify to my insurance that i did buy it and how much i pay they say he cant wow im done

Was treated horribly by an employee. I came in to exchange a broken tool we recently purchased which has a lifetime warranty. The man taking care of the exchange was very grumpy and callous, he was even eating during our interaction. Completely unprofessional. The worst part however, was that once he was done with everything, he gestured at me with his arms for me to leave. Aggressively waving his arms up towards me, literally “shooshing” me out to leave the store.. and I did absolutely nothing to provoke this kind of behavior. Unacceptable.

**2 years later I went back and things have changed!! Everyone there was committed to customer service and when I explained my previous experience, they knew exactly who it was and promised it wouldnt happen again!!** I looked up the part I needed on their website and it was wrong. I looked in my owners manual prior to going to the store and advised the man helping me, and he said I should go with what their site said. It was wrong. When I returned, the man was rude about it as was the manager.
