The stallers left and I was unable to close my front door. I was lucky my son came and took the door rubber base off. And the one man could be a little more perfection when talking.

Remnants are a fantasy unless you want a single small room covered.

Within a year my lifetime guaranteed kitchen flooring has dents from the chairs and from dropping something. The floor before was 17 yrs old without dents and holes. I’ve called several times and they say they let “the office” kno but I’ve yet to hear anything in months!!!

Update: Owner made the situation right, stepped in and approved everything and got our warranty claim done quickly. Wish it didn’t come to that, but at least the outcome was the appropriate one.Absolutely the most horrible company I have ever dealt with. The salesman and manager both literally yelled at my wife when discussing the status of our carpet warranty claim. When I called them myself to say how completely unacceptable this was, the manager hung up the phone on me and when I called back they simply told me he left. Words cannot describe the experience, especially when the claim is through the carpet company not them. I hope no customer ever has to deal with what we did. Beware of them.

Well, I had been shopping for 6x9 remnant, so I cant speak to the prices or quality of their full room carpeting. As far as the salesman is concerned, he was sociable and helpful, so was a good experience. Check them out first.

This company was unprofessional and rude. For the 4th time they rescheduled and still today did not come. When we inquired about their Covid 19 protocols they refused to wear a mask while installing with my children at home learning. Jerry proceeded to tell me how this was my fault. If you want professional and safe this is NOT YOUR COMPANY.

Horrible no one in that place knows what they are doing or what is going on been waiting 2 weeks for my rug. Was not done on the date they gave me so I had to wait another week then there was another problem. Then they are trying to act like they are giving me the bounding for free when I already paid for it. Still waiting for a call back to see if my rug is done. Will never go here again. Definitely dont deserve one star

Purchased a good carpet for less alot less

Where to start. Lied about the time of installation, then canceled order without notification. After this happened, we were never informed that the carpet was on back order, and we didnt even receive a phone call the day of installation that they werent coming. Instead, we had to take initiative, call, and try and figure out why we werent getting our carpet. Instead of answers, we received poor customer service, and a tactless man who only cared about who to blame.

Not happy with the finished product. First of all the salesman offered that the installers would put in the molding. Being a single mom I thought thats great it will all be complete. So I went out and bought the molding to be installed. The day of installation the installers told me they dont put the molding on and the salesman should have never offered it.I called and was connected with the installation department and it was all worked out that they would come back another day to complete it.bthe peices are not even after they finished.Also, the amount of carpet I have left over is ridiculous given the fact that the salesman came out and measured.Not too sure I would come back and do buisness again.

Okay... Had a new floor installed right after Christmas last year. With in a month the strips between the rooms were loose and a tripping hazard. I called the store. After the 3rd promise to replace them I went into the sales floor. Was told someone would contact me within a week to come out. After the third try with this, the owner got involved. Okay for granted this time I had a family emergency and had to cancel. Again an other month went by and a reschedule by the installers. The bill for the free replacement of 5 door way strips was $108.00. This is now 11 months later.

Horrible company to work with.. long story of mistakes.. missed appointments they setup, took a month and 2 appointments to get just carpet installed. Their truck leaked oil on my new driveway and they tried to pretend like it didnt happen.. i had to make them come back and power wash it. They tried overcharging too. Sales team is a joke, so is the management and owners. Contact me of youd like to hear a lovely voice recording they left me once... STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS, you will be happy you went anywhere else on earth!Update - I see the response from the owner. I wont bother calling him. If he wants to know who I am, he will find me in his system, I purchased from them in 2008 - they took me to court since I refused to pay the remaining balance after what they did... they were the ONLY business in the small claims court that day fighting multiple customers of theirs. Seems like dissatisfaction is a common thing for their customers!! .... I still have their nasty condescending voicemail saved on my computer all these years if any other potential customers would like to hear it!

Probably the worst service I have ever had.. got a rug installed and it was a mess from the beginning.. until now 8 months later.. when I had bought the great rug they advised to get... it sucks... 8 months old and looks horrible and the company will NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT... nothing but a run around w this company. Advise anyone to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! They don’t even deserve one star!!!! HORRID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Al Vaughters will be finding out about this company soon!!!!!!!!!!

Bought an area rug. Binding started falling off within first couple months. Tried calling to get help and was always told to speak with the manager who is never there. Go figure. Took quite a while to get a hold of this guy. Took back to get repaired, waited over a week and finally called saying it was ready. Went to pick it up and rug is still falling apart in several places. Again manager nowhere to be found. Told he is only person who can help me. Told them I wasnt taking rug in this condition. Over a week later went to pick up again, brought rug home and found some more places binding is falling off. Took rug back to get fixed again. Getting the run around now. Again manager is on vacation or out of office. Nobody knows where my rug is. Had it over 2 weeks. Spoke with manager last week. Stated he would call right back and never did. And to top it off the premium carpet pad they sold me is flat as paper, not even a year later. This place is a joke. The service is awful. Product is garbage. Dont buy anything from here.

Ike Gradolph was fantastic! Incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. The store selection was very impressive and Ike was able to suggest various material for my specific price range. Their carpet selection was great, but I am much more interested in hard surfaces which I was happy to see they have more than ample options. I will not be returning to Home Depot or Lowes again for flooring. The number of product available and the way they stand behind their product in having control over their installers makes it a seamless transition!Five stars all day long!

WHEN TOLD THEM TO BE CAREFUL JIMMY BECAME VERY NASTY AND ARGUMENTATIVE SAYING THEY WERE NOT RESPOSIBLE FOR BROKEN FURNITURE AS HE LITERALLY ROLLED MY SECTIONAL PIECE. HAVE PICS AND VIDEOS OF ALL !!!! AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF NOONE FROM OFFICE CONTACTED ME REGARDING ISSUES. RUN, RUN, RUN VERY FAST AWAY !!!!

This company is garbage. They will charge you an arm and a leg for cheap padding and cheap carpets that wont last. our carpets are a year old and they are falling apart, then when you have issues they will pass the buck to someone else because everything is outsourced. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
