I had a great experience.The customer service person/manager was very helpful.He took his time and assisted me with phone issue.
Great service. Was in there almost an hour looking for phones in the area. Theres a shortage right now so they werent able to help me but they still went above and beyond
This is not directed towards the store but this is the worst experience Ive ever had with a phone company. First off I was told different things and now that Im trying to cancel the service that I didnt even start they are trying to charge me for 3 days of prorate and an additional $70 for the whole month and I already paid $44.57 to get the stuff sent to my house. I was trying to switch from Google Fi because they gave you a credit to pay off your phone and I said okay cool that works out but what they dont tell you or at least what I wasnt told by the person that helped me to buy my plan didnt tell me that Google Fi does not work with that $650 credit Its only the high name brands so overall I will never ever be using this service.
Very nice experience and the sales lady was friendly and professional she helped with any questions I had an wasnt pushy in trying to make a sale she left me alone and let me look at different phones until I ultimately decided on what phone was best for me . I will definitely be going back to her for any and all purchases
A great experience and customer service. Set up new phone and showed me some pointers in operating my phone. Only negative was the wait because they were busy.
I am putting a bad review in for this location because I got here at I minute before they closed..now it was just to get a screen protector put on. Rhe lady who came to the door..She says shes not allowed to let noone kn after 8pm. I know thats a lie because Ive been in after 8pm. I am not happy at all. Ive never had a problem with rmobile or its associates til now.
Last week I walked in to purchase and Apple Watch. I was greeted by only one person by the name of Bryan Mickel, while the other store employees stood by and said nothing. Bryan Mickel was so good with his customer service skills that he convinced me to buy the Apple Watch at full price from the store. I am so happy to have received his help at this T-mobile location. He is an asset to the company and to this store location.
Yesterday my fiance and I went to get our phones activated, and the girl was so efficient and very knowledgeable, in no time at all she had us up and running, I dont remember her name but she has black hair and thin, very happy with our services will recommend to everyone.

Sorry to say.... Bad customer service with very inept sales people. Was in a hurry to buy cable for my phone. I told them I was using a Note 8 phone and they gave me a USB mini cable suitable for earlier models. I was very disappointed! I almost missed my ride to work. Very bad and acknowledgible customer service. I expected much more from a business that specializes in mobile phone service.

This single star is being generous. Im extremely agitated that this company wont keep the promises its sales people make. Steve seemed pleasant and knowledgeable...now Im being told he made an adding error and my bill will be 40.00 more a month. Really? Shouldnt basic math be a requirement of a sales persons job? So why is it I pay the price for it?

This store is 3 for 3 when trying to upgrade to a new phone. Horrible at their jobs and no idea about protocol. Phone passed for promotional offer in store, sent it out personally when was told they should have sent it and it got rejected. Phone gets back to me non working and now i lose the $8/month discount

First experience was a great one,the gentleman helped me switch over,he got ALL of my info from one phone to another without the cloud drive,it took a while but I very much appreciated his patience and service.
I have a t mobile phone for seven to eight years or more and like my phone so far. It is Wonderful for most things and more of the features I have on this phone and sometime update to a new one.
John B offered me great customer service and went above and beyond to fix a problem with my phone when a different local store basically told me Id have to buy a new one. Thanks again!

I was little bit unhappy because they dont explain things accurately my bills increase without the reason.
I have account with T-Mobile, I try to buy Galaxy 8 plus Im gonna pay cash one time I want it to be unlocked to use it overseas they said you cant do that you have to use it one month then well unlock it for you.

Sales rep did not know what he was talking about. Wanted me to upgrade to a newer plan and could not convince me why should I? It was not giving me any advantage over a grandfather plan.
